Beautiful place. A lot of vintage on good price. Owners, so wonderful

I instantly fell in love with the store when I walked in. The staff (women with glasses and short hair) greeted us as soon as we came into the store. She was friendly and very pleasant to speak with. The store has interesting items and lots of beautiful china. I found this gorgeous vintage cermaic cat creamer pitcher! Looking forward to using this little fella 🐱

Call me Karen but we left as soon as we saw neither employees were wearing a mask while walking around and greeting costumers. From other reviews I can guess they were mother and daughter, so I understand not wearing a mask around people in your household. Unfortunately this is not their house, and we are in a pandemic. It takes two seconds to show your costumers you respect their health and put on a mask. Cute things in there, but didnt care to stick around.

I only have great things to say about everyone who works there, including the owner. I’m very confused by the 1 star ratings as I have and will continue to consign pieces with them as well as make purchases. I think this is one of the best consignment stores in Miami. Items, prices and selection are all 5 Star. Absolutely a great option for vintage pieces and high quality items, inventory always changing.

I got a halloween costume from there, and i can still use it for other occasions! The workers there are incredibly nice and extremely helpful. I was originally getting a poison ivy, in which i got insecure in. But the lady who helped us was extremely friendly and raised my confidence (although i did get another costume, haha). This is a great place if you’re looking for good clothes and fantastic people to help.

A unique find in Miami. Found a few pieces that were gorgeous. Definitely a place to visit for a nice few pieces.

The store is so lovely, you walk inside and you feel so warm and cozy and loved. The lady that owns the place and her daughter are so nice and sweet. I would say some of the older things are on the pricier side but Id say Its worth it. Definitly would come again.

In no way is Mónica nor any of our staff at Twice racist, sexist, classist, nor ethnocentric . In fact we carefully curate our collection to beautifully represent all of the different cultures woven as part of our 305 patchwork. Come in with fresh eyes I promise you’ll see us different....

Wonderful, passionate and knowledgeable staff. A vast array of items and clothing. Truly a vintage Mecca for the more eclectic taste.. Im so happy I found this little gem!

I originally left a review on their yelp page that was marked as not recommended so, sadly, most people who come across that page will not be aware of what they may face if they decide to shop at Twice Vintage. My original review was:This is a cute little store that immediately stood out to me. Stepping inside, anyone can immediately notice that the store is very well organized and the pieces are well thought out. As a fashion major with an area of interest in vintage fashion, I browsed hoping to find something that would catch my eye.I stumbled upon some recipe cards that I actually did need and held onto them while I continued to browse and waited for my significant other (who had the wallets) to arrive from another store.Upon his arrival, I wanted to show him around the store. The clerk (owners daughter) approached us hastily wanting to hold on to the recipe cards at the front. A little odd to do so suddenly but I prayed I was just misinterpreting the situation at first.We continued to look around, quietly discussing the items until it came time to check out. The clerk from before asked if we wanted a bag.Ah actually, whats in that bag there? Can I just see?A Panera paper bag filled with: a water bottle, a cup of fruit, and my wallet.My s/o and I are both black, so sadly were well-experienced to knowing obvious microaggressions (assumption of criminality in this case.)I was praying I had fully misread the first situation but the second one, immediately after making a purchase that I now regret, confirmed what I was hoping I got wrong.I had not once interacted with the store owner, but her daughter behind the counter has left a bad taste in my mouth and soured my view of the store.Could have easily have been a 5 star review but unfortunately Ill have to drop it by 4 stars for my unfortunate visit.Racism is vintage, too, I guessHowever, I am finally seeing the owners response for the first time as well!Dolly, everyone is welcome at our place, but Im afraid you totally misread my daughters intention. I instructed my daughter to ask you if you cared to leave the recipe cards at the counter so your hands would be free to shop around the store. Its standard procedure. Sometimes people purchase small items and dont want a store bag. They just put it in their purse or an existing bag. She asked what was in your bag to see if the recipe cards would fit or give you one of ours. Of course the recipe cards will fit in the Panera bag, which is incredibly large. Not only that, I was asked this after I placed my purchased items (recipe cards) in the bag. The general population is not as stupid as you take me to be.You preach faith in humanity and yet had no faith in me as a patron in your store? Your actions were not subtle. Like I said in my previous review, I am not new to microaggressions.

No parking for customers, otherwise is good. The owner is very professional and nice as well the staff. I recommend this Consigment boutique.

Horrible experience; the old lady with the short hair and glasses is beyond rude, unprofessional and is down right condescending. Unbelievable that someone who works in a shop, trying to make a sale treats customers in such a hostile way.The owner seems nice.

The items at the shop were of utmost quality and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Emailed them to consign with them and never heard back from them.Contacted the nearest consignment competition and they gladly took my items the very next day.

Incredibly rude staff. My friend asked a simple question and the older woman working went ballistic and flipped out on her calling her “incompetent.” Will absolutely never return.

Walked in to ask about their consignment services and was treated condescendingly. The personnel (lady with brown hair) didnt care to help us.

Very rude staff. We were present when she was speaking to a customer and we walked out because the lady behind the desk was speaking very rudely without regards to our presence, then ignored us! I will never walk into that store again, no matter what merchandise they have!
