I really dont think this is an actual business the first time I called they told me they did not offer a suspension kit that I recently seen online I went ahead and purchased control arms and ball joints for my Dakota and once I received them and install them I noticed the grease was spilling out of the upper ball joint wear the boot meets the metal it is a small seam and obviously a factory defect I called them first thing this morning and the guy wanted pictures I sent the picture of the boot to him and called back the guy then argued with me and proceeded to call me a liar then when I asked for his manager he told me she was on the phone I agreed to wait he then came back argued some more and I told him again I wanted his manager he told me his manager said they needed more pictures to prove it was there control arm it makes no sense I would call and complain about a control arm I supposedly didnt buy from them and ask for a replacement for the same vehicle he then told me the only manager I could speak with them only spoke Spanish and snickered now every time I call Alex the guy who argued with me is the only one to answer no matter what option I push obviously it isnt a real business I have been ordering parts offline for years and never had this problem nothing even close any reputable company even if they believed Id done it installing it would not argue it let alone tell me Im a liar I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and I am trying to contact the Better Business Bureau also. They finally agreed to send me a replacement but I still have to pay someone again to switch it out and I am carless for another week if and when I get the replacement I will re-post Oh and I only gave them one star because I could not select zero

This is an online store. Not open to the public. They are not scammers and do business as any online store will. Never had an issue with orders or receiving them.

Still have not had my items shipped after they said they were shipping them. Label has been generated but no shipping. I think this place is a scam??? Not sure until someone actually gets back to me. Be careful.

Bought from ebay through DaParts. Was originally given 4 inner tie rods and no outers. Argued with me over the phone that this was done. Finally told me that he would send the outer tie rods and I would have them in 2 business days. Took five. Left feedback on ebay. Was harrassed because I said he argued with me. Then got into another argument where the supposed owner of the company did not allow me to talk and then hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Horrible buying experience. Never will buy from again.
