Best rental ever!I rented a Vespa 150cc for a month and the service was excellent. Price was very very fair considering crazy Miami prices. Scott was super kind and helped me throughout. The bike ran just smooth and amazing.They filled up the oil tank before I got my bike on the first day, and even changed a tire!If you pass by Miami, whether for a day or a month, this is the place where to rent your scooter!Highly recommended!!!
Beach Scooter is my bike shop. Whenever I have an issue, I turn to them. I came in here initially browsing for scooter, and Michal, the owner, spent 1.5hrs!! with me, sharing real talk about whats worth the money, used vs new, quality of different brands. I didnt buy a scooter that day but I sure appreciated the care & attention. After I got my scooter, I came here to service it, and Michal and Scott always gave me freebies or nuggets of advice. Theyre the only dealer of Kymcos in the area, and i love my Kymco!!

I bought my scooter from this Israeli guy when he was on Washington years back. 5000 miles and 5 years later my Kymco he recommended is running like the day i bought it. The owner is personable, knowledgeable and fair on price. 5 stars my friend. Glad you are still in Business serving MB.. When my bike dies in 10 years i will be back for more advice on a replacement.

Took a 150cc scooter for rental here during my stay in Miami. The guys at this place were very friendly and laidback which made me feel very comfortable about renting my scooter from them. The scooter that I got was easy to use and had absolutely no issues with it and definitely made my visit much more enjoyable.

Great experience with the best customer assistance. The scooters are new and the owner is awesome, I think it is difficult to find another one like him in all of Miami Beach! He was very precise with his explanation at the beginning, he gave us great advice on what to do and we had no surprise when we returned the scooter the day after. If you want to rent a scooter in downtown Miami Beach and enjoy the rest of your holiday without worries I truly recommend going to this guy and rent his stuff, he is a superstar and you will not regret it.

BE AWARE*** BE CAREFUL*** before buying a scooter and going to this place you must know getting an oil change and service for a scooter is $75 dollars quote given first, then it jumped to $85 quotes aren’t given correctly at this place, on top of that if you need a tire changed is $110 TO GET A NEW TIRE!!! I bought my scooter brand new here got a loan which I have monthly payments for, it’s not even a whole 2 months for me having it and for my first service had to pay $195!!!! Would have been better off getting a CAR!!! They were very nice when I came in to buy the scooter but of course this type of information was not mentioned, now that they come up with this $195 bill for a service and a new tire for a 125 cc scooter they weren’t so nice anymore. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
Highly recommend! Rented scooters for the first time ever here and it was an amazing experience! Scooters ran and looked brand new. He showed us where all the switches were and taught us how to ride them in back of the building where they are parked. He made sure we were completely comfortable before taking off! We enjoyed every minute! 👍🏻👍🏻

Best spot to rent a scooter in Miami Beach.. Gas is amazing on a scoot so you can return the scooter without refilling the tank, only problem is that you may rent a scooter with an empty tank but that wasn’t my case.. Seamless in and out easy process.. They will answer any question you have about the rental process or about the scooter itself so don’t hesitate to ask about anything you don’t feel 100% on.Awesome place, all the best to you guys!
I was looking for a new scooter for myself. I went through all scooter dealership and I couldn’t get a good deal. I already decided to stop looking but then we went with my to the south beach where I randomlyfound the beach scooter dealership. The guy working there was really Nice and helpfull he provided me really good deal for the financing. The price was also great. I can only recommend.

Somebody once told me Miami is a sunny place for shady people, and this scooter rental shop is a perfect example of that. I have no doubt in my mind they fabricated these reviews because I live in Miami Beach, and everyone that knows this place knows they are scammers. Especially if you want to get your scooter fixed there. They charge ridiculous prices, and don’t even hide the fact that they know they’re ripping people off. I would strongly strongly suggest going somewhere else to rent your scooter. They will give you a scooter that doesn’t work and then try to blame you for it not working.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!I don’t know about their rental services but don’t ever go to get your scooter fixed here. They took a week to fix my scooter with ridiculous pricing and just after a month it started showing the same problems of ignition and I had to get it fixed someplace else. That’s not even all of it, when I went there after a week to collect my scooter I found out that they still didn’t fix the side mirror that I told them to do so while I gave the scooter even after taking such a long time and I had to wait for that!!!I even found a crack on my side guard few weeks later and they refused to acknowledge it. I would recommend getting your scooter fixed someplace else even though the other places are far from your place, you will save money even after including the transportation cost.

First of all, hands down the best scooter company in all of southbeach, the guys up at the shop are pretty cool, they helped me and my girlfriend find two beautiful used vespas, and the whole process from the time we walked into the shop until the second we drove away went by so smoothly,Super happy with our vespas, Ill see you guys soon for the oil changes.If anybody is looking for a new or used scooter, go check them out they carry VESPAS, KYMCOS, LANCE, WOLF, GENUINE, and a few other brands of scooters,Not to mention they even have a full service garage, for all scooter repairs, my favorite ONE STOP SHOP!Thank you guys. Had a great experience renting a scooter with them! There price is for 24 hours instead of the standard 10am-7pm and they do a drop off service which makes it much easier to rent from. Customer service was the cherry on top. Will definitely return!

This is an excellent scooter shop. I brought my scooter in for repair. I got absolutely great FIVE STAR service the staff and management are courteous and knowledgeable. I was offered a free inspection and if it was not fixable there would be no charge. Its refreshing to find a company with an old school look on customer service. So many companies now a day have no idea how important a good customer service rating can be. They seemd trust worthy and like they really want you to have a good experience and quality product, without seeming like they are just trying to make a sale.

Have been coming here forever. Always bought and serviced my scooters through them. They are always professional and fix it fast and good. They are super knowledgeable about what they sell and rent. Always have time to explain you everything. Yesterday my scooter didn’t start so I called them and Scott helped me out a ton on how to get free towing( as it was part of my warranty and I honestly had no idea, so thank you for saving me money)and they fixed it in a day although they are always busy. As well as Mike always helping me out and always answering my questions. Thank you so so much. I have never been disappointed with anything there. They deserve 5 stars and more!

Not happy with their service, I rented a scooter from them but end up being overcharged, their website says 80$ for the scooter I wanted and also when I called I was told exactly what their website says. But when I got there they tried to nickel and dime me, he charged me 85$ for the scooter and after tax it was over $90, couple other places charge 75$ for the same scooter. So one of the guys supposedly checked everything before he gave it to me, After I got the scooter and drove it to the hotel I found out I was near empty and the shop just closed so they didn’t answer me when I told them about the gas issue. So I couldn’t enjoy the scooter for the night. They say gas is included but was near empty when I got it.

Great experience. We rented a scooter to go to Miami. Toll was 2x5$ and nobody really cared about the fuel level. Nevertheless we refueled for less than 3$. The prices are competitive and totally reasonable. Even cheaper than two bikes which would be less fun or even unhealthy in the July summer heat over here. Scooters were in a very good condition and everything was very well explained. I would rent again and recommend that place. We had a great day experiencing all the nice neighborhoods like Coral Gables coconut Grobes before having dinner in Little Havanna. After that a short ride up to Hollywood with its nice beaches and promenade (and a awesome taco place). You also can leave and park the scooter nearly everywhere. Not comparable to a car. More to see, smell and experience. You can even leave 2 helmets locked under the seat. But give it a try before you start. It can vary. We had a red scooter. #65.edit:after 2 weeks my 300 usd blocke ris still active and i cant access that money. I reduce again from 1 to 5 stars if i get this solved quickly.

$120 for days. Seems appropriate. Having a scooter was great. Park anywhere. Note it is another $5 each way in tolls on the Venetian Causeway. I would definitely rent here again. The service was excellent. Our scooters trunk scooter #107 didnt lock otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I have been living in Miami for some time and during this time Ive visited many many places that either rents or sells scooters. I can say with the great level of confidence that this shop is one of the best shops if not the best in whole Miami. I just purchased 2nd scooter from this place and when my friends comes visit me, we always go there to rent scooters as well. I recommend this shop due to the following reasons. Personnel was always very friendly and had very good understanding of customers needs and desires. When buying scooter, I highly recommend to talk to the manager of the shop whose name is Michal. He was the guy who I always dealt with. I was always very happy with the service I was provided and also I did not feel like he tried to sell me the most expensive scooter just to make a good commission. As I stated above, he had very good understanding not only of customers desire but the whole industry and competitors. Beach scooter rental also provides financing if necessary. I used this option second time not because I had not money to buy it, but the interest rate I was offered was so low that I would have been stupid to not to take it. Im definitively coming back in the future. Thank you !

I came looking for an affordable scooter. Although I have previously owned one and knew the details to take care of it, Michael a very knowledgeable associate gave me a run down of all the scooters in the shop, cc, prices, etc. Great customer service, atmosphere and attention to detail. One of the things I loved the most was that he did not pressure me into buying anything. If you are looking to rent or buy a scooter I highly recommend this place. They also offer all types of accessories like helmet, raincoat, locks, tune up, etc. Go check them out, you wont regret it.

WARNING!!! Dont make our mistake. Stay away from this rental!!! Me and my friend rented two scooters from them.1. When we came they told us that the lowest price that they have was $60. But online we saw 40 for 4 hours. We told them about that and they said:oh yes, we can do $45 . But it is OK, this was not the main point.2. Scooter of my friend broke down after 40minutes of riding. And you know what? To pick up their scooter when you drove further then 63rd street they would charge $250. I understand that they have covered area, but they can charge by miles. For example, $5 per mile from covered area. But now I understand that this is their business how they can make extra money. My friend was pushing the scooter to 63 St about one our under the burning sun, because he didnt want to pay $250 for nothing.3. When we eventually got to the office they simply said:oh it is happened sometimes THEY CHARGE THE FULL PRICE(despite that my friends driving only 40 minutes) . THEY EVEN DIDNT SAY SORRY.STAY AWAY FROM THEM GUYS!!!!!!
