No one at the store and to answer on the phone !!! What kind of business is that ? Useless...stay away.

You know how much it pains me to believe in an owner who promises his word. Luis sold us a refrigerator. It broke in a month then kept his words and came over to fix it. Finds out it was the compressor. He tells me an my mom of 75yrs old that he would put in a new one. Well here in the midst of the quarantine and scarce with food the refrigerator breaks down again and all the food spoiled. No neighborhood would want to chance it nor would I have given but I tried contacting Luis Reyes and finally after persistently he gets in touch to tell me he cant come bye because he is a smaller company and his repairman doesnt want to. Understanding I humble waited two weeks to find out that he on the Marketplace was selling appliances and its so heartbreaking to believe that he walking away from being a professional human being and trying to fix the situation. No call back to see or say store credit. Nothing. I rarely do any negative stuff like this but im tired of people screwing others. Its enough that my mother situation that she had someone steal a very large sum from the poor senior savings and that got her in a financial hole to then be slapped again bye an owner who to our faces promises he treats his clients like family. SHAME ON YOU
