Great store and pleasant stuff, very knowledgeable. I purchased the Repose bed frame for my guest bedroom. Simple design and beautifully rounded corners ( I never want to hit my leg again in the corner of the bed frame in the middle of the night) Because I love it so much I decided to order it for the main bedroom as well in the darker finish. Their customer service is on point. Everything from purchasing at the store to delivering and assembling the frame and removing the old one, to reordering over the phone. In fact the most seamless experience in a long time.

I loved the birdhouse concept in the store! I own a few of the Casper pillows and I honestly say they do help me get a better night’s sleep. I would recommend the brand to anyone who is looking for quality products that actually do what they say they will!

Best service and experience!!!Came in to Casper store late afternoon cause my back was hurting and I believed the culprit was my old mattress. Stephanie was so accommodating and so professional. After just few questions she helped me choose the mattress that would best suits me, in another 30 min I was out of the store with my purchase and direct line to Stephanie in case I needed something else. Because it was late in the day, but I pleaded to get my mattress same day, Stephanie scheduled 3rd party truck to deliver my mattress and in 3 hours the mattress was delivered to my house and installed on my bed. This is the service above and beyond!!! My back pain is gone and the mattress is great!!! Highly recommended Casper as a product and as a great company !!! Thank you ))

We had the most VIP experience with Leonor at the Casper store. We popped in as out-of-towners, she took extra good care of us and followed up regularly to assist us with buying a new bed for our move. We had a great experience with this company and it’s staff :)

We had the best shopping experience at the shop despite COVID. We made an appointment and they closed the entire store for us. Tony and his team were very informative and great with customers. Very friendly. We like the fact that they closed the curtain and let you try to lie on the bed in private, not looking at you while you lie down. And of course, we also love the mattress, the mattress protection, and the bed sheet!

Randomly walked into this Casper store while strolling Lincoln Road. Maggie, the sales rep, was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions regarding Casper beds. My wife and I were able to test every mattress on the premises while Maggie explained the differences between each model. We ultimately decided to purchase an original Casper model and Maggie help set up delivery to our out of state residence. Casper promptly emailed us delivery details and less than a week later the mattress arrived in a box as described. Set up was easy, about 30 minutes, and the first nights rest was wonderful. So far our experience has been good and Id recommend this mattress as well as the store location that we purchased from.

I was looking for a new mattress and a co-worker suggested a Casper, and after doing some research online I was seriously considering buying one. I read all of the reviews I could, and spoke to those who I knew had one, but I was pleasantly surprised that there was a store that I could visit and try one out for myself. I set up a nap appointment and visited the store where Raymond and his team were very warm, friendly, and very helpful. Raymond explained each of the mattresses and the benefits. He set up my nap and let me try the other beds as well. I ended up leaving with a different mattress than I had originally planned, and I felt great about the purchase due to all of the help and expertise that I was provided with!

We didnt know much about Casper mattresses and were excited to learn they had a store. A cute little store thats set up for just the purpose...get to know more about them. I was on the market for a new mattress as I was moving and my girlfriend suggested a Casper to me. At first, I was little skeptical, but after reading all the wonderful reviews about them online, I decided to take a trip to the Lincoln Road store to try one out in person. I instantly fell in love with The Wave Hybrid mattress and is what I ended up purchasing. The employees of this store were accommodating and welcoming alongside being very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in regards to the mattress. I would recommend a Casper mattress and this store to anyone.

Went to this location twice to scope out a new mattress. The customer service was excellent both times. Gustavo and Raymond were both very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up buying a mattress, some pillows and sheets the second time we were in store. Not once did we feel pressured into anything which was a nice change from other mattress stores. Special shout out to Raymond who also helped us load the mattress into the car. Overall great store and employees with wonderful customer service. Highly recommend coming to this location!

Walked in having an eye on a new Casper mattress and walked out with coconut sparkling water, eye masks, and an order placed for a new matress. My husband and I were very pleased with Maggies customer service- she was very understanding and did not oversell any of the products. It also helped that she had the product and gave us her personal recommendations based on her experience. Im hoping to not have to return for another decade or so lol, but very happy about our first in-store Casper experience and cant wait for our delivery!
