This Isn’t a bad thing but the store is kind of like a wanna be Walmart. If Walmart was closed I would definitely come here. Stores a bit messy and inconsistent with departments but overall it’s a cute store. They definitely keep up with the holidays.

I love Big lots always has everything better than walmart and target honestly and great prices if I could go everyday I would.

The store could use a lot of sprucing up. Employees are not to helpful. This big lots is not new, its been here a long time and the store should look a lot better than what it looks like. Stuff is everywhere. Some stuff is damaged products and dont have everything in it, so beware of what you buy, make sure you have everything you purchase.

Nice place to get housewares and garden items. Only bad thing is have raised there prices. We do not go as much because we find items cheaper at other stores such as DDs

I was able to find wind chimes that were not available elsewhere. You can find most anything at big lots. Even Wal-Mart did not have any.

Is getting expensive, but is still a good value.

Store is fine but the cashiers take a lifetime. literally if you have 2 people in front of you just leave your cart and walk out.I did. Wont waste any more of my lifetime there.

Last week, I purchased a couch but, wasn’t able to take it home the same day. Today, a week later, I went into the store to pick up the couch, it was wrapped up, then brought out by two Big Lots associates. Assuming everything was fine, I then took the couch home, unwrapped it, only to find that it wasn’t the couch i initially paid for. I was so upset because it took so much effort to bring the large couch home, not to mention I went as far as renting a Uhaul, so one can only imagine my disappointment. At that very moment, I returned back to Big Lots and was approached by Robert, the Store Manager, I explained to him exactly what happened and showed him my receipt for the couch. I commend Robert on his excellent Customer Service skills, he went above and beyond, and handled the situation as professional as possible. He seemed truly concerned, and was ready to help figure out what went wrong. Robert is an excellent Store Manager and I appreciate the extent he went too, to help me get everything taken care of.Thank you Robert!!- a satisfied customer.

So I’ve gone to the big lots on Hollywood and Miami Gardens .. I love that they have their Dvd and blue ray section I buy a lot of that for my job.. I would just recommend they have more titles or more promos like buy 3 get one free or something like that.. I go once a month and buy 60 blue rays so hoping they replenish fast.

Quick check out! I honestly feel like this is the best location out of the one on Pines Blvd and Hollywood. This location is huge and it has more inventory.

Its the go-to place for cheapie headphones and other electronic accessories that you might need in a crunch. Also a near decent selection of kitchen staples, sweets and scool supplies. The stores are not huge, so dont expect to find everything your hear desires. Do expect to pay a fair price on most items.Fair warning: No coupons accepted. Leave those babies at home.

Have lots of things for garden

I love Big Lots because I usually find great deals here. What prevents me from giving the 5th star is the unreasonable wait EVERY time I shop there. There are never enough registers open & even if the lines are not that long it takes forever to check out for some reason.

No customer Service, the employees are not willing to help the customer.

Nice, unique home decor items

Dont pay for their outsourced delivery and assembly person. He is horrible and so disrespectful. He assembled our furniture in his truck. Who does that? In doing so, he scratched two sides of the table. He also left us with two chairs that were shaking and not screwed correctly. He came up with an excuse of how our floor wasnt levelled correctly. What kind of excuse is that when there were only two chairs that were shaking and everything else is fine. Although Big Lots has good customer service they knew they were wrong in this case. They should not be recommending someone to us if they are going to try and stay out of the issue. A week later, we got our money back. I blame Big Lots for this because they have a contract with this man who seems to say and do as he pleases. Stop recommending people who arent good. Youre only going to get your things returned to your store. My advice is that if youre going to buy furniture there, please hire your own person to pick up and deliver for you. Do not get their recommendation. Btw, they only have a contract with him no one else.

The store is a little messy as far as inventory being all over the place Im sure this has a lot to do with the holiday season.
