Great experience at Faraco today.This shop is partnered with GEICO insurance for vehicle damage inspections. We had an appt at 8:30am, we were seen and out by 8:45am.Jorge was excellent, personable and patient. He took the necessary photos and information and all of it was relayed back to the insurance company promptly.Very impressed with Faraco. Despite not being able to do our repairs, I was pleased to see they are providing excellent customer service regardless.

Ive had my car worked on twice, and each time the car comes out looking brand new. Definitely recommend if covered by the insurance.

Im obsessed with taking care of my cars, and when something damaged the clear coat on mines rear bumper, I took it to Faraco for an estimate. Price for painting the entire bumper was good, and since my wife had a good experience with them in the past, I decided to have the work done by them. They made an amazing job on painting the bumper, leaving the car looking like new. They were also very kind and fast, so overall this was a hassle free experience. Totally recommendable!

Bad service. The staff there doesn’t communicate very well. Everyone is on a different page. Things that were agreed upon weren’t fulfilled. Receptionist lady was out of line in dealing with things that weren’t her concern. Management isn’t to be taken serious here. Overall I don’t recommend this shop.

I HIGHLY recommend Faraco Tip Top Paint & Body. This was my second time going there and they have again exceeded my expectations. It is not very common for body shops to have that affect on customers, for that reason, I will never go to another place.

I went to around 5 different body shops looking for someone to repair a small dent in my bumper. Everyone was charging me excessive prices, Faraco was the only one to give me a great price (60% less than anyone else), and job was finished fast.

2 times I went with my car... 2 times.. I work and go to school, I dont have time to waste. I went so they can fix my rear camara with a blue screen and all they did is a reset and thats it, done! After I get out, in my house the same thing happened... The first time i went I was missing a lot of the collogne that I had (no joke) after leaving the dealer. Avoid this place, this guys dont care for your car, they took the money from gaico and thats it...

I feel cheated by this company, on May 14th I took my car to this workshop and explained to Mr. Jorge that he wanted to repair some scratches that the car had and to paint it completei. They asked me for $ 1650.00 and they only fixed and partially painted the trace doors and the back, when I complained to him he told me that that was what was in the estimate, when reading said estimate they were just codes that I did not understand but the work was already paid . That is why I feel SCAMED and I do not recommend it to anyone or anyone who works with them who reviews what they write. I think that Jorge is not an honorable person.JUAN GAUNTLETT
