Stopped by to pick up some supplements and experienced amazing service at this Miami Beach store. Drake and the woman working tonight were attentive, helped us find what we were looking for and friendly. Great Vitamin Shoppe!!

Would be great if they updated their store hours on here. It states they are open until 9:30PM when I showed up at 9:01PM the doors were locked and the employees signaled me that they were closed. Would’ve saved me the trip.

These employees follow you like you are fixing to steal or rob the fn store, you can get better prices on Amazon. I rather wait and go somewhere else. Hello Amazon.

I called to make sure I used the correct process to make a purchase and have a friend pick it up for me. They gave me the instructions and followed them. Then when my friend went to pick it up, they wouldnt give it to him and said I had to go pick it up. I had given the clerk my friends name before he arrived. Horrible service!

Ive asked a fair question to the clerk, asking which multivitamins should I get for a woman, but the full of attitude, latine shop clerk, answered that a chicken is a chicken I believe he meant that theres no difference between a multivitamins for man VS woman. He obviously couldnt be more wrong. Disbelieved, I did my research and I discovered that theres a huge difference in dosage and the type of vitamins a man needs VS a woman needs. I was very disappointed, and deeply offended by his arrogant answer. I lived in Miami Beach for the last 16 years, Ive experienced rudeness in any sector, from private to public, and for years I let it go, now  I cannot tolerated it anymore. Customer service should be a must, not an option. Anywhere, everywhere. You people must learn some good manners, if you want to live in our Country! Learn English too, or should I say a chicken is a chicken! ops un pollo eun pollo!

Good service, variety and location.

If you ever come in and Jasmine or Frank are working, its better to leave and go when somebody else is there. Jasmine was shouting over the phone in front of us to a client about some account mishap. If people are standing in front of you they should be attended to first since they actually came down to the store and not just call. That wasnt enough, Jasmine also was trying to give advice as she was speaking to the same client on the phone. As this was happening Frank was no where to be found. My friend asked what would be the best type of protein powder/supplement for post work out and muscle growth to both of them. They had the audacity to say you need to work out for that. Like yes, of course, but she asked for a protein powder/supplement. So you already know they were completely rude and unhelpful. Finally we paid for some products, Frank and Jasmine didnt speak to us. Instead they decided to speak about the client-over-the-phones situation. Mind you the call had already finished and they were speaking about this in front of us and other customers. Once we checked out they said nothing. No goodbye, thank you for coming, have good one, or even thats it!. Frank is a manager by the way, just so you know THIS is whos in charge.

These people are very informative.

Staff is fairly knowledgeable about products. Prices can be higher than other online sitrs.

Had an initial bad experience with a miscommunication at this store, but when I called their customer service line they were quick to take down my information and get me to the right person, after they received my request the District manager Monica called meAnd resolved my issue with the outmost professional customer service In a matter of minutes, really turned around my perspective on the company!

Personalized attention and advice, they speak Spanish. They have a great variety of vitamins, minerals and elements related to nutrition.There is parking in the place, the first hour without charge, but you also have to go through the machines to validate the opening of the barrier.

Need to improve the service. I only buy from this branch office when Im out of a car. The others besides having more variety the service is better but they are distant.
