I got to the store 30 minutes before they close and nobody wanted to work, help or anything, and no one cares

They no longer print documents for you, you can only print through the self service which use machines that are constantly freezing or out of commission. A simple printing of 8 pages took 1.5Hrs.

Worst place to print copies, even worse attitude towards customers. Their self service copiers were down and to make two copies they charged $2.50. What a ripoff place. Never would return, bad customer service by the manager and associates.The manager was so proud of his bad customer service, he proudly wrote his info down. What a joke of a place run by Office Depot, people like this are the reasons why Office Depot stores are on the decline. My company and I used to visit Office Depot for regular printing services, never again.
