WE ALWAYS LOVED THIS MARKET NOW ITS DIFFERENT BUT STILL NICE. THE BUFFET IS SMALLER BUT THE PIZZA DEPARTMENT STILL AVAILABLE DELICIOUS PIZZA BY THE WAY. THE BAKERY HAS THE BEST COOKIES PASTRIES AND BREADS. THE ROASTED CHICKEN IS REALLY GOOD. VEGGIES AND FRUITS ALWAYS FRESH AND CRISPY. TABLES AND COMFY CHAIRS TO SEAT AND EAT. If youre a whole foods lover PLEASE avoid coming to this whole foods, and if you do, then make sure youre EXTREMELY attentive. Not only that South Beach has become ridiculous about this topic, but also that this is one of the most targeted locations for scam and theft (not by whole foods but exterior people and whole foods management is quite useless about it). My friend got her phone stolen by the same man who has stolen other personal objects (wallets, phones, etc.) multiple times to other people (we encountered a lady who said had happened the same to her mother - got her wallet stolen - and was exactly the same description) just yesterday. Even though this has happened before, management does not have a picture of this man placed in a dashboard or something for people to stay focus or security to be aware in case of trespassing, but that they dont do a single thing about it, even when seeing him stealing in the security cameras live. Absolutely ridiculous.

Love The Idea of Whole food but now after Amazon taking over this place is more of a Good and not so good stuff so always read the ingredients.

Always the best selection and choices, even valet service is offered! Super convenient with great variety of quality organic produce and snacks. Love it for children and adults, for health conscious and just casual eaters, for anyone!

Just found out they got rid of coffee/drinks corner and extremely dissapointed. Getting a drink was often a reason to Come to WF, and once there, grab something else. There were always people in line there, very popular feature. Would like to learn the reason and further plans regarding this. Btw, Web site wfm.com still boasts a coffee bar for this location, which is also misleading.

Just moved to Miami Beach, and this Whole Foods is outstanding! Had delivery to my Estate yesterday, and everything that I had ordered from them was in stock, and fresh! Very Friendly delivery person, and extremely helpful! Wouldnt shop anywhere else!!!! Cant wait for the next time I am needing to have another delivery! Did I mention, that delivery was on time, as promised!

This is a smaller store near the beach. It gets packed here but most of e ordinary whole foods items are here. The building is non descriptive . There’s is no large Whole Foods sign on Alton road. If you’re not sure, you’ll have to google maps to the parking garage and walk to the store. I can’t find the fermented hemp bioK anymore. I purchased the fermented pea. Also They have Hard Tonic kombucha. (Kombucha ) being the only alcohol I drink. I do use and recommend

They changed the vegan cheese on the pizza they make fresh. The new cheese is terrible. Please go back to the cheese you used before so I can enjoy the delicious vegan pizza.

One of my favorite supermarkets in the world. Huge and high-quality selection of goods . my favorite is the huge salad bar . You can sit outside and eat the food you bought. I sometimes eat there two times a day. All that comes obviously with a price.

Like most Whole Foods Market this establishment is very clean and organize and fast. The hot and ready food to go is my favorite, and hard to walk past without grabbing something. Overall I love shopping at Whole Foods more than any other grocery store. Not to mention at this location there’s a bunch of beautiful people every day here making it an incentive to go grocery shopping.

I walked by this place for two days before I knew it was Whole Foods. The Inside seems a little bit smaller than other Whole food. Still, once inside they have just about everything I love about Whole Foods. Try a slice or two of their delicious pizza.

Had lunch from hot food bar... Little selection and plate containers would not hold shut.... Big messNo utensils outside in the holders.. That was a treasure hunt and tables not cleaned.These guys do better than this... Please step up.

This Whole Foods is right by my God mother’s apartment and I love coming here to get her flowers.I was walking in the other day and was feeling super dandy to be alive and to go chat with my God mother’s beautiful soul and my mask on my face hid my happiness. (Even though I was super happy inside), anyways the security at the front desk reminded me to be happy in the most sincere way.I have also gotten food at the hot bar before and it was fresh. The staff here does a great job at shining their light. Whole Foods is usually always awesome though but I was really happy to there.

1 star for getting rid of all the cashiers and replacing them by machines. Not only we get to do the work but we dont have a discount for it!! The prices are expensive so at least we should get a nice customer service. Only 2 cashiers was there in the morning. Tried to drop an item I was returning to Amazon.com: No one at the customer service counter. I ask three employees for help but they just ran away. Finally someone yelled THE RETURNS SYSTEM IS DOWN. Then another employee took the time to explain ~ We have nothing to do with Amazon so if you have any questions you need to call them directly.

Smaller and busier Whole Foods, the salad bar was limited with less vegan and vegetarian options than downtown. The bathrooms cleaner and outdoor seating nicer.

The atmosphere is optimal and pure! Everything is brand new or recently bought. Im trying to go from my condo to a crowded shopping center. When I was here last week, I bought items that were both of good quality and reasonably priced. This is a definite must-try!

Parking for your car, scooter and bicycle available (valet parking). The hot and cold bar is pricey but delicious. Outside seating available. Nice selection of food, beauty, health, and wines always in stock. Amazon Prime members receive perks and discounts. Ive even spotted a celebrity or two shopping there. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

I was quite amazed how much variety of food you can actually buy there. We were scrambling in the morning from the nearby hotel in search for some good breakfast and we found this. Ended up buying hot soup and few take away sandwiches for the long haul flight. Craft beer selection is also amazing. I stocked up on 10 different types of IPA and I loved it.

Great experience, yesterday! I found everything I needed and I was especially pleased to see someone at the hot bar, wiping down and cleaning surfaces. My only concern: if I smelled the organic strawberries at the entrance as blatantly overripe, where were the produce monitors?

Always slammed and busy at every time of day. Employees are never available for help. They are always out of stock because it’s just so busy.Ever since they added self check out and reduced their cashiers it’s become super crowded and loud. Pretty much any other Whole Foods is bound to be nicer, better stocked and more relaxing.

A little challenging not being able to get your own hot food. Feeling like they would like to get rid of in store customers and use for prime shopping. If that is the case just post it please. Used to be the nicest neighborhood market.

This is happening every single day for more than 3 months. You have about 30 flies on the buffet, hot and cold. I talked to multiple managers. It looks like they are use too and nothing is done. They live mostly on the fish. This morning i stoped counting, more than 20 flies, tonight only 13 on 1 side only. Bravo Whole Foods! On the picture you can see 2 on the glass, and few are on the food.Your answer is at the level of your interest in solving the problem. Please forward yourself my review to whom it may concern. What I can do best to follow up is to take more pictures each time or call the city for an inspection.

Being a vegetarian means that I take care in selecting where I buy my groceries. At Whole Foods everything is fresh and organic. The only drawback is the parking space, there is not enough.

The made food and sandwiches quality lts as nearly generic as fastfood anywhere. Using the pandemic as one sorry excuse. The food I got was like dogfood.

Do not go here if you are in a rush!!!!Imagine a Whole Foods store stuffed into a really small space... with skinny aisles, carts crashing into you, long lines and chaos. Thats our little local Whole Foods. Beyond grateful that its here though. Suggestion: Before entering, take a deep breath, exhale slowly and think of peace and love. Maybe that will help?

I am always so impressed with Whole Foods market’s. The South Beach location is small but mighty. Stocked with everything and the customer service is always perfect. My favorite is the bakery, Laura is always there to help me with any questions especially if I am dealing with any allergies or vegan and vegetarian options. This is definitely the only place I always go to on Thanksgiving for any last minute needs. They are stocked on products and employees for customer service and smooth delivery.

I run in almost every day for a few items and the coffee bar. So very upset to find out today coffee bar is closing in 2 weeks. This was the lovliest place to run in for for just pleasant human interaction especially during the pandemic. Sadly now, lunch counters have been removed for self serve check out. Next the coffee bar. Very sad to see the human touch her is just being thrown out the door for what? There was nothing better than doing your shopping grabbing a coffee and pastry or lunch and sitting inside or our watching the butterfly garden. Very sad indeed. I will miss all the interaction or the really delightful staff if they are even to remain. The pandemic will be over and what will we have here?

Nice sized Whole Foods. The actual store seems like it could use a face lift but the products were abundant and of high quality. Valet is a nice touch too.

Whats wrong with your customer service policy? Why did you change the cashier system? Apart from the fact we are paying high price for your products we have to serve ourselves for checkout? Worst desicion Ive seen so far, Ive been coming to the store for 15 years and the one thing I appreciated the most its the customer service. Now I avoid going to it unless I truly need to and leave so upset that you guys went this way. Besides, its way slower! People take their sweet time. This feels truly disrespectful to your loyal.customers. obviously not happy.

Line move pretty quickly. People that shop there already know what they want.. in and out. There are 2 lines. One line are for cashiers to check you and the other are for you to self check . So choose and not hesitate. Haha

Nice staff, but too busy and not enough vegan food

Worst Whole Foods ever? Pile full of in ripe Soursop. Only two open registers on a busy Sunday morning. No sandwiches on sale like All the other Whole Foods I’ve been to. Couldn’t even get a salad because of the line and the fact that you can’t do self service (unlike all the other Whole Foods I’ve been to are already doing again). Won’t be coming here before work again. Lesson learned.

I love the (hot) food items you can put in a box and eat outside.However I would love it if people would bring there own shopping bag instead of using double (!!) paper bags.

Just wanted to take a moment to say how nice the guy in the seating area, Thomas, is. I come maybe once a week and he is always friendly and going above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable.The store itself is over priced but the staff usually make up for that.

Variety of items.The milieu is not representative of typical Whole Foods. The appearance of neatness and top level of cleanliness is a bit skewed.

South Beach - The outdoor attendant at Whole Foods is by far one of the best assets that make your shopping experience at Whole Foods pleasurable wether you are entering the store or eating outside... the attendant always greets you with a smile and a hello, there’s a genuine concern that he cares about your well-being ( especially during times like this - mask up ) and that’s reason I had to write a review and say bravo and thank you to - I believe his name is Thomas !!!!!

This location is small but I always find parking. Appreciate that they are finding ways to keep us safe while continuing to give service, including the prepared food. Used the curbside pickup recently which went smoothly.

Very small Whole Foods with no many local products. Very minimal variety. Only good thing is that they’re up to date with new vegan yogurts. Always crazy packed now & only 2 registers now with actual employees, the rest is self checkout.

A lady came walking in with no mask. Employees without mask at exit laughing like it was a party. The only nice guy was security whom approached the lady to make her wear a mask and tons of boy like boys strutting their stuff. Go to any other whole foods for a better experience.

It’s a Whole Foods and very very busy. They’ve recently revamped the checkout to make self-checkout pre-eminent. Not quite sure.

WHOLE FOODS WHAT HAVE YOU DONE??? The South Beach store was always a little small and cramped, but the staff were friendly and funky and the lines moved quickly... now they’ve removed all of the checkouts and replaced with Self-Checkout and only one attendant... EPIC FAIL!!! The lines are now so long and slow because almost everyone is buying wine or champagne and the ONE SINGLE attendant has to go to each person and check ID and type in some code, so everyone is just standing there motionless. It is seriously the biggest cluster I’ve seen at a store in my lifetime. Please undo this disaster!

We had our evening meal here every other night of our 2 week stay. Pile up your plate, get it weighed at cashdesk, sit at open air table, enjoy. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great staff.Dont have any photos. Too busy enjoying.

While I love Whole Foods, and expect the smaller one in south beach to have its challenges space wise, the selection has always been good. Lately though, stocking issues for popular brands, like the Vital Eggs and Suja green juice have been bad (I can find these at Publix). But the new newly arranged check out lines with 6 self-checkout make the experience terrible. There is no space to checkout! The area becomes congested very quickly, so safety is not a priority in a pandemic. It’s bad enough the parking lot chaos starts off the experience bad but then waiting in line forever ends your experience on an even worse note. Please change the layout back for the check out or customers will find somewhere else to go.

Had not been to this location in along time, they have really made efficient changes for the Covid safety. Also the free valet parking really helps.

This is best place and service

I was visiting miami last week. I love whole foods but as another reviewer said they have flies in the hotbar. Its best to close the hotbar then have it with flies. Love the food choices at whole foods and the new prime discount program. Hotbar at whole foods have been my favourite area to go to in several previous visit. Two stars off because of the flies. Parking is an issue but it will be of course because of the location. Better would be a 1 hour free parking with $15 or $20 spend.

7 I just told you my experience and her food is horrible I hate the store I hate everything about the store the prices are no good that higher than ever the quality is not good you have to wait on long line to check out your own food this lets people its like a a low-class supermarket with high prices horrible

I shop here for my employer and I absolutely hate every single one of their locations its like you are trying to reinvent the wheel as if there is something wrong with the wheel, and when you try to ask somebody for help locating an item they give you an attitude as if you are supposed to know what that item is, or how that item looks like, The only good thing about this location is the parking lot, at least your shoppers can drive to your location and park their vehicles while they go to the misery of shopping and looking for items.

I come to Whole Foods for coffee most mornings. Thomas is welcoming, friendly, conscientious, he pays attention to detail especially now during Covid-19. It shows that he loves his job. Thank you Thomas for keeping us safe and happy.

They close at 10 right now due to the pandemic. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I stopped and had a snack and a pint of Founders at Whole Foods. The outside area with the tables was kept clean and well distanced for the virus threat. I watched the report on The Economist that had Bill Gates saying the United States is in fact leading the war against the virus, and that it will be defeated a lot sooner than expected. Finally some good prospective news in marked contrast to the major media toilets that are spewing forth fear-mongering expectations on a daily basis. I sure hope that Mr Gates is correct, and that I will live long enough, despite my underling conditions, to return for many an ale at Whole Foods upon occasion. If not, I am really sorry for people, but as for me, I am Almost Dead Already.

I was a Wild Oats that was converted to a Whole Foods. And was renovated to fit a larger selection of products. It always felt a little too cramped, especially after the parking lot was extended, bit it worked. During Covid, it feels way too congested, and most people seem to be hurrying to get in and out!

I live almost 10 mins drive but since 2 months, every time i go there, i just see a disaster of stale veggies and so on. There is literally no quality plus it looks really dirty inside. There are a lot of junkies outside with their luggages. I would rather drive an hour to shop from their new location in Ft. Lauderdale.

Shopping for groceries in times of Covid-19 has become stressful and a hassle, but today at the Miami Beach location we had an outstanding experience, specifically at the meat and seafood counters. The team members that assisted us were extremely polite, knowledgeable about the products, and went out of their way to help us find everything we wanted. It is worth mentioning that the rest of the store was also very clean, well stocked, everyone (customers and team members) wearing masks and following safety guidelines.
