Be careful with this Swarovski, there are fake discount on the items that they are selling, i tried to buy a cross that there was for sale on 129$ and when i tried to pay for it the price was 149$, i showed the lady the price on the show display an she said that there is mistake on display

Stepping into the store with the hope of being able to exchange 2 bracelets, I asked for the store manager. It so happened that the associate greeting me was the store manager. I explained her my situation and she said she’d gladly to look at the items. I still had the original boxes and the receipt.After examining the jewelry she said she’ll be happy to exchange them! I was soooo thrilled and cannot Thank her enough!! She made my day! Yamilis Marquez was terrific and I am so happy she made it happen! 😊. Horrible customer service.The staff used to be nice and helpful but not anymore. I bought a watch for my wife to about $900. The battery died after 8-9 months. I took it back to the store. They had to send it in, and it took 10 weeks before we got it back.Now I just bought some jewelry at Swaroskis web site. It was delivered defective, so we took ti down to the store to exchange it, but they refused even though the warranty policy states that warranty items can be replaced in the store. I am not sure if the staff in the Lincoln Rd store doesnt understand Swaroskis warranty policy, or if they are too lazy to process a simple warranty claim. How I have to pay the postage to ship it back.I AM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM SWAROVSKI AGAIN.

Very unprofessionnal staff at the Lincoln Rd store, they doesnt speak a word of english or does not want!! One guy was very rude and arrogant, I had the impression to disturb him so I decided to leave and buy what I wanted in Paris instead of here. This is just amazing to have a such customer service on a swarovski located in one of the most important street of Miami Beach!!!

I sent for nevation my jewels at leat 3 month ago, the onsite sells person told me 3 weeks to receive my package then after 3 weeks, the call center explained me that it was a maximum of 8 weeks and today, I call again after 3 months and nobody knows where is my package. I also got someone on the phone today from the shop on Lincoln Rd where I droped my jewels and he explain me that he couldnt verify for me in the back room if my package was there.!!!! (The first day, I gave the lincoln road shop as address to pickup my package). The customer service is very poor and in the shop, there where only one person who spoke half in english, half in spanish.
