Seems unassuming from the street but this place is the bomb! Cold drinks (Gatorade,water, juice, iced tea, beer and wine), hot prepared foods (chicken, rice, beef, Chinese fried rice, fried fish, plantains). I was happily surprised with the variety of produce they have, lots of aisles of dry goods, refrigerated shelves. Has everything you might need for groceries for dinner or a day on the beach. Friendly staff, fair prices for how close it is to the beach. A hidden gem

Gets the job done. Think abasto (corner store) and you will be able to manage expectations. Quite frankly, their web site looks more spiffy than what it is: you can get great fresh food that is ready to eat (think deli), and shop for basics. And thats it. I witnessed a very silly dispute between a customer and one of the staff, which made the shopping visit quite uncomfortable, mostly because the customer was in the right.

Pretty decent selection of some basic provisions such as water, juice, beer, various fruits, ice cream & other frozen items. Was quite happy they had guinep (Mamoncillo). They have a hot food section with ricce, beans, chicken, fish, etc., but nothing to rave about, although many people were obviously repeat customers and happy with it. We were also able to buy some beef short ribs to cook at home. Overall, adequate selection of meat & other food items for a small bodega. Narrow isles, so just be careful navigating around other people.

$5 quarter chicken, rice, and side takeout deal is OFF THE CHAIN! Latin influenced grocery options are more than reasonable and perfect for our week long vacation needs. Very pleased.

Take out lunch was amazing...quarter or a chicken, huge portion of rice and another side was enough for my pregnant belly and my husband to share, all for 4.99!! Food was delicious and cooked to perfection, we went back several times while we were vacationing in Miami.

Love this place for years until I got some of the asian style fried rice at the counter. They definitely sold it to me old and spoiled. The smell was so bad when I got home and it made my apartment smell for 2 days! Do not buy the asian rice.You guys need to startaking fresh food every day!

What a wonderful feeling to see the glowing sign of M&L after a day at the beach. They have so many novel products from all over the world!! That wonderful queso fresco. A picante sauce from Brasil I’ve never seen before. Fried egg flavor potato chips! Great produce; cheap limes & staple citrus, always something new. They have delicious prepared food: you get chicken and rice for $5 and beef with rice for $6. They have shrimp fried rice and fried fish, and the portions are quite large. The staff is fun and friendly- they work hard, without the benefit of fluency in English, to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They do great espressos for $1.25. Unbeatable. No better bodega anywhere in Miami Beach.

The customer service is not good ...they are always complaining if you get too many thing like always working in not a good mood

The woman behind the counter on Sunday mornings s is very nasty and disrespectful, the place is filthy, employees dont wear their masks while they are preping food keep walking and go to Publix on 69st theres a Starbucks there as well

Really bad. Security guard, let me in the store with mu shirt over my face to be covered during quarantine, at the register he told me to take my shirt off and wrap it around my face, which obviously i had to politely decline. He told me to drop what i was about to buy and get out. That is really really nice and polite of him, and very very smart. Suggestion to the owner of the store is to have his security guards to pass IQ test, if its more then 1 than they can be hired. If want to have shirtless people at your store, open a strip bar.

No sosial distance wen you wait on line.Not enough registers so proses is very slow .

Their online sale ads or in store sale ads items are either disappear quickly or in very small quantities to begin with, so do not waste much time trying to find them or pick similar higher price items. Overall an ok convenient store to pick some beers and food items. I was glad to find the store near our stay

Great place for picking up a few items. They also have cold beer and some wine, and a butcher section. Their hot counter is a great way to pick up quick and inexpensive dinner. The only downside is that it can be slow processing all the customers.

Poor selection of prepared food. Did not find wine as advertised on pics.

Rude people. Customer service is a terrible l. They don’t speak English at all. Place is all dirty.

Used to enjoy coming here until today when the cashier at the counter was deliberately rude to me. I was waiting in line with a few groceries and she switched registers and refused to ring up my purchases. She just helped on the man behind me and ignored me even though I said I was there first. Even the man, the other customer, he apologized for the rudeness. This grocery store lost my business today. I wont be returning and truly wont miss the overpriced groceries. Next time, think about your customer first.

Incredibly reasonable prices for such a little place. It was very easy to find everything that I needed. The service was friendly, including their security guard. I am definitely planning to shop there again !

Its OK sometimesHave reasonable prices on the meat produce at times for a local market. The lines at times can be long but overall a quick experience.Although the selections are reasonably priced sometimes the quality and conditions can be a bit bad and better avoided! But mostly I recommend at least checking it out.

Its a bit 3rd World, but lemons for$.50 each vs $1 at Publix makes it a great place for produce. However, buy your milk down the block at CVS. Not everything is a deal here

It´s just amazing how in Miami people do not speak English and also this is a purely Spanish-speaking store, so unless you speak Spanish, be ready to use all your sign language skills to get a reply to any question. I just can´t get over how cashiers, taxi drivers, hotel service do not speak a word of English here. Mystery to me.

This is a very convenient local place to get anything quickly. Prices and quality of the products are fine. Got pretty much everything you need... The bread is not great... but as I’m French I’m really fussy about it lol. They got great blue cheese for $3/4!! I didn’t try the ready meals yet!

I saw a rat 🐀 in the store aisle just the other afternoon.

On vacation with my husband and had to return all items because of the rude cashier! I ordered a chicken meal which comes with rice and a side. At check out were charged an extra $2 because we got fried rice. We were not told its an extra charge for fried rice! When I advised the cashier she told me, Everybody knows that! Clearly we didnt as we are from Michigan! I asked for a refund and she asks Why you so mad? very rudely! I was not rude nor did I raise my voice at them! Well never go back again. Well shop at Crystals!

Decent prices on meat. The cooked food is ok..just stay away from their Chinese rice..they just throw all their left over meat from the previous day in it so theres chunks of all kinds of stuff..not identifiable. Not good..freaked me out. But their baked bread is really good

Bad quality meat that is already spoiled and has a bad taste.

This is a family owned Indian/ Pakistani or some whereabouts in that area the owned. This is not a place but you should expect any level of customer service its just not that type of place if you looking for really borderline low quality cheap food they have some of that and they also have regular items that are somewhat overpriced for some reason. But this is not a customer service or a service-oriented type people so this is not the place for that. And just to give you an idea what kind of place it is there is retail theft in any retail location but this is the type of place that behaves totally different than all the other stores in the area and the sense that they think theyre in the South Bronx where they literally go through their cameras to catch people stealing lollipops and then posting their pictures as wanted posters with a written statement on the front doors and glass of the building. So that should help you understand just the type of place it is they also have meet Market in the back never bought me there and I dont think I ever will but if youre okay with it check it out.

I asked for my sandwich to be warmed up...she puts it in the oven and burnt the sandwich...takes it out and gives to me. I said your burnt my sandwich she kept doing what she was doing. Food presentation is horrible and staff is mean.

One of their cashiers is too slow but the personal is really nice. I go over there almost every day.

Neighborhood bodega with surprisingly great fruits and vegetables. Best cafe con leche in the neighborhood. They bake their own bread and pastelitos. Good prices.

Communication and public service needs improvement but you can find anything there that you used routinely food wise.

Ridiculously cheap groceries for ridiculously expensive location. Meats, deli, fruits and vegetables are really cheap. Its a bit crowded - but the prices well worth it!!Oh and awesome Latin food.

Its a good place to pick up fresh baguettes, produce, cheeses and other items.

The croissants and coffee are great and you cant beat the price in that area. That said, its a grocery store with a deli, so its not exactly fine dining.

I love this place, they have a really good selection of ethnic foods, especially Peruvian, good produce, good prices on meats and poultry, tasty Cuban bread and a wide selection of ready made foods. They also sell blunt wrappers and Swishers!

Im a super loyal customer to this place and was appalled with the treatment I received today. I was put on the spot by a cashier, who may also be the owner, because he thought I stole a dollar. I was holding 11 dollars, I handed him $10 to pay my $8.02 bill and he handed me a dollar back. He asked if had 2 pennies, Im assuming so he can give me a full dollar instead of the 98 cents in return. I told him no as he was making faces telling his coworker that he needs to go to the restroom. Ew! Anyway.. he handed me the dollar and continued to cash other ppl out. When I asked him about my change he told me he gave me all my change because Im holding two dollars not one dollar. Well of course Im holding two, one left over from my 11 dollars and the one he gave me... how about that elusive 98 cents? He argued with me for five minutes and while shoppers and on lookers are just looking at the situation... he preceded to ask another co-worker to check the camera and took away my money. I mean he stopped cashing ppl out as he spoke loudly repeatedly saying, i gave her two dollars, check i gave her two dollars! after further investigation sure enough they discovered he didnt give me two dollars back. It wasnt so much the money, but the spectacle he made making me look like a thief. Usually the ppl there a pretty slow but the Indian ladies are awesome⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤ they get five unofficial stars. As for how that place is run though ummm no. Health inspection should come soon😉
