Many years coming here. New girl Valentina help me and I am very disappointed in the service. Return a large shoe box from Amazon. Took to return like always. She didn’t want to accept because we need the original box. She offer to sell me a box. I then made my husband go home to bring back the package which happen to be just a nylon bag it came in all broken. . So in the end they took it. I also called amazon and they told me that they should accept it without the box. They just holding on to what the label from amazon says but it’s the same one all on all return. FYI I have received from amazon 1 box with many items inside and when I return of corse boxes are not going to match. Also received shoes with just tape and a label on it with no box. Bottom line: I have used this place with ease for years. Ans drop of items here without any issues and many without boxes for that matter.

Honestly for how busy they are every employee here works as fast as they can. Michael is one of the best at the counter but everyone is amazing. The manager of this location is also always helpful

Incredible that ups has an associate like this store and that ups does not make secret visits to rate the service. of its associates. If I wrote everything that happened to me in this terrible town. Surely there would be a lot of space missing on my phone. I do not understand who are the owners of this store. but surely they have no idea what happens in it. I deal with a lot of shipments and this is by far the most helpful team I have ever come across!!! So helpful, easy going and friendly! Those guys are truly the best and manager who runs that place deserves a reward for keeping it in that level for years.

Refuse to allow you to drop-off boxes because they dont have space. Just bad UPS store. UPS should look into this.

More concerned about how perfect you wear your mask than the service they provide, very well indoctrinated the young boys that work there.

I dropped four packages three days ago and they still appear in the UPS mobile app as if I didnt drop them yet. First time this happens to em since in other stores it shows up in the app no more than an hour later after dropping the items.

Site says closes Sat at 4p. I arrived at 3:08p and door sign says Sat closes at 3pWaste of time!

It would be helpful if you take a min and update the opening hour. It says 8 am online and 9 am in store sign. In a busy morning thats frustrating.

I’ve been going to this UPS location for about 6 years. They are always quick and professional. Even if it gets busy, they get the job done. Thanks to all of you, the hard work you all put in, especially during the Holidays!

This UPS store is conveniently located within walking distance for us.Rodrigo is very professional and friendly, offering to resolve our shipping needs. There are POB capability, copy machine and other office type solutions.The staff is very professional and once you go there, your file makes the next visit rather easily handled.Highly recommend!

This store is great. Its very organized, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Ive had my mailbox here since May of 2013 and Ive never had a problem at all. The owner is a very nice man and Ive always been treated great by anyone there. Sometimes the parking lot becomes a bit congestion, but thats only because Miami Lakes is full of pretentious A-holes who dont realize they live in Hialeah but with more trees...and A-holes. But hey this store is awesome!!!!!

It was good. Although I had a problem once because they dont do air shipments. This disturbed me deeply and I only go there to do ground shipments. The people working there are always really nice tho :)

Ive been using their service for 17 years. The place can get a little busy at peak hours and season and that can lead to some frustration. But, Rodrigo (who I think is the owner) is very helpful- great customer attention.

Horrible custumers service. Since I walked into the store the person had an actitud, had to ask couple time because I was having problem with my phone typing the information and he seems very upset because Of that. not going again to a place where I was about to pay for a bad service and where I didn’t feel welcome.

They literally robbed me .. I sent a credit card informing the manager and packing in UPS. The service is very bad my 8 year old daughter needed to go to the bathroom and they did not let them use theirs since it is personal a lack of respect
