I recently took my Jeep in due to some trouble I was having with a cylinder and also to address a recall issue . I must say, my husband usually deals with the vehicles- but he was out of town, so I went in and was so happy to meet Jonathan B., the Service Manager who helped me out! Not only was he kind, knowledgeable, patient and professional- but he also set me up with a rental at Enterprise and handled all those arrangements for me. He kept me informed as to the status of my insurance coverage, repair approval process and the repair time as well. I hardly ever have car trouble, but if and when I do, I want to deal ONLY with Jonathan! Thank you so much for a great experience of something that is otherwise a big pain to have to deal with!
Went to see a jeep grand Cherokee L that they showed online for $58k and the car didnt exist, the person helping us was Edgar who said we shouldve called because the website is not accurate. He proceeded to try to switch us on a limited edition (typical bait and switch tactic) we told him we wanted the Macintosh sound system and he said he had some limited edition that had it (we been looking for this vehicle and know that that sound system only comes on overland and the summit edition) we entertain him and he was not able to find one with the system but he said he had a summit to which I told him that it would be out of our price range. He said if you are leasing price doesnt matter, it all about the payment I told him he will never be able to get the same payment on a car thats almost $10k more, he proceeded to argue with me which made my wife tell me to just leave because we were wasting our time. Moral of the story watch out with this place they will try to get you in the door with fake advertising and then try ti hammer you into taking a higher payment. I recommend you look for a different Jeep dealer which theres plenty in the south Florida area.
Everybody was so kind when I came in to get my Jeep’s taillight replaced. Rolando was quick to help me out and give me all of the information I needed and Damien helped me the day prior to make sure that the taillight got repaired and everything else got fixed. Hello,I went to this dealer about a month ago to resolve the Transmission issue with my car. Every time i go to service, im told come next week. First time, i was told due to Staff shortage, then the tech for transmission was not there that day. Today i had it! I was told there was not enough parking to keep my car there, i should return next week. What a joke going there 3 times and always told some odd excuse. Service department is a joke at this location. They don’t want to do appointments, no loaners, no service. Just drive till the brand new car breaks down.

Worst service every time, you try to call for the service no one get your call, the voice mail is always full, got my car the day before just for an oil change, no one pick up the phones to give you the status of your car.Sales department try everything to sell you a car, but on the service time its just a nightmare.
HORRIBLE Service. I leased a Jeep for 3 years and the entire time the service was absolutely horrible. I would recommend going to the Jeep in Pines or Sawgrass to avoid the horrible/terrible service and save the aggravation and headaches of dealing with this dealership.

I just got a brand new RUBICON 4xe in miami lakes .... this is the second JEEP in my house at this time. Love the car and the electric system, but today I had a problem with the electrical system . Got the car early to MIAMI LAKES JEEP, the line was long, but BISMARK TALAVERA. In service, and CHRIS in sales, did the imposible for me to be able to wait for the Jeep ... to see what was wrong. Also a mechanic JOSE was great with service. In less than an hour the car was ready, it was just something with the door ( nothing major) they even changed my carpet covers with the plastic ones, and CHRIS even charged my EV with electricity . DISHONEST DEALER. Don’t bother having a transaction with them. We were interested in a second handed car that is posted at $12k. The manager promised to lower the price further but swallowed his own words right when we are about to sign contract. A couple days later they lowered the price to $11k. We got back and now the dealer charged us a ridiculous markup of $6k for non-sense fees (“add on package/ $3k dealer fee/ blah blah). To the dealer - you will lose a ton of business if you keep treating your customers like fools.
I bought a brand new jeep compass from another dealer. it had a factory defect where they did not place a hose in the moon roof causing severe water leakage in my car. The car is only 3 months old.The service dept was a horrible experience. There water leak specialist supposedly fixed my leak. I was never informed that it was fixed or what it had. I was never kept updated with the repair. when I arrived my car was parked outside on the side and the key was left with some staff member having nothing to do with parts dept. My rug has mold in it and they personnel told me they can not fix it and I had to take it to my original dealership. They informed me maybe i could just lay some paper down to soak the leak. When I went to my original dealership they told me Miami lakes was wrong and they should of fixed any consequential damage caused by the leak.The staff member Kerby provided no customer service at all and never returned calls I made afterwards to attempt to inquire what exactly was done with my car. When I did interact with he seemed upset I even had questions. If I treated people the way he and this dealership treated me at my job I would be immediately terminated.Take my advise stay away from Jeep / Chrysler manufacturers. Also stay away from this and Pembroke pines dealership because they will be great when you are buying a car but will have no assistance available if anything ever happens to your car.
I had a great experience leasing by new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Richard Hernandez and Gian Gonzalez were extremely helpful in fulfilling all my needs and concerns. They were able to find me some thing with in my budget. Gian is even mailing me my sunpass that I accidentally forgot in my old car. I have been calling on and off since 8/21 to get a estimate for a mother mount repair and replacement part and I have yet to hear from anyone I have left messages and nothing so unprofessional.. I have called at different times out the day even decided to call as soon. As they open and nothing
I purchased my Jeep Wrangler on 6/12/20 from Miami Lakes Auto Mall. I had a great experience initially with the sales department and Richard Hernandez. However its August and I still have not received my permanent out of state tags. My temporary tags expired since the middle of July. I have called at least a dozen times to the title clerk Teresa and the title Manager Lourdes. Lourdes has never returned my call. I finally spoke to Teresa over 1 week ago about the tags. It appears that the third party vendor that they utilize did not submit the registration to Maryland tags and title. She said that she would expedite another temporary tag and 1 week later I still have not received it. I continue to call and leave messages for Teresa and the manager. No response. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and response after the vehicle is purchased. This situation has become a nightmare to me because I cannot drive my new vehicle because of expired tags.

This dealer lacks any form of decency. Sales is amazing, but customer service and service advisors are the worst of the worst. They don’t answer calls whatsoever to the point where the receptionist that transfers you to them says “we know how they can get with picking up phones”. Not only that but they do not care about you walking away with your problem resolved. I’ve had an issue with my car where they’ve tried to get me to do everything except change the part that is have the issue.
Juan Acevedo was extremely helpful and made sure i drove out with the car that fit my lifestyle. Made sure I gave my test drive so that I would really like the car before we did anything. The whole process was smooth and offered me various options. Really grateful for Juan A. Pay him a visit!

I’ve been to Miami Lakes Jeep twice for service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Both times I’ve been there I have been treated exceptionally well and they have respected my time. It’s hard to find a service department that respects their customers and go out of their way to make sure the customer leaves happy...but this is it! Highly recommend you bring your Jeep to Miami Lakes when looking for service. Everyone was extremely pleasant to deal with but Gregory and Johnathan the service managers are top notch!
Horrible Service department customer service. Got a Happy Anniversary flyer in the mail for my 1st year of owning a jeep offering a free oil change. I called and the service department said to bring it in. Once I was there they said it did not apply to my 2019 jeep Cherokee. I bought the car there they mail me an offer and then dont honor the flyer/advertisement. Shameful :( I called another dealership and they are going to honor the offer that Miami lakes jeep sent & wont honor.

DO NOT SHOP HEAR! This location is all about bait and switch. We drove one hour to purchase a car cash from the Jeep department. Spoke to various people before getting there to know if we were wasting our trip. We get there and there were two problems.1. No mask wearing by the sales person and the sales manager!!!!2. Bait and switch. They were advertising a Jeep Cherokee for a price of 17,700 and when they came with the price it was 26,000 because we didnt qualify for the incentives and we werent financing. They lure you in with the low price up front and when you are there they hit you with the real price.SHAME ON THEM!! They were rude and did not care to hear us out about how wrong this was.BY THE WAY!! ITS NOT SAFE THERE!! Our salesman Chris Garcia was excellent! What we really appreciated was his honesty and integrity when first communicating with him via email and the telephone. We discussed at length what were looking for in a vehicle and he provided us with information including price. He subsequently found us the exact vehicle we were interested in and we scheduled a test drive. When we test drove the vehicle, he took the time to explain and show us how to use all the features. Following our test drive was the most important thing that Chris did....he told us the price we would be paying and it was EXACTLY what we had discussed with him in our emails and telephone calls. There was no hidden costs or other surprises, which really showed us his integrity. We highly recommend him for anybody looking for a vehicle.

Horrible service. Just went there to clear some question and change my car in 2 weeks, they said that is not worth spend time taking about it right now once I’m not getting the car now! Besides that it was in the most rude way it can be said! Of course I’m not getting my car in there and do not recommend to anybody! If they treat you like that before get the car, think how it is gonna be once they get you money.

I purchased a 2019 Jeep this pass May. I received a call that there were two Recall issues with my Jeep and had to bring it in for service. We coordinate for an appoint on Sep14 at 10 Am. They even sent me a reminder on the Thursday prior to my appointment. I diligently had my vehicle there that morning when one of the service or maintenance employee explains to me that the parts are not in and that I need to call back to check if the parts are in before coming back. I couldn’t believe what I was just told... I said to him “this is totally unprofessional and I will write a review” he responded “Don’t use my name, Its not my fault”. I was so upset I just left and plan to go to another dealership. Obviously after reading all the past reviews what happen today is most likely not the first time and a profoundly reflection of the leadership they have in that organization... ***SCAM ALERT*** SCAM ALERT***SCAM ALERT***SCAM ALERT***SCAM ALERT***The Jeep dealership is a SCAM!! Yes, my review is one the MANY that you will read. Its one HUGE Bait-and-Switch sales operation, headed by their General Manager, Sales Manager, and of course the soldiers on the floor, the salespeople. They advertise vehicles on their website that DO NOT exist. They will tell you that its in stock and ready to go but when you get there you are told that the vehicle has either been involved in a fender bender in the lot or has been sold. Then of course they roll out a more expensive vehicle with minimal sales incentives.In the year 2017, there are actually dealerships that still are run like its 1995 and the old lazy ways of selling cars. The Bait-and-Switch is a scam that is used by used car dealerships, not new dealerships. Im sure many deals have gone down the toilet due to their constant need for customers to walk through the door rather than customers leaving with a car.Finally, the Jeep General Manager is a position that should just be eliminated. He was of no use and for whatever reason hates confrontation especially when his own dealership was caught with their hands in the cookie jar. He will not return phone calls so dont even bother.
The 5 stars go to the salesperson, Chris Garcia. After visiting a number of dealers, he was the only salesman we encountered that was professional, courteous and polished.As for the dealer overall, we had some bumps in our back and forth negotiations, and getting to sign all the paperwork was a long process, but in the end, we are VERY happy with the deal we obtained. They are definitely willing to work with you.

Let me start off by saying this is the first time I have actually been upset enough to take time out of my day to write a review. I made an appointment to get my car serviced here and got pointed in the direction of 4 different individuals for service because nobody seemed to want to work. Everyone was just sitting around doing absolutely nothing to help me and I was told that even with my appointment, I had to wait 2 or more hours to be serviced. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. By far the worse customer service I have EVER encountered. I left after 20 minutes of trying to find the correct person to assist me, which was of course no one....save your time and dont come to this dealer if you want decent customer service.
A great experience with Wiley! It just took FOREVER - between the paper work, financing and logistics of it all. You need to go in with patience, but I knew what I wanted and Wiley found it on the lot for me! He even took me to a couple others to verify my orange Renegade was what I wanted. I would definitely recommend working with him! Just bring a snack!

Typical shady and deceptive tactics you expect from car salespeople and finance departments. I bought a CPO 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Miami Lakes on black Friday and when I initially inquired about the car over the phone I was told they had a holiday promo for a free TV included with any sale, which an intelligent person knows is paid for by you the customer anyway as built in margin into the deal, but I said politely ok thats nice. What a surprise, I finalized the deal and only then learned there were no more TVs left. The sales guy also didnt tell me they were missing a spare key for the Jeep I bought until after the deal was done and I was ready to leave. Finance manager lied about favorable interest rates typically only being offered by banks/lenders to new car purchases versus preowned cars and made a joke about the fact that I was taking my time reading over the paperwork before signing. The dealership also smelled like the inside of a cologne bottle. Miami, of course... I tolerated all of this to get the car I wanted.
I am en engineer and worked in the car industry for many years. Before my trip to Miami Lakes Jeep I did my homework and was informed about all the specs and prices.The salesman at Miami Lakes Jeep was very knowledgable, he knew every spec of every model. He let me drive any car I wanted to try even if he had to pick it from a tough spot. When it came to price and negotiation the people from Miami Lakes Jeep were very professional and very fair. I left feeling that I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted and without any drama in the negotiations.This was the best car buying experience I had by far!
I do not recommend buying at this dealer, because of a bad experience in the past, and this last time, I went with intentions to buy a car, and they offered me for my car only the playoff, when the Kendall Dodge gave me $ 3000 above the payoff, big difference, and also the monthly payment for a jeep compass lease offered me $ 400 or more and in kendall dodge I did the business for only $ 293 for a similar jeep compass big difference, besides the dealer staff including the sale manager was super unpleasant and rude, With bad aptitude and making fun of customers, I honestly do not recommend that dealers at all, better look for other options such as Kendall Dodge, in my personal opinion ...

Impossible to get a human being on the phone when you need assistence/service after purchasing a brandnew truck! Mr. Rosario (store manager) unreachable! Left multiple messages since I couldnt get hold of anyone. I was on hold for over 27 minutes and kept getting Mrs Maria phone Operator and she had no clue how to assist! UNSAT & UNPROFESSIONAL! VERY DISAPPOINTED!Ps: all responses I see from management starts with I am sorry... blah blah blah. Are you really sorry? Hard to believe!!!

Gregory Mirabal was amazing with assisting me with getting my truck repairs tending to in a timely manner. I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday morning for a knocking noise, that turn out to be engine trouble. By Sunday morning I was being call regarding my vehicle being ready, repairs had been completed. I was definitely nervous due to not expecting to have the truck back so soon, due warranty company needing to be contacted and work needing to be approved. But Greg, made it happen almost within a 24 hour time frame. Not to mention most warranty companies either are close on the weekend or close early. Thanks again, Mr. Mirabal, the mechanic, and Miami Lakes Dodge..... :)
Horrible!!!! Ive tried to get a hold of the service center for a quote and set up an appointment, but the 6 times Ive called in the last several days it takes the receptionist over 10 rings to answer and when asked to speak with service it just rings. Sometimes someone will pick up from another department and transfer you back to the endless ringing service department. Glad they are so busy not needing additional business, definitely not getting mine.

Service department very clean and organized. I took my Jeep for an oil change, it took them 2 hours, the car was ready when they promised. Service advisor Mical Doucet was great.
