I damaged my front bumper in a parking lot and came in and met Adam the manager who was able to repair my bumper at a very reasonable cost. He saved me a small fortune from replacing the entire thing. And he did it with a smile. This is the second time that this place has been able to do a nice bumper repair when my dealer tried to make me replace it.My wife has no idea I damaged her car.All is good at home.I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.
Why would anyone want to use this place? They have the rudest most unprofessional unwelcoming staff!! There are so many body shops out there these folks should not talk to ANY customer they should not speak to anyone at all they dont have a clue how to speak like decent human beings. Hello hire some people with customer service skills the owner is probably as nasty as his employees its the only explanation
I am very unhappy with the service I received. I went twice to pick the car and it was still not fixed some of it still had the original damages it had when I had originally brought it in. When I went today 6/15/21 to pick up the car for the third time the repair was finally done but they turned the car in filthy, with bugs all over the outside, marks on the new paint job like it was parked under a tree when it had rained and the car was turned into me like that. Once I drive off I realize that there were live and dead bugs in the car as well. When I got home I realized there is a big black mark on the rear passenger headrest as well as on the seat and seatbelt. How could you turn in a car that you didn’t repairs the first two times to someone for a third time looking the way it does.
Very Poor customer service from new ownership that capriciously did not wanted to honor a repair agreement we had with previous one from two weeks ago.Also comparing their appointment dept. same as a medical doctors office where human life is treated. Cant be more ridiculous and incompetent.Their goal is to be the only collision repair shop in South Florida, we are doomed.

Was involved in an accident a few years ago. My insurance sent the car to Kendall Collision to be repaired and repainted. Recently the paint has started peeling/bubbling in every spot that was painted. In order to not leave a biased review I have decided to just give a timeline of events:5/6/19, Monday, I brought the car in for a free paint warranty repair. I was told by Victor Morrell my car would be ready to pickup in 2-3.5/10/19, Friday, Four days after bringing my car in for the repair no one has called me. I left a message for Victor Morrell or Neil F Gopaul. Neither return my call.5/13/19, Next Monday, Left a voicemail for Fernando. Fernando did not return my call. Left a message for Neil F Gopaul. Neil did not return my call. Spoke to Denise, she told me the car would be ready by end of today or tomorrow the latest.5/14/19, next Tuesday, Spoke to Neil he said he has to physically inspect the car will call me back to advise when it will be ready. Neil did not call me back. Spoke to Denise she told me the car would be ready tomorrow. Spoke to Venancio (a manager), he said the car was in assembly and promised the car would be ready tomorrow.5/15/19, next Wednesday, Left voicemail for Neil. Neil did not return my call. Spoke to Jenny she said the car was in reassembly and would be ready tomorrow. Told her that was unacceptable and I wanted to speak to Venancio who promised me the car would be ready today. She said he is not available.It is currently 9 days since I dropped off my car. I was told it would be ready in 2-3 days. The car is still not finished. Not only does this facility do poor work, paint chipping and peeling from repair, but the customer service is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
It saddens me that Our great service Advocates Victor Morellos is no longer working for this company and moved on to better things, i have nothing but praise for Mr. Victor Morell Kendall Collision Body Shop Representative. He has been our guiding light during our repairs with constant follow-ups and assuring of the final work, I highly recommend him for all your body shop repair needs over. At all times I have found Victor to be dependable, reliable, hard-working, conscientious, honest, and courteous plus helpful as possible thus conscious about what the customers needs. I’m happy to provide further information if required.09/08/2020 I like to amend the following we had to return to this location because most of the work that was performed began to show signs of rust in most of not all areas where parts were painted, they even placed a none OEM front bumper that had to be replaced because of bad alignment and fitting with the overall parts also with out our knowledge Infinity insurance who we had then reported this repair to CarFax as a frontal collision when in actuality it was just an R&R.... I have been here before when i previously had my corolla and it was a great experience but that was in 2016. Now is a different story i had high hopes and expectations considering my car is a lexus and i get that i had damage but when a car has been there for almost 2 months and i get it back and find things that is frustrating to a point i wish i never took my car there.I had to call almost all the time as well as my insurance company to find out why it was such a delay get pushed back and back. Now after getting the car back i am finding so many things that it’s frustrating one my door was not aligned properly to a point even my blind-ish grandmother could tell something was not right. Then my car alignment was off kept pulling to the right. Then the icing on the cake the over spray in the paint of the car and i do not understand how the heck they got it on the windshield and other side of the car like come on. Its truly disappointing i expected way more from a lexus certified location. I appreciate jennie she is very nice and understanding i give them that some of the people are great. But thats honestly all i can say was good.

We brought our car to Kendall Collision Center not knowing what to expect. Ariana, our representative was outstanding. She kept us informed every other day on the progress of our repair. Hands down the worst collision center you can take your car to. They have the worst receptionist working the front and they’ll take maybe 2 weeks longer then estimated when turning in your vehicle. If I ever get into an accident I will make sure to not consider this place to take my vehicle. Receptionist doesn’t wear a mask. On her phone the entire time.

Extremely happy with their service, been here several times over the pass 10 years and I just pick up my husband truck and they did a great job. He also forgot his wedding ring in the car and didn’t noticed until 3 days before picking up the car. I was so worried about the ring to be honest but when we got there the ring was exactly where he left it. I know someone saw it because when I dropped of my husband’s truck the car was so dirty inside and when we pick it up it was sparkling clean including were the ring was. Knowing that they have so honest people working there makes this place the go to place and I am very happy with them. Never will go anywhere else.
Great place to get your car fixed. The staff are warm and friendly. My experience was very satisfying. Ricardo Avilles was in charge of my case and he was very prompt and gave me updates about the status of my car on a regular basis. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Kendall Collision center.

I had a horrible experience here, and I wish I had read the reviews before selecting this shop. Their biggest downfall is the lack of follow up. You cannot get a straight answer from anyone. I wasted money on a rental much longer than I should have. I was given incorrect information several times. If you have another option, take it. Hopefully all of the new 5 star reviews are real.. because my experience was completely different.

Victor was amazing!!! I could not have asked for a better service. He did not only answer my questions but also kept me updated on the repair of my automobile. In addition he called the car rental company and scheduled a car to pick me up which it made it easier for me to drop off my kids to camp and make to work on time. Everything came back great, only complaint was that the cabin of my car smelled like paint and metal working (the damage was only in the rear trunk). It wasnt wasnt cleaned when it was returned and it had a bunch of dust and the smell of paint so strong (albeit, pretty sure with quarantine and COVID precaution, it may have delayed things more). In all, i was pretty happy to see my car like normal

Kendall collision auto shop is the real best auto repair shop in town. Very professionals, the office has excellent customer service. Let me start by saying I have never written a review good or bad but Kendall Collision has been so bad that I felt it necessary to share my experience with others. We brought our Lexus to Kendall Collision for what seemed like a fairly minor repair. We had a dent in the bumper, a couple of door dings and the rubber molding on the roof had begun to warp. We brought the vehicle in for an estimate and went through all the necessary repairs needed. Once the vehicle was in for the repair, we were told that the vehicle repair was going to be more than double the original estimate. After almost three weeks of the vehicle being in their shop and a price increase of more than double their original estimate they said the vehicle was completed, but they had not repaired the warped molding as we discussed with them. They said they would rush order the part and by rush order, they mean it would take 12 days! The vehicle is still not completed and it arrived almost a month ago. Every aspect of customer service with these guys has been terrible. The two people I have spoken with rarely call me back, they only make excuses and it seems like they have no idea what is going on. With so many options for body work in South Florida, I would never recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to this place.Update 3 weeks later: We still dont have our vehicle back. They tried to say it was finished and they damaged the paint when installing the roof molding, put new dents in the doors, scratches and poor paint work. They said they would take care of it and it went back for what they said would be a complete fix. More damage when it came back, new dents, scratches and poor paint work. As a bonus we also got a call from the director of the body shop, Willie, and he just lectured me saying he was doing us a favor. Crazy this is after three times back into their shop. Hard to believe this is from a Luxury dealership. I would strongly recommend you never take your vehicle to them. The entire Bean Automotive group, Lexus of Kendall Dealership have passed the buck on this. I wouldnt trust them to buy a car, service, or do body work. They just dont care about customers at all. Hope this helps and I will update as we go but we have moved backwards.
I’ve had two accidents in two years and there’s no other place I’d rather go than Kendall Collision. Everything is always so painless and easy. They really try to make it as simple as possible for their customers, knowing the inconvenience it is to not have your car in Miami. Awesome service, awesome place. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere.

Speaking of walking through the door, Amanda, the receptionist was so helpful and made sure our experience was complete. Good job on the paint and repairs but told me several times that the job would be done tomorrow or for sure in two days. I was told this maybe 4 times over the span of two or three weeks. I just wish I could have a realistic understanding of how long it would take to get repaired. I even drove there one day because they told me it would be finished and when I arrived they showed me my car, it had NO NEW PARTS on it....? How does that equal done tomorrow?I just like up front two to three weeks because Im never going back.

Unfortunately, I have needed their services several times for more than 10 years. Without fail, theyre the best body shop in South Florida. The staff is courteous and they try to make bad situations better. The shop is well run and you notice a great sense of teamwork. The management team is responsive. On more than one occasion, Ive interacted with their general manager, Henry, and he is outstanding.
They need to learn manners. Miami style.. no courtesy whatsoever.

So far not so good. I left my car there 16 days ago and I was told it would be finished in one week. I have yet to get one phone call from them to let me know what is going on. I called them a week ago and I was told the car would be done by last Friday. Obviously, that was false because I still haven’t got my car back and I still haven’t had one phone call from them. I have read all the reviews online and it appears that Victor is the only competent person there. If there is a next time for me I will ask for Victor to be my service advisor.

I brought it there because I bought a Toyota from West Kendal Toyota, so I wanted to make sure to take it to their own place and I will never buy from this dealer ship again and therefore have to take it to their own repair shop which is supposed to be the best option if you bought a Toyota with that dealership

Worst customer service, had to come 4 times to have my vehicle done right, the representative never calls back, would leave messages. Would never recommend no one ever come here and there rental HERTZ which is located in the same place will promise you that kendall collision will pay... is a LIE... hertz just informed me that they tried calling them and they (kendall collision) dont pick up the phone.... no mind you they have a room in the same building, next to the receptionist...so i have to go threw hell to get rid of a bill in which I was promised by both I wont pay.... DO NOT USE NIETHER OF THESE TWO COMPANIES...
I read some of the reviews made here, and I am astonished by the bad reviews. My experience was superb I don’t know about other sale representatives, but my experience with Alfredo Cimetta was excellent. I strongly recommend this guy. Also, the Venezuelan lady at the front desk is very welcoming and diligent. Talking about the warranty I had a problem and they fix it quick an easy. No hassle at all.

I really thought I’d receive quality work after reading positive reviews but I didn’t realize that the reviews were old and from when the shop was run by different employees. But at this time my advice to you is: Do Not...I repeat...Do Not take your vehicle to this shop unless you don’t mind leaving it there for 2-3 MONTHS while they do only enough to it just to throw the insurance company off and even after all of the aggravation, you’re going to extremely dissatisfied with the results and want to seek legal advice. The service at this place is HORRIBLE!!!Please believe me when I say this. I have better things to do than make reviews but this was that one isolated time that I felt it was imperative for me to notify others about the stress this shop brought me after I was committed (contract) to doing business with them. I wish I could give zero stars especially since they don’t communicate with you as the customer, you have to keep calling week after week just to see if there’s been any progress and only to find out that they haven’t done anything month after month, other than taken your vehicle apart so that you can’t remove it! I went to get the vehicle 2 months later and noticed that half of the area that was supposed to be painted, HADN’T been! After picking up the vehicle 3 months later, I couldn’t see much of a difference from the previous time. I was annoyed to the max and needed my vehicle so I had to take it as is. Then the mechanical issues kicked in as a result of the vehicle sitting up for so long without being started. I’m currently seeking legal advice for this matter.Yes they offer a lifetime warranty on the paint but that is all and who has the time to keep going back and forth to get touch ups and not to mention being without a vehicle as a result of shabby work!There are too many other professional body shops throughout Miami for anyone to settle for this one.AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!

Brought in my Camry to repair a damaged fender and quarter panel. I usually hate dealing with these kinds of things but everything went smooth and stress free. The young lady assigned to me and the rest of the staff were able to keep me 100% comfortable during the whole experience as they kept me fully informed on the status of my vehicle throughout. I didnt have to chase them around which was a huge relief. Got my car back quicker than expected and it looks amazing. I would Highly recommended Kendall Collision.

This is the best equipped collision shop I have ever been to. The staff was courteous to us and explained the repairs to us in detail. They seem to do a high volume of work and although they finished the work a few days later then they promised it was done right. Being in the repair industry myself I didnt expect to get it back on the promised day, I was happier to have a good job done. The color matched perfect and I couldnt find any evidence of the repair work. My accident was front end and my car still drives straight today.
