They are wonderful, always coming in handy when i am close by working. You can always find material that sometimes the bigger stores doesnt have.

Bought an item that was faulty, brought it back within 30 days but they did not return it. IT was inconvenient to come back, and it damaged the job i was working on. I even spoke with the manager/owner/ Alex (who was not apologetic on concerned), was not impressed, and will not go back sorry.

Nice Ace Hardware in Normandy Isle. If you live on the beach and dont want to go across the causeway to Home Depot, this is the place to go. Although they did not have exactly what I was looking for they were very helpful in trying to find something that would help me complete my project.

Very women friendly hardware store. They have all the tools and parts you need to avoid Home Depot. Keep it local and support your local businesses when you can. Must be bilingual of course. Its Miami.

Store has a very bad lay out for Covid-19, so confusing you dont know where to wait for service. I requested two copies for a key and when I got home, I had only one.

OVER PRICED!!!! You definitely need to be bilingual to shop here (which I am). I was doing a job nearby, went there 3 times. Every visit was worse than the previous one. I purchased an item for $24, the same item at any other ACE hardware, or any other hardware store, was $12. I was told, were not Amazon, I totally agree.10 minutes away, on 79th st, theres another ACE hardware,Sykes ACE hardware, 284 NE 79th St, Miami, FL 33138service and pricing is much better.

Over 30 no 35 years we have been dealing with silver .. they changed hands most of the staff are amazing the one kid Steve is a plumbers plumber when it comes to finding parts and what is where .. I wish we had guys like him .. what he’s doing in a hardware store I’ll never know

Whoever saids this store have good customer service, then they don’t know what customer service is. Not only does one have to wait over ten minutes in line because they rather talk to each other, the prices are extremely high. Worst service ever! Waited over 10 minutes for the paint guy. Then he shows up, asked what I needed, and disappeared again. If you dont want customer service from unfriendly/unapproachable associates.... Then I recommend this store to you.
