The most positive experience I’ve ever had with UPS in my entire life. I’m literally smiling leaving the store right now. I was so stressed trying to get my work monitor back home and they did everything so efficiently and assured me it’ll get there in time. They printed out the slip and packaged up the box incredibly well. Can’t recommend this store any more highly for your shopping needs.

These guys know what they are doing! I had a valuable painting that I needed to have packaged and mailed. The store manager personally packaged and wrapped the painting IN A VERY SECURE WAY. Ok,,,, Went to UPS today to drop off my package. The guy at the counter did an excellent job, was informative and gave me great advice about shipping my package. Corporate should be proud to have employees like this. Hes name is Yani, i think.

Owner Melissa refuses to wear a mask or have her employees wear a mask. Several people have complained and they do nothing about it. If you care about your health with covid be careful in this store as the owner Melissa does not wear a mask and doesn’t make her employees or customers wear masks. This store has been reported several times for violating covid mask laws both with the city of Miami Beach and UPS corporate. AVOID THIS STORE!!!

This is my first review.. Lived in Miami beach for 4 years and I have always gone to the store on 15th and Alton and it doesnt compare to this store. Let me be a little bit more descriptive. There were 2 gentleman with at least 7 customers each and Im talking these guys had the customers coming in and out of the store providing fast and efficient service. Ive never been so impressed.These guys are attentive. Well, when it was my turn to be serviced a man named Yanni which seems to be the best here at this specific store (because of the reviews below) greeted me with a smile and word for word said howdy partner. Just by reading the reviews down below I can tell his customer service skills and BEYOND the average person. The names of the employees were Yanni and Alfoso. Im definitely returning to this store and for anyone reading this think about making this store your first and LAST store in Miami beach. (Words from Yanni whilst I was exiting the business) 🤣

Great location (at a free trolley stop), friendly service, clean and organized, decent shipping prices.Other shipping stores in Miami Beach didnt have as good reviews, so I went to ship a box at this location. Martin and Sandra were friendly and professional and helped me select a box and get it packed. It was 15 lbs and cost $30 to ship UPS ground. The price of the box was $7, discounted from $8.50, which is exorbitant for a 14x14 box but thats obviously where these stores make their money - supplies and services.I was in and out in 15 mins. and that included time spent chatting about travel spots!

This is what makes this location stand out, from walking into the door and noticing someone was available to assist me right away was a big plus.A mundane task such as shipping a package to relatives isnt something I get giddy about but it was so much fun to chat with the staff and they made me feel like my shipments were just as important to them as it would be for my recipients.A great location that is easy to find and a wonderful staff who made my experience pleasant and enjoyable, what more could you want? Its the second time I am going there for almost nothing.First time, a couple of days ago, they couldnt print my pdf because the printer was down !I dont say nothing and decide to give them a second chance....I go back yesterday and finally get my document printed just to hear them say that their fax and scan machine were down so they could not send my document !A UPS store, really ?What kind of service is that ?

I wish I could give this UPS Store 10 stars. I just had the worst experience at the UPS store at 65th and Collins. Not only was the employee incredibly rude he was trying to over charge me $100 🤣. When I walked in here they treated me with a smile, needless to say Alfonso was so kind and helpful. He reviewed all the laws for the country I was sending to and helped me the entire time with patience. The store on 65th and Collins can learn something from this location!!!!!!

The store made sense of my needs and the possibilities they could make happen (which where a lot of options). I hate it when shipping gets messed up. I have other things to worry about, but shipping can make a mess of it all.I knew theyd be good because their place is impeccable! Everything is orderly and neat, So I rightly figured the same would be with my shipping done by them. They were quick and pleasant to do business with; Im glad I found the place.

I never write reviews but the customer service here was excellent. We were in a hurry with a big order at closing time and the store made the effort to stay open and accommodate us. It was much appreciated.

Terrible customer service. They lost my package with personal information and were not transparent as to what happened. They didnt fully refund my expenses including the notary services and copies I made there. One of the managers was unprofessional and even hung up the phone when I was inquiring about the outcome of my documents.
