So I have been going here for 2 years or more. Great place and Raul runs this place fast. They are always busy and the people that work there are always polite and very helpful. They have helped me with fees many times and always are very welcoming. You cant go wrong here
I typically go to FedEx for shipping, but I strongly recommend this UPS Store location. This is because Vanessa provided EXCELLENT service. She was very knowledgeable over the phone and once I stopped by the store she was able to assist with my shipping needs. I noticed how great she treated other customers too. All in all, great to have dedicated employees who are pleasant and willing to help customers who aren’t that familiar with UPS. Couldn’t find my package. Note on my door and online tracker said it was at this location. They spent 2 seconds with me and told me it was in Hialeah. And told me to call the 800 number when I said it should be there. Drove all the way to Hialeah for them to search trucks for an hour. Just to tell me the package is at the Miami Beach location. More and 2 hours and driving across Miami and still have no package.
Randy helped us estimate shipping cost, then pack and ship 2 large boxes during a busy Monday morning. All while the computer system was down. He remained calm and professional and quickly packed our boxes.

This is the worst UPS store ever. I do everything in my power to avoid dealing with the people who work in this store. If you went an easy UPS store experience, go elsewhere. This store is manned by unfriendly individuals who will do whatever they can to avoid working. Avoid at all costs.
Always a line, their printing services always have issues or flat out dont function (twice the printers didnt work on 2 separate occasions months apart, couldnt send email to their system to print because it wasnt working on another occasion, and yet again yesterday tried to go in to print and they had me use their desktop which did not work and was unable to proceed. To make things worse I had brought in my own computer knowing well their ever ongoing issues,yet they said they couldnt receive email. Mind you I was there for 30 minutes and nothing was resolved). The only thing they are good for is returning Amazon packages if youre willing to wait in long lines. Terrible!

Overall, I was pretty satisfied with their services. I did not had to deal with no arrogance or attitude at the counter and I was helped in a timely manner. Nothing to complain about. I will use again... :)
Friendly and helpful staff but the line is so long.. I was there twice and waited approx. 10 to 15 mins before it was my turn. Also doesnt look very professional inside (untidy)

Currently on the phone for 20+ min for the SECOND time today. All I need to do is authorize my fiancé to pick up a package for me, but apparently that’s too much to ask for. This location was a hot mess even before the pandemic.
I delivered a scooter from there and Benjamin was the best help ever. They are helpfull and kind. Thank you so much.

Benjamin deserves a raise - friendly, helpful, approachable. The store is very efficient and handles high volume with ease. 1 star off for Raul who is always kind of mean for some reason.
The cost for delivering a laptop is very expensive, 54 dollars from Miami to Texas, and they spent a week! The attention is awful. They told me, when I called to ask about the return of my laptop: “I don’t know! It’s not my problem!”
They will make you buy oversized envelopes and pay for computer time use to print black and white UPS return label.If you need any of that dont bother, go Fedex next door.

Dont know what the weird reviews below are but notice they were all made last week so its the same person making multiple reviews.Anyway, heres my review:Ive been using this UPS store for 8 years.Its a typical UPS shipping store. I rent a mailbox there and they hold my packages. The workers are nice & helpful, most of them have been there as long as Ive been using the place. Sometimes its a bit busy there and I have to wait to get my packages, but most of the time Its quick. Never shipped anything there so not sure about prices etc
Service was poor & uncaring. They wanted to charge me $2.50 to use their computer to print a one (1) page shipping label even though I had used them to ship another package just three days before & was charged 25 cents per page for that. Their customer service people were unprofessional - actually giggling as if they were enjoying taking advantage of customers. I asked to speak to their manager. He took his time coming out of the back & had the same type of customer un-caring attitude & told me that the price for printing a page was fixed & he could not do anything about it. So I left & went to another UPS Store which charged me $1.00 for the page. Another rip off, but less than the first & much, much better customer service manners.

Worst service. They were offering a $80 shipping service and at the end I could ship it for $25. They dont care about customer. Just about getting customers money
Even 1 star is way too much for that bad service! Dont go there when you want to ship something to international!!! The whole staff was very unfriendly and pissed off all the time. Every of the 3 dudes there!After i was there for getting an offer i went to fed ex. But they didnt had a cheaper option to ship...unfortunately... The diffrence was above 200 usd so i went back to this stupid UPS store!Im so sorry to gave you something to do.. They not even say hello, thank you or good bye! I never will go to this store again! Wondering how a store with such a rude staff can be rentable...
Shipping down the road at FedEx was $21 cheaper for the same service. Worth shopping around before accepting their prices.

Priciest UPS I have ever been to. Go to the Brickell one, 5x cheaper! What I paid $40 in Brickell would have cost me $190 in this store! Outrageous and no explanation as to why...
Horrible experience!!! Took 3 months to finish projects due to failing inspections, after they get your money they dont return phone calls, terrible communication, empty promises when they try to make it right. Highly dont suggest them!!
