The woman that answered my call this morning was super rude with an attitude. I was notified by mail about a recall for my vehicle and wanted to understand a little bit more about it and potentially make an appointment. It sounded like I inconvenienced her by calling and ended up deciding to just do a walk in because of how unhelpful her “support” was… Come on Toyota, you can do better than that from a service perspective.

In this place the service is always horrible and unprofessional, they talk about your private life without asking them, they damage the battery and other things inside your car including your properties to sell you new parts and take commission on the sales, they are very inept and They treat you with arrogance and indifference .. they think you are ignorant! It also takes more than 3 hours just to fix a punch .. and I could tell you more with 5 years receiving very bad service in this place ..
The Service Adviser is Great Rene Chavet But.Leave my vehicle to maintain an oil change after 3 hours. I will be called that my vehicle is ready. Dealer vehicle I accept Regral my vehicle to paint it but what a bad job this paint I fix the side that crashed but all the vehicle with paint the work that bad I want to fix one side and win the other side. I dsoa what I was going to enter the vehicle in 3 days I enter the vehicle after 9 days with a bad job. Then I came back the second time to fix the paint again that 2 days with the car but nothing improved in order to fix it. It was the ugliest vehicle. for me this place does not have a good painter.

More than 3 hours waiting in the service department for regular maintenance and still Mr. Juan Hernández has not communicated to tell me when my car will be ready. ***** What a bad service. Im sure another dealer would be eager to have me as a customer.

I have bad experience with this dealerships, I was buy a use car as Sell at it, but I told the dealer that a couple thing that need to be fix ( specially bumper, it not fit in well and when I drive it poop out more) and he said “Yes, we can fix it for you”. ( before I take the car home) And because it was late so he say I can come back next day, when I came back, they say I didn’t mention it so they are not gone fix it. They say I don’t have any proved with it a form that they have for problem with car that they never show. So if you buy a car here make sure if you need anything fix make sure it on paper so you have prove.
Very disappointed with the Service department, I have been waiting for a while for someone to check me in for my service appointment and no one has helped me. They took the rest of cars that came after me buy not mine. Very disorganized and no one willing to assist.

I was very disappointed with the way they communication with me. Gave me one price then changed it . Wrote up the service request and still didnt do what they were supposed to do. Poor service.
Initially had oil service and fuel pump changed due to recall. Had to come back in a week or so later for check engine light due to the work they did. Then once again about a week later had to bring it in a second time for a check engine light.Instead of telling me that it would take 4 hours to replace the fuel pump again and replace the battery, they had me wait for 2 hours. Had other things to do so I ask if it will take long. The response was “they’re just finishing up diagnostics”, and had me wait 2 more hours.Very unprofessional. Tell people what you have to fix and an estimated time of completion. Even if it’s covered under warranty. Didn’t even have a clue that they had to replace the fuel pump until I was checking out.

Waited half an hour to be seen. Waited an hour for someone to tell me they didnt have parts in stock.They scratched the dashboard my car when they replaced the airbags
Went to get an air filter, cabin filter and new timing belt (all suggested by the agent). A/c was giving me cool air before I went in and after doing all the suggested along with an engine check diagnostics my car is giving me hot air and my dimmer filter lights won’t turn off even in off mode. Return the vehicle and now they are telling me they ran a diagnostic and it’s my air compressor. So why wasn’t this present in the first diagnostic. They seem to have people who don’t know how to fix other model vehicle and don’t know what they are doing and gave you waiting so long for them to charge you again or tell you their is another problem with your vehicle.
I think Toyota of North Miami provides the most promising services with the best they can. Especially with there honest sale person in specific Dave. My last visit Dave was kind and friendly all the way.
Parts guy Miguel was very knowledgeable and friendly but was waiting in line for an hour to be attended to. Ridiculous!!

I’ll be honest, my first time here I didn’t have the best experience and i was hesitant to go back. This time was different though. I spoke with an advisor(?) initially and then one of the mechanics came out to jump my car because I was actually going to leave and get my car serviced somewhere else. His name was Romaine and he was seriously awesome. He knew exactly what was wrong with my car within 30 seconds of looking at it and assured me they would take care of me. He was extremely personable and overall just very welcoming and friendly. He really just made the experience so much better and it was so nice to have someone like him take care of me. The work was also done in just under an hour which was a nice surprise. I was honestly about to just have my car jumped and leave today and never come back but I will happily bring my Yota back again, thanks to Romaine.

Piece of Mind is Everything.At my last 6-Month Service, I was informed by my Service Advisor Steve Maldonado, that I would need new tires.Lo and behold, I caught a flat in less than two months of his warning. My lights came on several times between than, too. 😯Its a great thing that they are having this tire special going on NOW.My car is riding supppeeerrrr smooth. And my warranty on them for the next two years is the cherry on top!Oh, yes. Charging stations in the Business Center. Ya know, just in case. 😄

Donald Salazar was most helpful and professional, he recommended some services that were pending and assured the vehicle was in top condition.
Service ok. They are always trying to push you into buying things like air filters and tires that can be found much cheaper in other places.
The worst parts department Ive dealt with. They told me the part I paid for was recieved and I can pick it up today before 6 pm. When I arrived the person behind the counter couldnt locate the part and advised that this wasnt something new to misplace a customers purchased item. This is something a customer does not want to hear on top of the fact that they cant find the part they told me to come in to pick up. Definitely seek your Toyota parts elsewhere.

Service is horrible staff dont treT the customer with care bought seat covers no one would even assist me to put them on told me it would be 2 hours labor for $300 just to put on seat covers, they return you car filthy after servicing this is my third vehicle purchase within 3 years I will not be returning
(Sonel Augustin) is one of the most Professional Service Reps I have dealt with. I continue to come back every time to this location because his customer service is second to none, and top tier he always makes sure that the work is done timely and properly and with excellent care. Brought van in to repair faulty lift gate and was told its not covered under factory warranty. Van is a 2020 sienna has 2,000 miles on it and has never been in any accident.

You do not have any professional ethics and much less respect for the customer. On Saturday I was at your dealership interested in a 2012 Toyota Camry that appears on your official North Toyota page and that also appears and offer up where I received all the Information through victor gonsalez who does not work for you and much less is aware of what happens with the cars in his dealership since the Camry had a damaged transmission and nobody told me and many shame is that Mr. Victor offers it for 6700 when the real price is 7800 plus 2000 of horrible dealer fee you give shame and shame in the way you attract your customers.

90% of the time service is fast and on point. Have had some rude people but mostly great employees. There always someone around if you have questions or need help with something. There is space to improve the cafeteria, choices are reduced and when you are waiting for over an hour for your car you need something other than a croissant.

Pretty weak service. Went in for my first 5k mile service and a warranty concern on my tailgate. Service advisor barely spoke or explained anything, and completely brushed to the side my warranty request. “Talk to your sales manager.”Worth mentioning that I didn’t get the truck in South Florida (No TRD Pro’s were available in S.Fla at the time of purchase last year.) To me, that translates to: “not my problem.”
