Terrible service, would not recommend to anybody. Was told my dishwasher would be here in April, and now they are telling me end of September. If I wouldve known how long they were going to take from the beginning (Its going to be 8 months in September !!!!) I would have never gone with them. On top of that, they never answers my calls so I have to drive to the store every time I have a question. Once again, I would not recommend, I would go with any other appliance store.

I purchase on line from New York City and their selection is even better than any specialty housewares store in Manhattan or New York City and as a lifelong foodie When I call their Customer Service excellent and prices competitive and even lower than here in the city. Glad I found them on- line.

Less than 0 stars is what they deserve.We spent over $35,000 in appliances and they are great while you’re buying things but they cannot fix anything. We’ve been 5 months with no stove because of their incompetence. They like to argue on the phone but offer no customer service or solution.Spend your money elsewhere

Terrible customer service. We call them almost 3 months ago as we needed to service and repair some Miele appliances. They showed up weeks later, someone came and said we needed to buy some parts so we did, took them again a few weeks to come back, and finally they didnt fix the appliances. The person in their office was hard to get ahold of over the phone and always said ... we will call you back... never happened. Finally we connected with Miele corp and they came and fix our appliances and told us that we didnt need the parts that La Cuisine made us buy. If you need Miele services connect directly with Miele Corp.

After Sue advised me I did not need a component to finish my Thermador kitchen, it turned out it was needed. Instead of selling me the additional part after as part of my order, they refused to honor pricing and tried to sell me the piece at a higher price when they told me not to buy it initially. Wont do business with them again.

Great products but even better installation crew. Its hard to find quality work in Miami but I definitely recommend Carlos and Ethans work with La Cuisine. On time, skillful and most of all they took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Great work!

So heres the good, the bad and the ugly. And mind you, the four stars are provided only because Carlos - manager extraordinaire - stepped up and took ownership of everything that went wrong. Because of Carlos, this entire review was bumped from one star (horrible salesperson) to four.The Good: a great price for a Thermador gas cooktop. Best price I could find anywhere. Excellent selection of high-end appliances.The Bad: my original review would have been an exhaustive synopsis of just how awful - and I mean truly terrible - my experience was with their online salesperson who handled my transaction; however, the e-commerce manager, Carlos, stepped in at just the right time to save the day.Does anyone ever answer the phone at this place? But I digress...In short, I wasted considerable time over several days trying to chase down my salesperson for two simple answers to two simple questions: did the order process? and when will the order ship? Voicemails were ignored. Emails were ignored. Online chat requests were conveniently dropped. And yes, I documented all of it because I rightfully had concerns about her ongoing lack of communication. I finally resorted to verifying the transaction had processed by checking with American Express which then left me wondering if I would ever receive a tracking number. Because of this salesperson, my original review would have provided La Cuisine with only one star (and that was being generous). Shame on me for ignoring the first big red flag: I actually had to chase her down so she could make a sale.On top of all this, the online salesperson also told me the cooktop would arrive AT MY DOOR within 2-3 days after purchase. I even got her to put this in writing because, as I clearly explained to her on more than one occasion, I needed to coordinate delivery with installation as soon as possible. But five days after the purchase - after I again was forced to reach out to her via email - she responded with the tracking number. I learned at that moment my cooktop had made it from Miami to a warehouse in Fort Myers the night before. To be delivered the following Monday....I guess my salesperson forgot she had promised to let me know when my cooktop had shipped.....?!And now the Ugly: after calling the freight company, I learned my order would be delayed yet again. Why? The freight company has only three trucks and one was broken down. Funny, but my salesperson insisted she would use the very best shipping method possible. And yet the joke was again on me. To meet an installation deadline that was scheduled based on the salespersons promise, I was forced to drive an 80-mile roundtrip to - you guessed it - pick up my appliance from a freight carrier with an average rating of 1.3 out of 5. Again, I called my salesperson and left an urgent message stating there were issues with my delivery time. Again, requesting she call me. Again, I was completely ignored.So why even four stars from me despite a weeklong headache dealing with a subpar salesperson? Carlos. Carlos not only stepped in with a very sincere apology, he also went the extra mile to follow up and rectify the entire situation.I must be fair here: La Cuisine really does have an excellent selection and some great prices on high end appliances. If you live in the Miami area I highly recommend them. What I do not recommend is living elsewhere in the state of Florida, buying online and expecting a satisfactory line of communication from their online salesperson.I wanted to give La Cuisine five stars (because of Carlos who merits a few accolades and sincere thank yous) but the fact I was forced to reach out dozens of times requesting status updates (while being ignored just as many times) coupled with the fact I had to take time out of my very busy Monday to spend nearly two hours to drive and pick up a very expensive cooktop that should have been delivered to my door has left me wondering if the days of exemplary customer service are a thing of the past.Carlos should have received that commission....

I was very disappointed. My stove came in configured improperly - that may have been the fault of the factory but I had to keep calling to get information on progress. The most frustrating part was that La Cuisine just would not call me and let me know what was going on.They ***** would not return my calls******.I finally called the factory myself and got the problems fixed.My dishwasher was ordered wrong. La cuisine did do a good job of rectifying this - still, if they had ordered the correct one to begin with, I wouldnt have had to deal with it.....My wine cooler arrived with a huge scratch down the side - I refused it. ....The refrigerator and freezer were just fine, thank god. ....I expected better service and didnt get it. Worse is that I saw some of the same things at Brandsmart for less money. Service there couldnt be worse could it?

I have been waiting for an answer from them for about a month already. They came to my unit, I paid for a service call and they left with out fixing the dishwasher or even giving me an update. I have called and emailed them but never got a response

I ordered an under the counter Thermador fridge. Didnt receive an order confirmation email or any type of communication for several days. I called several times and was unable to speak to anyone, just got voicemails. So I emailed them and got a response stating the order will ship in 5-7 business days. 7 business days went by and no communication from La Cuisine Appliances had come so I reached out to them again via email and got a response stating the manufacture wouldnt be able to ship the fridge for another 14 business days. I called around and spoke to another appliance company, they checked with the manufacture and said they have the unit in stock and can ship it within 24 hours. I cancelled my order with La Cuisine Appliances and ordered from another company. Terrible communication and very poor level of service from La Cuisine Appliances. I read the reviews prior to ordering and should NOT have rolled the dice with them.

When I called for help with my Miele dishwasher, they were very eager and happy to help. An appt was set up for the following day and Ethan arrived on time to evaluate my dishwasher. He knew exactly what he was doing, gave me some tips on the rinse-aid and salt options for the future and said he would need a part to finish the job and he would have someone from the office contact me. They did that the very next day and had my part here in less than a week. Ethan came back and was on time to install the digital board and I feel like I have a new dishwasher! Not only was Ethan competent but he was knowledgable about the machine and he was very courteous. He even let my curious cat hang around and watch. I will definitely call Le Cuisine anytime one of my appliances goes on the fritz and I will ask for Ethan! 5 stars for this company and Ethan.
