I’ve never been a fan of going to any car dealership, it’s like going to the dentist for me. Going to Miami Lakes Automall and having the help of representatives Adrian and Mayra completely changed my outlook. I had already visited and spent the entire day prior at many dealerships including Toyota and Lexus and I have never felt more confident about my decision. I expressed my goals and what I was looking for both in look and budget and they were able to hand tailor a fantastic fit for me both in price and look. If you’re anything like me I always leave the dealership happy and sad. Happy with the car but sad with the deal but not when I visited them. I can confidently say that the curse has finally been lifted. If it wasn’t for Adrian and Mayra I am not sure what I would have done. I normally do not write reviews however, this one is merited. After a decade long sour relationship with Hollywood Jeep Chrysler I decided to take my vehicle in to your dealership to fix an AC issue on my 2021 Grand Cherokee. It took a longer to correct than I would have liked however, the young gentleman by the name of Bismarck who was my service advisor more than made up for any inconvenience with his exemplary customer service.Nothing gets under my skin more than when a service advisor ignores your calls or cant answer basic inquiries. Bismarck actually called me before I called him every time even if the news was not what I wanted to here. At least I was not kept wondering. He even called me after business hours to make sure I picked up my vehicle and was satisfied with the work done. This is how business is done. Its cheaper to keep a satisfied customer than to win back an unsatisfied one. I hope your managers know the effort you put into your organization. Thank you sir.

Good experience overall, from sales not overselling to finance being fully detailed on all warranties and maintenance packages based on my driving style. Norka walked me through all of my options and got me a competitive interest rate. Main thing, the car is in great shape, its a used Tahoe but it drives like new.
