Terrible and unprofessional company, they took order for customer urgent -AOG request and then stop answering and denied to fulfill the order, hesitate to work with them

Company is terrible. they have a sleeping girl answering the phone who has no idea about aviation terms or what she is saying. They never know what they have or have pricing to give when you ask them for a quote. Stay away from them, another miami company.
