Incredible merchandise and incredible service. Uno, I believe that is her name, styled me in so many different outfits for all the Brazilian parties is have going on next week.I wanted to take everything!I normally buy my stuff online/ amazon but wanted to check this store and it did not disappoint. Loved it!

The lady that works there is always SO rude and disrespectful. It’s as if she doesn’t want to be at work EVER. love the clothes here but will stop coming because of the horrible service. The guy that works there is super nice though.

Amazing staff, very friendly. LARGE selection of various costuming, makeup, accessories for whatever you may need. This spot attracts buyers who are local performers and entertainers, but they also have a selection of off the rack clothing that was small, but unique! I walked away with a fabulous vintage shirt from the 70s that I LOVE!

Cool stuff and great customer service

Horrible customer service. This store does not cater or care for people with disabilities. Illegally enforcing mask mandates against someone with a medical exemption shows how this pandemic has turned some people into power hungry dictators.

This place is so cool. I love dressing up being creative putting fun clothing items together. This is my kind of store! It has mainly costumes, entertainment type dancing, go-go, and burning man type pieces. Lots of glitter, gold, silver feathers, body paint, body glitter even funky spikey accessories. The list goes on and on. Its wall to wall jam packed with creative fun stuff. This place does not disappoint. It has so much to choose from. It can add up quickly and take a hefty chunk out of your pocket however you will walk out a star of your own show! I love going and getting inspired and motivated. You have to experience this store is awesome. if you need help the stuff its always friendly and gives you some great advice on what to buy. my experience have always been great specialty that the stuff does not harass you they will let you know that theyre there to help if you need them which I really appreciate. Friendly service and cool items

I came in for a costume and came out with an experience! Alex provided me with the best customer service everrrrr!!! The store has everything you can ask for with reasonable prices which is rare for south beach. Alex made my costume pick out such a fun adventure! He had great ideas and suggestions. The whole staff was fun and friendly. I highly recommend this spot and I’ll definitely be back for more of their magic😽 Thanks again guys💜

Beatnix is one of the most friendly and selection available private independent store still left on South Beach. With a familiar face welcoming you inside, you will find a large assortment if almost anything you can imagine. And if you dont see it in store, it is quite possible they will order it for you to arrive in no time. I got my Lego hat from here. Thank you Beatnix.

I absolutely love this store. I stumbled upon it one evening while hanging on the beach. I found the most amazing costume here. This will forever be my go to store for the coolest and most unique items around.

It was a wonderful experience

Everything in there was so beautiful and justifiably priced. I wanted to buy everything in there and never wanted to leave. A wall of beautiful sunglasses and beaded and spiked bras....trust me. You find something you like.

This place is great! They have a large selection of quality merchandise; much better than the cheap, flimsy costumes you can buy online. Yeah, the online stuff is less expensive, but it looks it too. Beatnix prices are very reasonable with a wide range of pricing to suit any need. The people couldnt be nicer or more helpful. Will definitely be back even with the hassle of getting there from Ft. Lauderdale.

We had a great experience shopping here for a studio 54 themed birthday party. The party planner called ahead to ask the shop to special-order costumes and accessories for party guests to come purchase.The staff was very helpful and diligent in picking up on our signs of how much we were comfortable in spending. When we were checking out, they also surprised us with a a special discount for being attendees to the party!Thank you everyone for all your help!

Fantastic shop for quirky and clubbing clothes. The shop assistants were really helpful and went out of thier way to help us and we had a lovely chat. Lovely shop, lovely people.

First time walking in. I dont know whats cooler the stuff that you find in the store or the sweetheart behind the counter. As long as I visit Miami ill try to always grab a piece from this store to build up my collection of rave gear.

We bought a brand new boots, those was scratched with same glue stains, when we just tried to return they were really rude before we start to talk as soon that they see their own pink plastic bag coming back, and saying policity return is nothing you can change in 25 years. Don’t buy anything there. Low quality made in chinesse everything ordered by ali express getting 70% benefit.

Coming from a true Miamian, this is the best costume store Ive seen in this city. Theres no limit to the imagination here and it might look small, but theyre packed with popular and specialty inventory! I also always have a great time getting ideas and opinions from the fun employees.

I got what I was looking for

Very bad service, the woman who was in the store was very rude, we left without even wanting to buy what we wanted, she made us feel uncomfortable.

The worst store of all. I went with my son and my wife to find her a costume for Halloween. Unfortunately while my wife tried on the dress, a very rude lady badly called my sons attention because she thought he was taking a picture.We showed her that there were no photos of the store, as she accused the child, but other employees were told that no one was taking photos.He then told me that she could do what she wanted in the store because she was the manager. I told him that I was uncomfortable to talk to my son in the way he did, to whom she decided to ask us to leave the store since she as manager could treat us as she wanted.Terrible.
