My whole house is from this store. I love my Dining table. They have very nice things.

We ordered and paid for a rectangular glass for our table and waited for it to come from their warehouse. On the day we were going to pick it up We were told it’s not ready they don’t have it and that we can either wait or get a refund and honestly, we’re disappointed and dissatisfied! I won’t be buying anything myself again from here. Not a good first time experience. EDIT: Am I supposed to give you5 stars for not giving me the product/ the service that I needed ? You guys never told me it was damaged when we asked you only said that we have to wait or get a refund. My review is complete honest. I haven’t put anything that didn’t happen. No one is reprimanding anyone. In America you get 5 stars for doing a good job sorry. ALSO you guys texted my mother and called her “corrupt” for writing an honest review ! That is what’s wrong and harassment. Sorry but my review is honest and you guys shouldn’t attack someone for writing the truth.Saying those things to my mother was very unprofessional.

I came by on a Saturday @655pm. The rude female inside turned the lights off and had the front door locked. The hours are wrong. She had to come to the front door to turn the lights off.

Grandmaster furniture is very unprofessional when in to find out when you can receive your items they have you waiting for about 30min and then they hang up on you and that unprofessional business.
