I was referred to Auto Sport by Mandy a friend of mine who has been in the auto industry all his life. They fixed a crash on the side and I asked them to paint the entire car, it was a BMW 318is. The car looked beautiful. I was so pleased, this was 20 years ago.I havent have any accidents since however, two weeks ago, I took my sons Mercedes C280 that had been crashed in the rear passenger side and also in college someone kicked the rear right side and made a huge dent. I spoke with the owner Valentin, he was amazing and very professional. Auto Sport did an awesome job, high quality, they went beyond their call of duty. It was done in two weeks exactly as promised and left the car like new. See for yourself the car is a 2006 now is June 2020 and look at the pictures. I took my car to repair, they only had to repair the left side, they took longer than stipulated because they damaged the hood of the car, when I was finally able to pick up the car, the whole interior was dirty, the chairs and the roof of the car, the repair of the Left side does not look good, they left my car full of scratches and holes all over the place, please stay away from this place the personnel doing the repairs will not take care of your car.

I have used this body shop a few times, and never had an issue. I was just involved in a bad accident and the first place that come to mind was this body shop. From day one i spoke directly with the owner Valentin which helped me thru the whole process of getting my vehicle fixed and he would personally call me to provide me with updates. I got my car back and i found some issues and i took it back and with no problem they took care of it. I will definitely recommend this body shop to family and friends as i have in the past.

Just went here because of a great reference from a friend. I walked in apparently 15 minutes to closing, and asked if I could get an estimate and instead of saying you need to make an appointment or something along those lines (since it was close to closing time) 2 girls at the front desk rudely said well its almost closing and its friday... Thats it, nothing else. Guess Ill go elsewhere, looks like you guys dont need the money.Update: went to another shop around here who was also closing soon, they at least had the decency to take a look at the car, take photos, get my info, and tell me they will get back to me with an estimate. Thats a much better way to do business.

After getting rear ended by another individual, their insurance company sent me to Auto Sport Intl., and I must say every single person that I encountered and worked with was delightful. Robert was understanding and professional, and went out of his way to make sure my vehicle received the best care.They even gave me updates as I waited for the repairs to be completed.You can request receipts, and they will give you everything you need to make sure you feel comfortable with everything.Not to mention, their estimates were $200 cheaper than the dealer.

I am really unhappy and unimpressed with my overall experience since moving to Miami, Florida from Toronto Canada. Its difficult to find reliable and trustworthy people here. Anyhoo. I bought a new vehicle and only had it five days before someone rear ended and side swiped me on the US 1. I paid $20,000 cash for the vehicle from my saving account because I have no credit history in this country. I wanted to bring my car into a repair shop that I was familiar with but my adjuster suggested that I bring the vehicle into one of their preferred shops. The accident happened on October 19th. The rear and front bumper were damaged and there was some interior damage too. Why is it November 14th and my car is still not repaired? The shop texted me yesterday and told me to pick up my car because the repairs they said were finished. I drove 1 hour to the shop yesterday. One of the mechanics gave me the keys to my car and said I could go outside to inspect the vehicle. He did not follow me outside to inspect the car. The car was reversed parked and so I am glad I was not impatient to leave. I walked to the back of the vehicle and saw that the vehicle bumper was not repaired at all. I brought this to the mechanic’s attention and the mechanic asked me if the damage was from the car accident. They had to call my insurance (Infinity) and I was told by the mechanic that infinity did not relay the information to them that my car bumper needed to be repaired. I had to go back to the car rental place and get the rental again. Auto Sport is repairing the bumper but it might take another week. These issues have raised some red flags for me. Firstly, I dont trust that they will or have repaired my car properly. I will now have to bring my car to an independent mechanic to inspect the car after the repairs are completed. I also wish I did my due diligence is shopping for car insurance companies. Either way, I am saddened and disappointed by this whole experience because Ive nothing but bad luck with people here in Miami. In all my years of dealing with mechanics and in situations where the damage was a lot worse, it never took them more than a month to do repairs. Nor did they forget to do a repair. I am not happy and find this whole situation shady. Miami is the worst city that I’ve ever visited in my life

I took my car home, and then the next day in the morning when I wanted to drive to work, the car was totally dead. For sure, they forgot to connect some wires inside. They revive my battery, but I have to pay then for the Towing service, total of $120.oo.Terrible attitude of the Manager Roberto, he gave me an appt for 9am yesterday to replace the Liner Fender that fell and was on the WARRANTY, he told me I lost it. He asked me for money, I said I am on the Warranty, he was so upset, and told me NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!, Very nasty guy and poor quality. mm This guy is a vulgar person and disgusting. Use of bad language and say things that are outrageously inappropriate. Think the owner need to teach him manners.

Terrible experience!!This shop did not fix my car correctly and they said if i take it back and claim the warranty that I need to pay for a rented car because they wont cover it even though its their fault the car was not fixed properly in the first place. So now im stuck driving my unfixed car due to them!Terrible business!!I would never recommend this place! Go somewhere else, youll regret dealing with these people! very arrogant and unprofessional! They treat customers like garbage!

Stay away from this bodyshop. There work is terrible I had my car painted a few years ago with them and the paint started peeling immediately and rust spots developed where they did body work. Their customer service was horrible and they took 14 weeks to fix my car. When I finally got my car back my a/c was broken and I had a leak into my car. I had to pay another bodyshop to fix the leak because I brought it back to them a number of times and they could never find the issue. The issue was that they cut a lead line on the quarter panel that they repaired the lead line went from my sunroof to a vent on the quarter panel that allowed the water to drain. I am now getting the car painted again thanks to their crappy work oh and I also need to do rust repair work on the quarter panel that they fixed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place if you need body work on your car.
