Terrible service! The staff were eating ice cream rather than waiting on customers, both incoming and outgoing...ownership should do themselves a favor and pay an unexpected visit.

Wow the staff is horrible. I came with my two children yesterday and they were so slow to take my order. We finally sat down and two minutes later, at exactly 3pm, one of the staff members started sweeping the floor and yelled at us and another customer that they are closing and we had to leave. She was so rude. I didn’t get her name but short, skinny, and fake eyelashes. She shouldn’t be working in a place involving customers

Store doesn’t have hours posted on door. Walked in at 5:50 and a man who was placing an order was notified not in the most pleasant way that the store closes at 6. He was there with his wife and about 5 children, they were all eating ice-cream. So he said, ok I won’t order anything else. I was taken my order in a rush. The waffle cone I paid .89 cents extra for was stale and hard, they were out of what we wanted which was vanilla and cookies and cream. These are very popular flavors so I’m pretty sure they had more in the back but anyway we were stuck getting chocolate. Just as we were putting these in our mouth the lady asked us if we wanted napkins and walked us to the door. My son hated his an threw it out. Mine was too big so I couldn’t eat his. Anyway we don’t eat ice cream in the car so we were standing right outside eating our ice creams and made a mess because of course outside standing with no access to spoons or more napkins was just not what we expected. While standing there we witnessed 2 families with children come to door to be dissapointed to see the place closed. Hours I. Website say this is open 24 hrs. Please fix. The young employee was on a personal video call at one point, while your store was still full. That’s not very professional. In summary this place has a lot to work on. 1 start.

This store staff was not accommodating. They close the store 15 minutes early then the specified closing time. NO customer service mindset at all.

Extremely slow service, taking half an hour to advance to the front of a line that consisted of only a few people ahead of me. Additionally, upon it being my turn to order, I was informed that my face covering was not satisfactory. I respect if this is the policy, but informing me that I am not allowed to order after having already waited for half an hour in line demonstrates a clear lack of care for customers. If they really felt that I was putting others in danger by covering my mouth with a piece of heavy cloth instead of a mask, they should have informed me upon my entry into the store. The fact that they didnt but rather wanted me to waste so they could rub it into my face and waist my time is very off-putting. Additionally, many ice cream flavors were unavailable. Id highly recommend giving your business to other vendors.

This is a combined Dunkin Donuts and a baskin Robbins. It is very clean and kosher.

Stopped by 10 minutes before closing. Store locked up and staff not embarrassed to look at us at the door while cleaning up the store to get out early.

Half of the ice cream selection wasnt there and service by the people who work there have a terrible attitude... I would never come back.

Amazing service! We stopped by for a quick ice cream today and were so surprised by how fantastic the service was. It was a slow Sunday afternoon and the only guy working was Jefrey (with 1 F :) He was SUPER nice! He told us about the special flavors of the week and the Rio Olympics ice cream and convinced us to get the 2 for $10 pints. We left with mint shakes, two pints, lots of samples, and great spirits. I dont usually write reviews but it is really unusual to find someone so happy and positive in the Miami service industry - in a little ice cream shop of all places. Thanks BS!

As a merchant, attention to the public and cleanliness are fundamental things in a business. As well as the supervision of a good administrator. Unfortunately, this business does not have any of that. Its a pity that a business is lost like that.

Bad service, felt very uncomfortable. There was no other customers, just me placing 2 orders. Felt like I was interrupting nice chatty afternoon for two staff girls. She was mumbling to me, talked very snappy, and got both orders wrong. I did not feel welcome at all. I was very polite to her but how dare I interrupt her afternoon.

The customer service at this location is TRASH. Staff is extremely rude and operates in a manner like they’re doing you a favor. One lady in particular watched us for 5 minutes before finally telling us we needed to order at the Dunkin’ Donuts register if we wanted Baskin Robbins. And that the sign says that the Baskin Robbins register is closed. Soooo why would you not acknowledge our presence for 5 minutes as if we would notice this little sign in the corner. Then complain the entire time you’re making our ice cream? My friend initially ordered donuts and then decided to get a few more before leaving. She felt the need to actually APOLOGIZE to this lady for going back up to order more donuts. 😂 Get new staff and this business could do much better. But until then don’t patronize here.

Disappointed in the overall experience. For an ice cream place it was so hot the fire alarm kept going off. Then every table was filthy that I had to clean my own table off. The table next to mine still had food from whomever was sitting there before us. There was ice cream on the floor. They didnt have the flavors my son wanted (Chocolate or cookies and cream.) They had 3 people running the store. Not to mention being pregnant and having to use the rest room to get to the door and find a Cypher lock on the door. I needed a combination to pee. Last straw.

Rude staff acted like they were being put out to do their job. Frowns and bad attitude all around. There is a Dunkin doughnuts and baskin Robbins in this one store, a register for each business. We stood for 5 minutes waiting to get ice cream being completely ignored. Finally we asked how to order ice cream and they pointed to the DD line. Someone easily could have said something but that might have required initiative.All around textbook bad customer service. Ice cream was half melted and bathroom was nasty too. Unfortunately this area doesn’t have a very good pool of people to hire from so I wouldn’t look for anything to change.

They need more staff serving. very slow. only one register working, the one for Dunkin donuts. Good ice cream.

Slow service, no customer service, long wait only one cashier other gentlemen was in the back saw long line didnt even brother to help cashier with the long line. Out of cookies and cream ice my second option was a chocolate frosted donut which the were also out of. No once smiling or greeting customers. Tables sti had left over food from previous customers. Napkin dispenser empty. Overall bad experience, wont return.

Not much to say here. Ice cream product is overprocessed. Tastes like chemicals.

When I inquired about it she said oh they were already waiting when I was already there before them. If I could leave zero Stars I would.

Service is slow. And employees (just 3) where asking each other if know how to make an ice caramel late seems they have no idea... Tables where dirty and the garbage can was full.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received, the red hair lady was lazy and rude, she told me the blender was broken so She didn’t have to make me a shake so I asked for a banana split and she told me they were out of bananas!!!?? she just didn’t wanted to work! Then she yelled to a customer and told her the cashier was broken!!!! she needs to get fired!

It is a typical Dunkin Donuts, however due to the large flow of people it is a bit dirty and unkempt. It is not possible to have a quiet and comfortable coffee!
