Believe the reviews! Customer service and wait time in the print section is the worst. I definitely won’t visit this location again. Wasted money because anything from an email they won’t touch and I was able to do this at other locations. The self service was freezing up; running out of toner.

They had the ink cartridges I needed and checkout was quick.

Spent two hours in the store trying to print a document. The people working there act like they don’t care. It was then confirmed as to why when I met the Manager. He also doesn’t care at all about the inefficiencies his personal policies have created. I have been able to print by sending an email at multiple Office Depots in the past. This store though, after all the trouble I had because their system wasn’t working they still wouldn’t let me send an email. Then finally the Manager had me use his computer to print the document. I’m just not sure why it had to be that hard. It’s 2021 can you please start acting like it and maybe utilize a little common sense.

If I can give this place a zero or negative, I would 100%. All I wanted to do was print a few docs and the copy/printing machine is very slow and outdated. There are usually 2 machines but one was out of order. I waited for about 25 minutes but it wasnt worth my time. Never stepping in here again. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Do not come to this store!3 people standing around, no employees want to help…… so many people waiting in line and employees/personal with no motivation to move the line along and help people with printing needs (which is what I came for) etc.

This place has become the worst for small business. There is a FedEx copy center three min away on main street that gives the service this store did at one time. Really not even worth going into this store anymore unless you are buying office supplies off the shelves. But then Amazon has better prices and they deliver. They must be going out of business

This place is the worst. It has a printing service but it closes at different hours than the store???? The clerk is horribly rude and in general the woman who attended me in this store are quite inattentive. The general manager of these stores should take care of who takes care of their stores!

This store has been AMAZING to me, I have both times gone to do binding, which is meticulous and takes a while and Deja did it for me in less than 15 min. It meant so much to me to have it done the same day. She attended me with a good calm attitude, regardless of the line behind me. You rarely see customer service like this anymore. She was amazing and polite as well. This Office Depot seems to get the job done every single time I go. Thankyou !

Self service stand is the WORST I spent like 1 hour for print some papers. Only have two machines for fax,copy and print.

I had someone get my paperwork done, and when he brought it back, the seal wasn’t right at all and both my brand/logos (2) had open pockets!!! I have them taken back and this timeIt’s sealed....but with these horrible air pockets... I could have try at it. This not professional bruh.

I came to get a 24 x 36 poster and the representative did not allow me to review my picture before I approved it not happy and they did not try to remedy it. Spending over $150. The north Miami Beach branch was well versed on projects they helped me a lot when I was in college. They were professional and knew how to bring a project together and I mean together. Revamp please 👈🏽

Whats the logic in charging $2.68 for 1 single page because the self-service copy and print printers are down? I understand the $2.50 minimum order policy but it should be waived if the self-service printers are down. I even called in advance to ask if the printers were working today and they said yes. I come here maybe 5 out of 7 days a week to print, so paying $2.50+ for a page or a couple pages really adds up. I wont come here as often until this is fixed.TL;DR: unreliable ice cream machines are to McDonalds as malfunctioning printers are to this Office Depot

Good location, quiet, clean store. Office Depot is a bit pricey with some items and there really isnt a whole lot of selection or variety to work with. When you come to Office Depot you usually want to just pick up specific items that you know youll find in the store. Overall the staff is good with helping out where to find items, and checking availability on certain items. In fact I would even prefer creating a new account through their online website and ordering online with a coupon that is granted to you once you sign up with your email. Itll save you the trip and you may find a little more selection on items.

Terrible service. You have to send a text to place yourself in line, so if you stand in line but you didnt send that text its like you are not there. Theres no way around that, their stuff is tight. Thats a really efficient system. Another thing is that you have a min order. It doesnt matter if your printing a page, your charge will be $2.50. Remember the super efficient line system to make the service real fast, well the service is reaaaally slow, so not good at all. Good luck if you decide to go there

The attention in this store is horrible only 1 person to help us talked to the manager there’s a long line of customers and she’s on her phone doing nothing not helping out. Don’t recommend this store.

Very slowly I wasted 30 min in line whit just tree person before me and workers don’t care about people waiting or people need any help.

The worst customer service wait time was over 1 hour and 10 minutes. Only one person working in the Business service. An older gentleman waiting on the line for more than an hour and when they are going to attend him they told him that he need to make the copy himself and the man did not know how to use the copy machine and they said they couldnt help him. The worst Office Depot in Miami. The cashiers pull up chairs and literally sit down, that’s how lazy they are. Don’t waste your time, if you need good service, I suggest you stay away and go to another location or to staples. The problem is from management and trickles all the way down to the employees.

I usually dont leave reviews but I wanted to share my experince so you dont waste your time here.I was waiting a long time at the printing center and I was next. I was ignored for about 10 minutes. Then the woman assisting me began printing right before I made a decision.The attitude these employees carry is like they dont like their job and just waiting for 5 oclock so they can leave.I forgot to tell you their printing services and products are expensive.

These guys are the best. Needed help printing invitations and Lauren in the copy and print depot really helped us out. She did a phenomenal job and was very friendly and attentive. Thank you guys for helping us with these invasions from hell.

The only reason why I’m leaving a review is because this place has really gone downhill. Had to go back twice to print some images because the first time each page had 2 thick black lines and then the second time the girl who helped in printing decided to zoom in for no reason than her own personal aesthetics. It would be okay if this was a normal photo, but it’s a halloween project that had to measure 30 inches and ended up being 38 inches. I went back that day because I had time to spare, but now my friend went today to print some other things and the same girl did the same thing! So if you go get help for printing they do whatever they want, and if you do self serving then the machines are not functional or leave black lines... take your pick. I guess I’ll be going to the one in Pembroke from now on even if it’s much further.

Although the customer service was exceptional for the full service printing department, they seemed to be short in staff, its not the employees fault but they where not able to help the self service line. I attempted to get printing done from a USB and the copy machines a first read my files but then machine errors began. The copies came out with black spots. There wasnt any staples, rubber bands, or paper clips stocked, this happened for 3 days in a row. I ended up going to FedEx printing, who provided all my needs.

This was the store my family would go to for our school needs but it has certsinly declined to the point that I will not go back, we wete in line for about 7 minutes when the clerk explained that we now had to text to some number to be added to the waiting in line list, not only I had to send the message twice but the reply to add my name never came back so I was ginally listed under the last 4 of my number. Definitely a poor experience, the clerk didnt know how to enlarge a picture that she had to call the manager, Silver was on his name tag, he did his best but had to run the register and called another clerk who was running late from break and as you could imagine, because he called her inquiring on her time to return she comes back with an attitude, poor customer service and purposely slow, yes, purposely, she rang us up and left our papers on the counter, we had to ask her if she had a bag or an envelope and she put our papers in it, not a thank you, have a good nothing, nothing!!!! if it wasnt because the manager called out her name I would not know it because she was not wearing a name tag, Ms. Bloom needs to seriously be retrained on customer service. I hope that store improves its service to the customers.

The copy self service need to improve

Chris was very helpful in locating the items that I was looking for. Crystal, the cashier, was fast and efficient. Both were very pleasant and polite. The store was clean and organized.

We went to make copies of 2 documents at the self service copy machine, machines were both out of order, we asked for someone for help, they said that it was down it she was not sure, after 5 mins of waiting and searching around the store for associate, we finally found someone who said that it was in fact down. We wait to get two documents copied, because of them not having their copy machine down, they were charging the minimum $2.50, when I spoke to the so called store manager, Juan Uribe, he claims that it’s not their responsibility to have the copy machines operating. It’s just an additional service he stated. This store is very unorganized and unfriendly environment. This place is such a ripoff, charging 2.50 plus tax because they can’t keep their machines operating properly. I have always wondered why office Depot stores have been closing, the service provided is so poor and the managers, associates attitude were worse. The manager was proud that he even gave his name and phone number as if his performance was exemplary, what a poor customer service oriented place.

Great customer service here and personalized assistance is provided if necessary. Team members went above and beyond to help me obtain everything that I needed to facilitate a special project for my students!

This is a horrible location. They need a better Business Services System. Theres no organization as to the type of service customers want so the associate can better assist and move the line faster. Additionally, they need to add more self-service options like Faxing. I waited so long to fax something they lost additional business from me that I didnt even go to purchase additional office supplies as I planned because I waited way too long. In fact, I waited so long I almost thought about going to Walmart and buying my own fax so I wont have this awful experience again, which I still might do.

This was my go to store for many years. Then, one day, I went to the printing area and waited my turn in line. I had often used the printing/faxing/email services. The head clerk ignored me for no apparent reason, the trainee who waited on me didnt know how to do one of the task I asked for, so he called her to help me. She didnt respond, she looked at me and then turned her back to me and continued serving each and every other person in line as I waited. After 20 minutes, I left. I have never been back. I gave the 2 points for the service I used to receive there.

Very unprofessional store manager!While trying to purchase a laptop that was not on display, he insisted we had to pay first before showing us the box. We did, only to find out it was an open box with a dirty and used laptop inside, that wouldnt even turn on, it was either returned or used for display.Clearance doesnt imply that.Very fishy, scam like experience that I would only expect on a flee market.The store manager very rudely asked what do you what to do? didnt offer any explanation or choice.Sorry Im not sorry, Ill take my business somewhere else

100% disgusted with this location. It’s filled with lazy people who clearly hate their job. Literally let customers sit in line for 15-20 minutes with one person on the register while other employees are standing around not interested in helping. Poor experience, I’d rather drive the distance to Staples to have a better experience! Calling customer service doesn’t help, they don’t even know the proper protocol for filing a complaint!!!

I called to inquired for an Antivirus update the Tech Department stated that had the software update at the store. I decided to drive to Miami Lake Office Depot store to purchase it. When I got home and installed the Antivirus was 2014 old version. I drove back to the store and spoke with Manager about the in convenience I had experienced. She said that was unable to accept my return because I had opened the software already and Office Depot it does no allow it base on their policy. I asked her why I was told that was 2016 software update and why they still have 2014 version on the store display shelves. She could not answer my questions.

I asked three employees to help me find a supply for my office two of them didn’t really care and one did, But we still couldn’t find it they told me go to Alex for help I stood there and he didn’t acknowledge me but he seems gentlemen because of the way he was treating the customer in front of me but if you going to take 15-20mins to help that person out you should tell me and not make me wait. I asked for the supervisor Alex and one of the employees told me he is busy.... ummmmm so how can I get help? At first I looked for it myself 10-15 mins couldn’t find it and then In the mist of the other employees another 40 mins lost so a whole hour of lost time! And left with what I didn’t want!!!!! It just aggravating when you don’t have employees that don’t know how to properly treat customers they were not rude just no etiquette!!!

I was on line 2nd person, so a new cashier comes in and gets the guy behind me so when I questioned it, the sales person gives me a cock and bull story about how I was next and some other bull which I was so pissed off I really didn’t care. I had 5 items in my cart plus I was going to buy 3 of the new echo printers for my business I left the cart in line and I left I am going to Best Buy and guess what I am saving over $200.

Horribly mismanaged. This store is a cluttered mess. No one to help you find what youre looking for. Long waits on line everytime I go there. I wont be returning. When I need office supplies, Ill use the Pembroke Pines location. Pines store is further away but Im not dealing with long waits at cashier or lazy employees and managers.

Office depot on 57th ave was superb ! The associates were friendly knowledgeable & extremely helpful to me. I needed some very important high resolution color copies on high gloss photo paper . . . They took care of me.

I came with 400 copies that needed to be cut in 3. A job that takes at most 10 minutes. It was an emergency, and needed it right away. The lady told me I needed to wait until the afternoon to get it, so I had to do it by hand. There was only one cutter... then I asked for the typical copy box, and they didnt have it in stock.Sorry, but I had a bad experience here today.

Was in the store this week every one friendly I saw a price on website said I can pick up at store. When I arrived store had different price showed it to the manager he granted the price. That is excellent customer service.

Corporate please retrain silver your store manager. My friend and I went there to purchase an office chair for one of our locations. There was only 1 chair available it was quite small however since Im 5 2 it did the trick however it wasnt a chair the mass audience would flock to. The product had limitations and I was interested in taking the last one . Someone normal and trained properly especially management would make the exception knowing old product doesnt maximize the companys returns . Plus is a chair for only small people as its quite small. He insisted we had to pay $12 assembly fee when it was already assembled!!! Clearly a rip off. The chair was $59 again it was the one on the floor already set up. We didnt argue with him at all because we know there is yelp Google reviews and oh so many other sites we can share our dismay on. We did however both look at each other like we were on the twilight show ! The chair ended up costing us $72 plus tax not reasonable . He approached us and he was not smiling very serious like he was quite unhappy he was there. There are other jobs out there silver but mistreating ladies at that doesnt sit well with anyone and i bet this is why your employee muller was also starring at you during the entire fiasco! When he approached us we didnt know if he was going to beat us up or attend to our questions with the level of frowning and seriousness this man conveyed . I certainly wouldnt want another group of ladies to be offended by this mans demeanor because Silver is not an asset to office depot instead this type of behavior especially with secret shoppers becomes a huge liability with law suits even. Not acceptable behavior corporate. He is tarnishing your good name.We are pleading for the office depot corporate that reads this genuine review to retrain the office manager Silver as hes a silver bullet through the heart of customer service and attentiveness itself .

Put in an order for printing service on the 22nd... The website said it should be ready by the 23rd at 7PM giving them almost a whole working day to complete this task and I don’t get anything informing me of my order. I call this morning and was left on a 30 minute hold. Hung up and tried to call back and now the line is busy.
