Worst place ever! Mind you the lady that works there was extremely rude and walked behind us like we were going to steal something. My wife picked up a bottle of rum we were going to purchase and the lady that works there took the bottle off her hands like if she was going to steal it. Never in my life had Ive experienced such a rude person. She stated that I could use a Visa card to pay for my items and its a gift card that was given to me. Then I went to pay for my items using my credit card and she asked for ID like ID I was a criminal. We were followed throughout the store and the lady was breathing down my neck and we were force to purchase something quickly.

So clean and organized the girl that works there was so nice and they have full stock of everything

Lady working there has horrible customer service skills. My daughter just went in to buy me some cigars, since my usual shop is closed today, and the lady completely ignored her. She asked the lady if she had Perdomo and the lady answered “just look yourself”. Also the cigars had no prices on them. Horrible. I figuted I would give this small mom and pops store my business but no thanks. I hope the owner reads this and hired someone with proper customer service skills and with some knowledge.

The girl working here has no mask on when called to report they just hung up on me. Clearly they dont care for their customers or their customers health, disgusting.

Be careful you ask a Cuban ref if they have Caymus a magnum she says yes you ask her how much she says she dint know you drive to store and she hands u a 1.5 liter Jameson amd you ask her what’s this this ain’t caymus Ans she says what dathood rats in miami lakes be careful

The ladys working there have no respect for others. Honestly all my family and friends have found a new location to give my hard earned money. Its a shame that they are from the Dominican culture, because my family always taught us to respect and treat EVERYONE the way you want to be treated. This is not a cultural thing, some people dont have the great opportunity to be raised and well EDUCATED by great parents.(HIALEAH STORE)

So I called the store to speak with a manager and the lady does not speak English. I tried to explain to her that I need to cancel my order and re order because I ordered the wrong bottle and she refuses to do so even though the bottle of liquor still had not been picked up by the Uber driver.

Maybe the owner should explain to his workers how to treat customer in the store!! You have time to flag my review on google.... but can’t train your cashiers on how to treat a human being!! (Store in Hialeah)-0

Prices are competitive, but employees always watch you like youre gonna steal something. They also always close before the posted time. Really inconvenient. If you liked being treated like a theif as you walk through the door, I recommend this liquor store. On one occasion the owner actually walked us through the store, and rushed us to make a decision.
