We were yesterday at Miami Lakes Automall and we were super exited purchasing the dreamer truck for my husband. We were attended by Jose, the Arles man and Julio in Finance and our experience was awesome. We are “very picky” in everything as customer” and we really need to say they rocks. Very gentle, professionals helped us to buy out car. Very pleasant. I brought my Jeep Cherokee in for Service and was taken care by Service Advisor Gregory Mirabal. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable on my concerns about my Vehicle. I never knew how to use the Bluetooth in my vehicle he showed me how to use it. Whenever I need any work done I will be coming back. Mr Mirabal is the BEST.

Whenever i call by phone to find out about the title of my car they answer and transfer the call to me which always hang upp and today a certain Maria answers me and 2 times she transfers the call to me without hearing the reason why im calling customer service by phone its terrible

Came in for some issues with my vehicle and met with service advisor Gregory Mirabal from Chrysler/RAM. Gregory is a nice guy and provided exceptional service. He took care of the issues and was very communicative with updates throughout the process. Customer service like Gregory’s is rare these days and I will definitely check for him next time I’m back. I don’t write reviews but they definitely deserve it. I took my wife’s car for maintenance and obviously recalls. Chrysler and jeep need recalls to live. When I go to pick up the car I am driving it and hear a crazy noise. Open the hood and see a red rag from the mechanic inside the motor. Leave it overnight because they were closed and next day I had to call the service team around 10am. I think your customer service team should have called first thing and not wait for me to call. So the customer representative tells me that the rear suspension has a problem, I don’t know about cars but I know that a 2 yr old car can not have suspension issues plus when I took the car in, it didn’t have that noise.I go with my coworker that understand about cars and only took him 3 minutes to know that they did not tight the nuts on the rear tire.This is crazy. Till today I haven’t got a courtesy call. When I am about to leave I asked the mechanic what is the a! Light I have on the dashboard. He says is the small battery, but nothing to worry about. Today the car is not turning on. Why if the mechanic saw the light and the battery is under warranty why they just didn’t replaced it.Please THINK TWICE when getting a Chrysler. There are better options out there.

Horrible service in this place. I have left more than 5 voicemails since yesterday and no one returns the call. You call and ask to speak with a supervisor and all they do is transfer you back and forth and no one ever answers. Worst dealer ever!!!!!!!
Ill be honest, they worked with me a lot to get the price I wanted, but let me get into the nitty gritty:1) When I walked in, the manager promised me a price, and a certain amount off, without hesitation. When I mentioned this to the dealer, he wasnt able to confirm that, and when he spoke to the manager, they said they couldnt match that price.2) The car I was buying was off the lot. They couldnt let me test drive the vans because when they brought me out there, they didnt bring any keys. How can you not expect a customer to want to test drive a car?3) They lost the master key, and the salesman called me to tell me he had it ready whenever I wanted to come up and get it. When I drove up (an hour away), he said it wasnt ready yet and he would have to let me know when it was. Lost the master key? Didnt replace it?4) Im coming up on a month, and they still havent put in the paperwork to transfer the title, which means Ill have to drive another hour each way again to get a new temporary tag because they dropped the ball on their paperwork.5) Not that it matters to me too much, and I may be nitpicking, but the salesman are pretty unprofessional. Am I your bro, or your customer? Figure it out.If youre willing to sit and haggle for hours, then its worth it, otherwise these guys are schemers and a pain to deal with. Dont forget to cross your Ts and dot your Is. Check every little detail because theyll get you on it. Otherwise I got a great deal on a great car, but Im still dealing with a lot of their mistakes.

This is the worst possible place to buy a vehicle. The customer service is terrible. Clients are obviously not their main concern. I called 3 days in a row. Each day I spent 20-30 minutes trying to speak to someone including the manager. No one would pick up the phone. Terrible place. Never go there.
I service my vehicle at Miami Lakes Jeep, Jonatan Birstok Has been my Service advisor from the very start, the service is top notch. Jonatan always attends to us in a friendly and caring manner. The Jeep has had its share of issues but do to the great service and the efficiency in witch it gets repaired I am a Customer for life. I will be buying my next vehicle from them and will Male sure Jonatan continues to take care of our service needs Thank you!!!
Revised Review Dec 24 2016:I had received a call from Steve the Service Manager in reference to my review. He admitted to their short comings & advised me that they were in the process of moving to a bigger location and hiring more personnel to provide better and faster service. As a courtesy for my previous inconvenience he offered me a complimentary oil change and car wash, which I got done yesterday.As a manager he is top notch when it comes to providing customer service. I appreciate that he took his time to speak with me and listen to my concerns and to offer the free oil change and wash was awsome 👍 I will continue to use their service my my future vehicle repair needs.They take an extremely long time to repair your vehicle. When you get to the service repair area their really isnt anyone to greet you are point you in the right direction...you got to fend for yourself. If you call the service Dept usually no one answers and you have to leave a message with customer service and even than you have to wait to receive a call back. My suggestion is that they hire a person(s) to greet the customers and points them in the right direction so that the customer doesnt feel like their walking around like zombies. The other thing is that they should give customers tickets with numbers so that everyone is taken care of by order because a few customers were taken care of before me.
This place is very very bad costumer service they never answer the phone I feel so sorry for the owner of this place because is no him is the employed they dont want to work but they want the check every week.

I went to have the car fixed and they had it for 4 days and when I went to pick it up, the car had the same problem as when I took it. A lack of respect that after charging me 260 dollars they could not fix the problem of my car.

Last Saturday 04/01/17 at the service center, requesting some necessary parts for a Chrysler 200, I can catalog the attention of good. The price of the purchased parts seemed excessive, but I do not believe that this is the power of the service personnel.However, today 04/04/17, when I went to pick up a piece that was still pending, I had an unpleasant conversation with a man who works outside, where cars are received, in a very bad way I was struck by the place where I had parked my car. I explained that I did not know that the place was inappropriate and replied that I should have asked before. I clarified that a man in a white shirt at the entrance had told me to park in front of the access porches and his kind response was that this person did not have to tell me anything because he did not work there. Unfortunately I do not know the name of this employee, I just remember that he was a dark skinned person, about 40 years old, and that unfortunately it differs considerably from the kind treatment I received from the rest of the people in the service center.
