My whole family love this place, we go there almost every weekend to enjoy a treat, but today I was very disappointed, a lot of the ice cream flavors were gone, what is going on, it was very sad to see the containers empty .

This is our favorite ice-cream store. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and kind, they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Definitely going back for a treat. Their variety of ice-cream is plenty and their waffle cones are fresh and delicious.

My kids love this specific spot, so happy children happy mom. Besides the staff ( two young ladies; night shift) are so patient kind and always happy.

Vegan options & seating are available. Staff are great.

I just ordered through Uber eats to surprise my brother (since I cant be there) and I made a special request from the restaurant. They truly went above and beyond and over exceeded. This is the best ice cream and the best atmosphere in the Plaza. This beautiful Place adds a character and bring a certain vibe to Miami Lakes area. It is a very clean shop and they always have music and a great attitude. Im not a big ice cream guy but I love their cakes, brownies and cookies. Please try them out especially on free cone day.....lets just say its fun!!!

Ice cream was good but wouldnt recommend to anyone with small children or easily offended by profanity because the music being played tonight had plenty of it. It felt more like a nightclub than an ice cream shop. Glad I didnt have my son with me, I wouldnt want to have to explain the meanings of the words I heard. Some other parents had to do that tonight while I was there.

I love the store!!! It is very very clean, beautiful and inviting, even the bathroom is amazing. Oh yeah and the ice cream is to die for... Tonight Dough is the bomb! Id also like to mention that they have the most friendliest and most helpful staff that I have ever seen in Miami (and pretty cute too...). They are extremely energetic and make you taste 100 of flavors before you can make up your mind... I love it

Im here practically every day and every single time I visit, Im amazed all over again. Ben and Jerrys has the best ice cream and this shop is by far the most inviting. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They never fail to smile and make everyone feel welcome. The store is very clean (including the bathroom) Milk and cookies is my favorite!!

I ordered a Heart Shaped Cake online and they delivered me a Round Cake. Upon asking they said the lady who makes cake was in a hurry and made a mistake. They did apologize me and gave 10% discount but that did not make me happy because it was for my wifes birthday and I wanted a Heart Shaped Cake.

An amazing ice cream parlor!! Ive eaten at almost every ice cream shop in miami and hands down this place beats them all! Great quality and great service! The owner is very friendly and gave my pregnant wife a FREE cone. Make sure to tell him about any special occasions - hes the type that cares.

Awesome customer service my kids loved it, all the staff engaged and ready to help going above and beyond,we got a cake and fresh baked brownies and the staff offered samples with a genuine smile, a gentleman was making cones and gave one to my son he loved that.

Not that good for the price. I got a miniature kids cup with a small scoop of ice cream with no toppings for almost $5.00.When I go to Menchies I get 4 different flavors of frozen yogurt, with all kind of toppings for the same price and its healthier and taste better.This place is overprice.
