I came here on Sunday evening for a quick pick me up. I loved their painting on the wall and wanted to take a picture. They told me not to. This is literally the only place in whole Miami where they didn’t let me take pictures. I was not taking pictures of anybody. I was simply photographing a painting on the wall and they asked me not to. I don’t see any logic here, but fine whatever. That was rude.Not coming back for sure.

One of my favorite places to get juices, an awesome atmosphere… great employees, except one. Not sure what her name is and why she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but I simply asked a question, she grabbed the drink on the counter and pulled it far away from me as if i were to grab it and replied very rudely, claiming that I had to wait. I understand that, but don’t say that five times like I am a child, if i didn’t understand the first time and asked again, simply clarify. I thought she was extremely rude and after saying “you don’t have to be rude”, she JUSTIFIED her behavior by saying “Ok but this is the second time you ask”. Very rude. Totally ruined my experience and made me almost ask for a refund for the juice. Please, tell your employees to treat customers nicely. Ive been going every day. Trust me. I won’t come back here because of her.

Great coffee, loved having lots of vegan options. Helpful staff, fast service, attention to details. I loved this chain in Europe and the quality is exactly the same over here. Thanks 😊

I had the power shake and blue berry muffin and both were top notch! There’s also plenty of seating area to have a relaxing time!

Nice little eatery. I stopped by after a bike ride. Sandwiches and juices are each about $10 at the time of this writing.

Bad coffee and even worse service. Waited *very patiently* in line only to be skipped by some random woman who sauntered right up to the corner with no enforcement by the staff.Then found tons of coffee sediment/grounds at the base of the coffee. Paying $5 for a cup of cold brew, youd expect it to be made well. Very sad experience.

Great selection.

Our first experience with this global chain. A couple locations in South Beach. This one is at the northern end of SB next to the Bass Museum. Roomy place and vibe keeping with local Art Deco style. Love the large variety healthy menu with fresh ingredients and Vegan options.

I LOVE Joe & The Juice. But this location is an embarrassment to the brand and puts tue reputation at risk. The staff is unapologetically rude and has zero care for customer experience. The manager/s could benefit from reviewing their hiring practices.

So my first time at this place and the only person in line then walk in 2 WHITE men and the White female employee says may I help you to then and ignores the Gentleman who had just gotten there informed her that I was there first I needed my order taken. Vegan Nirvana - so many choices!

The decor and music I liked. The coffee could better. We ordered 2 cafe Americano and I have no idea what that was. I returned mine for a lukewarm cup of black coffee. Maybe the Juice is better, Im going to skip the Joe here. ☕

Food great! But you need to add something to go with the sandwich, like baked chips, carrot or fresh cucumber so customers will have a full meal.

Emmanuel was super helpful and empathetic to both mine and my sisters restrictions! We love coming here for our morning coffee or afternoon sandwich. The staff really made our stay in Miami!

The location and ingredients are good, but the variety and overall experience pale compared to Raw Jūce and other quality purveyors of handcrafted juice and bowls. The Herb Tonic was tasty but on the small side for over $10. When a single juice shop in Key West had over a dozen bowls on the menu, I was more than a little suspicious when this chain had only one açaí bowl offered on a separate sign. I tried it and was disappointed with the blended base taste and lack of fruit, seeds, or other toppings. I’d certainly return to Joe before Jamba, Robeks, Smoothie King, or another chain, but was hoping for much more to give an emphatic endorsement.

Understaffed, overwhelmed, very slow, poor quality. It has the ambiance of corporate billboard with a TJMaxx decor. Brown avocado and toasted bread to cover the staleness.

The açaí “bowls” are literally cups and completely liquid. It was more like a drink! Never seen something like this before. No topping on the bowl except of granola. When I asked if that’s normal they said yes.Yikes!!

Horrific customer service. Me and my girlfriend ordered and paid for 2 juices from their app while we were on the beach. We walked over and got to the front door and realized we forgot our masks :-( I peeked my head in the door and asked if someone could kindly just bring my 2 juices to the front and leave right outside for us. The woman working rudely said NO. There was not 1 person in this place..... if it was busy I would have never asked. The 2 females working there were just standing around talking. We walked back to the beach and got our masks and came back and got our juices which were both warm.I actually manage a restaurant in Philadelphia and been in the hospitality industry my whole life and HATE to leave a bad review for another establishment. I always stress to my staff to go the extra mile for our guests.You have to set yourself apart from the others. Small acts can go a long way not just for the business but also your tips.We paid already so we only needed someone to put our drinks out the door. I planned to leave a nice tip for them... but it was not deserved. Miami beach is empty and your store is empty, I would recommend having some better customer service. This location is across the street from the beach so you have to expect things like forgetting a mask to happen.... it wouldnt hurt to just put the 2 juices out the front door for us.

Amazing breakfast spot! We luckily stumbled upon this gem early Sunday morning and the menu was awesome. The guy we ordered from was the only person working and was incredibly fast! The sandwiches were so delicious and the juice and coffee tasted amazing! I wish we got the gentleman’s name behind the counter, he was great!

This place is terrible. You ask for one thing and they give you another totally different. And then they dont give you the money back, you have to send an email so they can put the money on the card because they dont accept cash. They also force you to leave 20 / tip. $ 50 😡🤬🤬🤬TERRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I Will be returning, the service was Immaculate I inform the drink specialist how I was feeling and he made me a drink that was perfect for me.

Terrible management as they only have one person taking care of all customers.No customer service, just a poor girl working hard like a slave with no help.Waited for 20 min to order and 15 min to just get a smoothie.

By far the best juice place Ive been too. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu. The juices are so balanced and so tasty, even the ones you wouldnt expect to be like the green ones. Cant go to South Beach and not stop here!

I love the fact that they make fresh juices here vs. other places in the area that sell bottled juice past its expiration point. The menu is clever, however I wish they offered more vegan options (foodwise). Management, if you are reading this, please bring in more sandwich items without dairy, like the many options on your website. There is not a single sandwich you sell w/o dairy. I would be inclined to spend more here instead of ordering elsewhere, as we are in the neighborhood.

Ordered a smoothie was given a juice. When I asked about it I was told it was just blended well wasn’t offered another one. Disappointed.

Underwhelming location. Wait time was 30 - 40 minutes for 3 juices and a muffin. The juices were not well prepared at all with the ginger overpowering the taste of everything else. Muffin was stale. When you’re paying premium for some juices and a muffin you expect and deserve better.

Only got a juice to go, which was delicious. But the atmosphere here and the quality of drink was well worth the free extra bucks! I can only imagine that the other items on the menu would be of the same quality. Id definitely go back.

Refresh paradise in middle of desert

As a New Yorker I needed to write a review after seeing other people complain about the service. Mine was great- fast, courteous, and delish shake. Not sure what went wrong with other people’s visits. I recommend this place.

I love the food and the juices, unfortunately they don’t have the main ingredients!! I can understand! Most of sandwiches has pesto and they don’t have pesto at 3 pm!!!!! They also didn’t have avocado and many other ingredients! It happens all the time and all over the world! Miami, London etc etc!!!! In my opinion this is unacceptable!

This place had a really laid-back vibe. the iced coffee was extremely good, and i would definitely recommend it over the main chains one would come across such as starbucks.Go grab a drink, relax in the shop, and get your caffeine on!

Revised review. Originally was disappointed with service at the Miami Beach location (other locations I visited was great). But corporate reached out to me to address the problem. This shows that the company cares about their customers and the experiences we have at their locations. Regarding the product, the juice was great, a little pricey but its what you expect for a craft juice in Miami Beach. Atmosphere was upbeat. I will go back again.

I had to wait 15 min just to order a shake. Then wait for it to be made. I had no one in front of me and there was not a line. They have only one person doing everything, so that lady is in a bad mood, of course, overloaded. Please get her some help so the service is better. I always go to one in San Francisco and the service is excellent.

The guys behind the counter are beasts! They killed it. The were nice while making tons of orders.

The staff is quite pretentious and unlikely to be as humane as they should be. The prices and food options are obtusive: they have a very limited options menu for food and the drinks are in only two sizes. One small drink is only a few cents less of the large cup based on prices way too high. Its crazy.

A great place to relax, enjoy the ambiance of a trendy coffee shop. Youll find regular and vegan milks, coffee in 4 sizes (from espresso to large). Also, cool juice bar and decent gourmet low gluten sandwiches. The ambience is the coolest aspect. Coffee flavor AMD atewngrh could improve but that aside, a place I frequent to just enjoy the vibe.
