I like the new paint color😊👍🏽. I have been coming to this location for years. Never cared for the parking but once inside I always enjoy the shopping experience. The staff at the deli station are awesome. Always friendly and smiling. I met Kevin yesterday and he made my sub sandwich. He was so attentive and nice. He has a good personality. Shopping at PUBLIX is always a pleasure. Though they have limited ethnic food choices I know its geographically the area and the demand.

Friendly to the people is what I say about this place. As an African American citizen I have only been going to places that are as professional as I am towards me. People always offer to help me and are always friendly to me. The staff will start up a hello how are conversation with you in a heart beat. The staff is so friendly! I do instacart and i try to stay in this store. This is one of the few Publix that are fully stock, yeah they’ll be out of things from time to time but let’s face it, it happens. This store is always busy! There’s no such thing as a slow day here.

Beautiful service. Theres a reason why their motto is where shopping is a pleasure staff are always friendly and quick to offer assistance. They carry a pretty diverse range particularly in ethnic isle. Produce is usually lovely and fresh. The Deli although busy is well manager and properly prepared for onslaught of lunch and dinner rushes (pub subs and chicken plus other offerings). Bakery has an area designated for planning catering with experts. Just, amazing this place!

This store is located in Miami Lakes FL..The employees wear masks and Customers are required to wear masks..The store is well stocked with merchandise..The deli food is cooked to Order and their Subs and Freshly made.. Customers are able to purchase items with Cash Credit Cards or EBT cards.The restroom are Clean and open to the Public.. Parking spaces are Not Limited.

Deli,always Deli dept. No rotisserie chicken Everytime I get there after work, always short on help. Oh,if the chicken is done cooking they take their time leaving it outside getting cold. Next time Ill include a picture. That will not fail..

Publix Super Market is Florida’s best supermarket.Very well stocked and friendly staff. Prices are Ok. Wide selection of everything.Great buying experience.I highly recommend this supermarket.

I love publix. It always looks clean and organized. Unfortunately like all supermarkets and stores prices are rising to fast.

A really good store to shop out. The only negative thing, was that the cashier werent provided a gun scanner for heavy object. I had a really nice cashier, but I had to pick a slightly heavy case for her to slide on the surface counter scanner instead of just making it easy with a hand gun scanner. For me it was fine but what about the lady cashier???

Miami Lakes Publix is consistently a great grocery store to shop at. Employees are friendly and helpful. It has always maintained cleanliness. Well stocked with a wide selection. Catering from this location is also 5 stars.

Real nice and homey place. I come here all the time with my girlfriend to get food. The sushi here is amazing!

Publix is great customer service is excellent ordering online checking meals one day in advance is fast and easy and the chicken is delicious the only downside is some pieces are small like pigeon wings or drumsticks must have normal size chicken also one day in advance purchase is only allowed however the price for 16 piece chicken Hawaiian rolls three sides a pound each is around 21 to $22 fresh and hot love it you can get it breaded chicken or on breaded. You can also order 50 wings for a party for around $30. They have a variety of mixed chicken/legg and thighs wingsEnjoy . While picking up your chicken you didnt get the BOGO s and your prescriptions

Beautiful store sold Taylor pork roll, I was really excited

Placed an order for 2 subs an hour in advanced. Understandable that its lunch time but thats the purpose for online ordering. Ordered for 1:30, got there at 1:34, order wasnt made until 1:48 and I had to ask the person to bring it back from the walk in cooler since they didnt put it where the online orders normally go.

I live in Miami Lakes and this is the worst Publix, they never help and they are always out of main items. At times it feels like they might be going out of business, is ridiculous. If you want leftovers use this Publix. Meat department is basically out of business around dinner time, no effort whatsoever to SELL me the cut of beef that I want for my family in this specific time Tenderloin, seriously no effort at all. I will have to give my business to Winn Dixie and Whole Foods.Goodbye Publix

Would rate this place a 0 if I could. The pharmacy is incredibly incompetent, and they regularly slip the wrong medication in your medicine especially this one short haired frog faced old lady, and if you complain about how cancer medication was put incorrectly into your medication another wrinkled lady just babies you doesnt even bother comping the copay for the medication or offer some kind of compensation for the both of their shortcomings

I cannot believe I am about to give Publix a bad review. I went to this Publix this evening and I have never seen such a disaster. I felt like I was at Walmart!First, the produce section was empty! No tomatoes, no bananas, spoiled fruit. I was surprised.Second, there was only ONE register lane open. Self check out and 10 or less items lane. NO Baggers.There were plenty of customers waiting.Final, usually there are associates who assist you at the register. Ghost town. I asked if they were short staffed and the girl said ppl were at lunch. This was 7-7:30pm

Wholefoods in always stocked and consistent in there choices.. this place meat and prepared foods lacks consistent stock and choices. Additionally other publix has much better prepared food choices and consistency. I have to leave here and go to another store. Very disappointing and waste of my valuable time
