The overall ambiance is laid back indeed! However, don’t let that fool you, after all it’s south beach so most definitely nothing wrong to resemble the general area and public being serviced. The staff there seem to be very helpful and for the most part knowledgeable. The management are very well connected and attend to high profile accounts and are reliable when needed. The product although high end is very good but hey “you get what you pay for right”?

They are open when they want to be open... Not the hours that are posted. Oh and they never answer the phone....waited in front the store from 7:30-8:20 on Mon and left....
