Whatever you do, please do yourself a big favor and never do business with this establishment. The owner has a terrible attitute and he is not trustworthy. He also wants to take advantage of young customers who he think he can intimidate. His used scooters are broken and does not let you try them allegedly because you cannot run them on the public road, then he sells you a vehicle that does not work well, and gets very testy with you when he is caught in the scam. We managed to get him to return the money for our scooter but it was not easy to do and his rude and nasty attitute, made me want to warn everyone to never waste time visiting this crook. People like him should not be in business.

I ordered a 2 piece suit through EBay and reached out to the company letting them know the pants were not the right size and I wanted to do an exchange. I never heard back until one day I get a message from them asking for me to “leave positive feedback.” It’s crazy they ignored my previous messages but had time to ask for a review??? I am highly disappointed in the lack of communication and care for customer service. Do not recommend…

Very unprofessional business owner. I accepted a job offer here despite the horrible reviews, because quite frankly I just needed a job. While working here the owner was very disorganized, rude, and a little too touchy for my taste. He was very inattentive to the needs of the customers and showed complete disregard for the online clients purchasing through eBay. When I told him a customer had received the wrong item and wanted to do an exchange he completely brushed it off. If anyone is looking to buy from here, beware, they’re pretty much a chop shop looking for a quick buck.

I cannot say enough positive things about this business. I was riding through Miami on my Burgman 650 and experienced a tire failure. The Burgman has a difficult-to- find tire, but they found one and were able to install it for me the SAME DAY. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, the pricing was competitive (although I would have paid darned near anything to stay on the road). If I lived in Miami this would be my go-to place for service and parts. You are lucky to have them here! I actually hugged the young lady at the desk because she was so helpful to us.

I would have put 0 stars if I could. Never ever go to this shop unless you want to waste time and money over a motorcycle that doesnt work. The owner Hector seems friendly at first but hes just a greedy man looking to make a quick buck. The women at the front desk is the same, seems friendly at first but doesnt do anything to help. Went in to see a bike, tried it out, everything seemed to work and run good. Their mechanic even confirmed with me that the bike was in very good conditions and that I should have no problems. Made a deposit but couldnt pick up the bike until the week after. When I finally picked the bike up, the bike broke down the first time not even a block away from the store. At first I thought it was a dead battery, so my gf drove me to go buy a new battery and when I replaced the battery and it started up again until it complete stopped again, not even 2 miles from the store. Tried to call them to ask for help but according to the women at the front desk, they could not help me bring the bike back to the store unless I was to push the bike back myself or call a tow truck.Turns out, nobody knows anything at this store, and they just want to screw you over. So never ever make a step through their doors. youll end up losing money.

Wanted a simple bearing installed. They completely butchered the job. When I asked for my money back they kept dodging my phone calls for days.$130 to install a bearing ina magneto housing? Overpriced. But I wanted it done right. Been trying to get in contact with Hector for two days but he’s never “in the office”.Waste of time and money.

Judge for yourself.I went To buy break pads for the scooter to change it myself. They werent happy about selling me just the parts. Then, when i went To install it was the wrong one.I returned to exchange for a another and again they gave me the wrong ones. My scooter is uncommon so Im not too surprised by this part.I went back and told them and then they tried to give me a used pads that didnt even match. lol, although they said it was new it was half as thick as a new one that I compared it too (meaning it was half way used up, right?) I had found a store that did have them and so I asked to just have my money back... what hassle. they wouldnt offer me any more than a store credit- I just want brakes and you didnt have the money for to buy breaks without them returning my money.The next time I returned to there store with my scooter because it wasnt turning on. I signed to pay for their $60 inspection... the owner then came out said no that he didnt want my business because I complain to much. I only asked for fairness and if hes not taking advantage of people, he doesnt want the business. 2 stars because the girl at the front was nice about everything.

BEWARE... My credit card was stolen and used to make a purchase at a gas station the day after making a purchase in this store. This store was the only charge I made with the card in weeks and they had “mistakenly” had to swipe my card twice at the store.

Over priced rent a ATV 4x4 NOT working muffler broke was all patch with a piece of metal, they said tank was full and we have to add an extra $ 4.00 usd. Not worth it waste of money, time, and we dint enjoy the rental, was suppose to be a fun day, end it as a HORRIBLE day full of issues with that atv.

Good morning. Please read before goingWhen I went looking for a shop to do a few upgrades to my ATV I came across Masmotorsports. The shop looks Well maintained and clean. But I noticed that they had a lot of 1 star reviews. I’m a person that likes to formulate my own opinions about things and places . So I went a head and had Masmotors install a snorkel kit and a radiator relocation kit on my Honda ATV. Man do I wish I would have listen to those one star review, where do I start. Once I got my atv back I went riding and I noticed that the U pipe that goes to the riser of the snorkel is disconnected. So I check and to my surprise they didn’t use PVC cement to hold the pipes together. So when I called and told them that the snorkel came apart they told me that you aren’t supposed to glue the pipes together and they went on to tell me they those pipes are meant to stay together with just pressure......?!?!?!?!? um... I don’t know where they go riding but when I go riding there are bumps, dirts and mud. So that was lie number one. Then I notice that my radiator relocation rack is missing the back up coolant reservoir tank. But before I accused them of not installing it I call the manufacturer directly (Highlifter) I spoke to a representative And they told me that every relocation kit comes with the back up coolant reservoir tank. So I went ahead and called MasMotors and told them that I want to pick up the coolant reservoir tank and I’ll install it my self. The mechanic from Mas told me I didn’t need it that when you relocate your radiator the part is eliminated..... So lie number two. So now I spoke to the own and he as very aggressive with me. The the own said he would fix the snorkel and that this was the last time he would work on my ATV. Very bad customer service form the owner. So they fix my snorkel. I ended up having to call Highlifter to order the the coolant reservoir tank and had to pay an additional 40 dollars for it. So I will never go to this shop again. And I urge you to never go to the shop Unless you want to over pay and possibly damage your bike.

I left my motorcycle to do maintenance at no time they called me because they did not have my number correctly, to remove the motorcycle they charged me $ 100 without doing any type of repair. Unfortunately, very bad customer service, my motorcycle spent 1 month to fix it and every day it was a story until finally the motorcycle was fixed, supposedly they say it was something electrical and had not reached the corner and the motorcycle had the same fault For which I took it, they made me very expensive and when I call them to tell them they tell me that it was surely the carburetor, I dont recommend them ok. I put the star for them because it wont let me upload the comment if not, nor do they both have the star left too big, ok

I had my scooter repaired with them and the remedy was worse because the disease was repaired badly from that day on the motorcycle has a fault what they did was a sloppy charge they charge too expensive I do not recommend them to anyone
