They are always closed. I don’t even think this is a legit biz. Maybe they do something else but definitely not service appliances 😡

I called them on December 1st asking for prices on changing the rubber portion of my washer and the person I spoke to told me it would be $135.00 so I said perfect he then told me to send him the model of my machine along with my address and I did. Now today he called me to come and I said ok but I am not home, then my husband called me and told me it was $365 so I called him right away and told him I didn’t want the service but he had already installed it. I of course had to pay because the part was in place and he did provide me service, but did it in a very dishonest way. When I originally called he didn’t say what the part cost he just said $135 and today when I called him to complain he said he had told me which is false because I wouldn’t have agreed. I do not recommend them at all.

I am a true loyal Maytag owner of many appliances. I called this number to schedule a repair since Maytag approved this vendor and i had the worst customer service. I waited a whole week to have my machine service but when i asked why was i the last customer to see if i place the call on Monday he started to fight with me on the phone. He says its a service business and that i need to obey his schedule. Now funny he said this because i am the one hiring a company to fix a problem where he provides the service and i pay. The customer is always right. Going back to the awesome service call, he hang up the phone on me. Thats what i call customer service, hanging up the phone on a client. Awesome customer service, as matter of fact i called Maytag to report them. They should not continue to route clients to this vendor. Horrible customer service.

So surprised to see these reviews. They have been our repair persons for decades and are absolutely wonderful. They come out right away and do the repairs quickly and efficiently. Must admit the Maytag washer and dryer live up to the old ads that repairs are truly infrequent, maybe one call every couple of years for simple stuff. VERY SATISFIED. Only complaint is that, yes, their door says they are open but sometimes you go and they are not there....???

I dont write a lot of reviews but I want to alert other residents. This is an honest, and reasonable company. I think people are inclined to write negative reviews when they dont understand or feel strongly negative. I have used this service both recently and over the years. I can only say that I have been treated with honesty, and efficiency.

Called Dade Maytag due to recommendation from Whirlpool for a repair on my refrigerator. Bruce came out twice as promised and replaced the needed parts at a reasonable cost. He contacted Whirlpool when I still had issues and unfortunately it was deemed not repairable. Bruce also worked with me to fill-out paperwork to get reimbursed from my credit cards extended warranty. I can not say enough good things about Bruce. He is honest, diligent and extremely knowledgeable. I would call him again without hesitation for another appliance problem. Do yourself a favor and call Bruce the next time you need an appliance repair. I will add that this my first review for any company.

One would think that someone in a service business would want to provide pleasant, competent service. I called for assistance on a part I was trying to locate and the woman on the phone was simply rude. I was trying to locate a belt for a different brand/mfr hoping that they might have something that would work. Not only would she not try to understand the request, she didnt even offer options in terms of who I might reach out to. I called an out of state business and the guy on the phone spent close to a half hour trying to figure out what might work.Please train your people on how to provide service.

This outfit is a scam. I recommend that the best thing to do is to buy a new machine. No bargains here!

By far the worst customer service and technicians we have ever dealt with. The technician who came to our home was rude, unqualified, and had to return more than once and still did not fix our dryer issue. And of course they wanted to charge us for all of the misdiagnosis, headaches, and wasted time. The receptionist Sherry Alonso was also extremely rude over the phone to both my wife and I. Instead of truly listening to our complaints, she tried to speak over us and interrupt us, thus furthering our frustration. Additionally we caught her in several lies that she continued to try to lie her way out of instead of taking ownership of her false accounts. I would never recommend this company and would actually go out of my way to make sure no one else uses them. I hope the owner of the company gets the message that I asked Sherry to relay and works to resolve our complaints properly.

Called for a 4 minutes and the line was busy. This may be the only company without call waiting. They DONT fix Whirlpool refrigerators. I thought I should save someone else the time however, the gentleman told me to call Flamingo. Im not sure why Whirlpool has them on their repair list for Miami.

Bad service!They charge $60 in advance to give you a diagnostics which the owner already knows the problem and cost to repairs is more than the machine is worth. So you dont repair it he keeps the machine and the $60 buck.SCAM!!!

This place is a joke, went by 3 times when they were suppose to be open and not a soul in sight!!!

These people seem to get upset when u call them, not helpful, dont even deserve one star, avoid!

Went today at 4:20 pm and the place was closed, and they say they work till 5:30 pm..... (!!?????)
