Good prices. Good discount. Convenient location. Despite of being in the middle of Lincon Rd, most touristic area in Miami Beach 🌴 but prices are pretty normal and not affected by this! Staff work there are nice, helpful & very knowledgeable!

Best GNC in the area, Canute who works there is great he is always welcoming and has such positive energy to all that come in to the Store and loves sharing his knowledge on the wide array of products GNC has to offer. The store is always clean and well stocked, I have always been able to find what I was looking for and usually pick up a few additional unexpected items too lol.

Had to update this review since the lady with glasses (the manager??) are always extraordinarily rude and obnoxious e.g., no hi, ignorant and with no urge to politeness. The only good time to shop her is when Canoe is working.

From the moment my friend and I stepped into the GNC, we were greeted with warmth by Jackie. She exuded charisma and knew the exact solution to our (many) questions. I recommended passing by the store anytime you’re in the area for your supplement needs.

Looking at GNC website and all products 15% off with a code to get a discount. I called the store to make sure that they would honored me if I go there and purchase it at the store since its only 2 blocks away. Once I got there she refused to give me the discount because her GNC website did not say anything with a 15%, I showed here the screen shot of the product along with the GNC logo on it, still she refused....During this COVID-19, Im willing to spend my money to help local business, but apparently this particular GNC and employee really dont give a Sh*t about selling and customer service. NEVER again I would go to this place, even only two blocks away.

Amazon Hub counter services.The employee at the store #05254 was very rude to my sister when she pickup up the package. The Hub was behind doors; it was not self-service. My sister had to give them code for them to get the package out of the Hub for her. The front desk employee doubts my sister even when she provided them the code and told them that I shipped the packaged to her. She makes her wait and told her she couldnt find the package that the packaged was not there. A store manager intervenes to help my sister. He miracles found the package and deliver it to my sister. Please, I dont think te store is Honest for the sake of your customer investigate the store. Thanks!!

Typically when i go to the GNC in my area the employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products, and if they dont have what i want they find the perfect alternative to meet my nutritional needs. i was on vacation and went to this GNC to buy some quick on the go bars to have something to eat if i was to et hungry during my trip, i was surprised to walk in and walk around for about 10 minutes, and even though the store was practically empty (no other customer but me) they didnt even tae the time to ask if i needed help or even acknowledge i was there. instead, some went to the back room, were on their phones, just a disaster. then i finally go up to the register to get rung up and the employee has the worst attitude in the world, refuses to give me my member discount. worst experience Ive had as far as customer service goes.

I got a moulded Quest bar a couple of months ago. Unfortunately I was distracted & ate more than half before I realized. I went back to the store. I was so upset & worried I would get sick.I was for finally compensated for what happened. It was a fluke no other bar with that expiry date was mouldy.
