It’s not everyday you are taken aback by great customer service. This is our sentiment after meeting with Shannon at Marcelin. My husband was in charge of purchasing all appliances for our condo reno project. He went with a big box retailer for some and Shannon for a panel-ready dishwasher. Not only did she help find the right brand, but she also was able to time the delivery just right to when we needed it. Today, I needed to consult the dimensions and fit of the range not even purchased with her and Shannon selflessly provided her opinion and expertise. For these reasons and more, we highly recommend this business when shopping for appliances.

This was perhaps one of the most pleasant, positive and professional shopping experiences I’ve ever had. By chance I found Marcelin Home Appliances when looking for a specific model microwave. I knew immediately I was in good hands when speaking with extremely knowledgeable Shannon who, I later found out, is the owner.. The technician, Mario, who did the removal, installation, and hauling arrived precisely when scheduled and worked efficiently and meticulously. Shanon was incredibly helpful in helping me find the correct panel for my Miele dishwasher. She was actually more helpful than Miele was. My panel got here in 3 days and fit perfectly. I would definitely purchase my next appliance here.

I had two column units a refrigerator and a freezer. With unusual measurements built in to my kitchen I knew I had to replace soon. But my refrigerator died last Friday. I did not want the same brand and the sub zero and others in that range were too pricey for me right now. I did some research and found an unknown brand to me, that had the perfect measurements. It is Leihberr. It is a German company that manufactures from refrigerators to cranes (I love German engineering) I went to their impressive showroom and I was sold. Originally I was going to order online but it took 2-3 weeks. Then I connect with Shannon from Marcelin Home Appliance in Doral. She is a Godsend! I spoke to her on Monday and on Thursday by noon my appliances were delivered and installed. I don’t know if you have tried to order appliances in the last year. But due to COVID there are major production issues and anything could be 2-3 months wait. it is amazing that Shannon was able to pull this off in less than 4 days. She was available after hours via text and made things happen. Their delivery team were very knowledgeable, punctual, professional and very nice! A+ all around.

Couldnt find a specific 21.5 depth Whirlpool washer anywhere, until I called Shannon at Marcelin. She found the washer, she spent an hour on the phone with manufacturer to confirm dimensions. Delivered and installed the washer on time as agreed and took the old one. I will definitely be coming back when I need another Appliance. Service was excellent!

Excellent customer service. During COVID-19, our stove “died”. Specifically wanted a flat surface top and started shopping online. Best Buy had exactly what I needed but a 6-8 week wait till delivered. Brandsmart, Home Depot, Loews, and a local appliance store either didn’t have it or a very long wait. I found Marcelin online, found the same stove offered at Best Buy long story short, it was almost $100 cheaper and it was delivered and installed as promised 7-10 days. Shannon was the representative and her communication and efficiency was excellent. I will absolutely contact Marcelin whenever I need an appliance.

After mopping up after a tropical storm & waiting over a month for a paid for washer & dryer from Lowe’s, which never arrived, we desperately purchased a Miele set from Luis Marcelin for $4300. These machines have pummeled & macerated our clothes, bark out digital error messages & orders, & take 3 hours to dry! Calls to Mr. Marcelin went unreturned & his wife, Shannon, was rude, nasty, & dismissive! This has been a frustrating, infuriating, exhausting experience!!! Dealing with Miele USA is even worse!

I purchased a Monogram Island Hood from Marcelin in October od 2015. They recommended an installer by the name of Nelson from Interamerican Solutions LLC. From the start Nelson was very unprofessional. He was supposed to come to the house and bid the job but couldnt make it and asked that I send photos. He quoted the job via text $350-$500. He showed up hours late for the instal then had the audacity to say the job was more difficult so of course I was charged the $500 he then tried to tack on an additional delivery fee of $175 which was never discussed. I refused to pay the delivery fee but did pay for the complete install. He didnt stay at the job, had 2 workers at my home. He wasnt there at the end of the job when the workers demonstrated the hood working with the fan and light both appearing to be operating properly. The hood however stopped working in late December, my contractor friend was in town and said he would take a look at it. Well when the stainless sleeves were removed it was obvious that the flex exhaust tubing wasnt attached to the existing fan chimney that was already in the attic/roof from the previous range, the fan was blowing directly into my attic and the power to the unit shorted out. $500 for an install because it was more work and then nothing was competently done. If the electric hadnt shorted out Id have never known the vent wasnt attached.When I tried to reach Nelson to discuss the issue he ignored me. I reached out to Marcelin Appliances and spoke to the owner who reached Nelson and they both had the nerve to say that wasnt included!!Luis MarcelinJan 4 (2 days ago)to me, ShannonDeana-I spoke with Nelson and he told me that he would call you.According to him, he had told you that he had only “hung the hood” for the price you paid him. The extra charge was to do the ductwork for the hood, and you did not pay him for that, so he didn’t do it. Apparently, he says that he told you this.I don’t know why this was not clear at the time of installation. I don’t want to get involved.
