Worst carrier Ive every had, Cricket is the same price, and has way better service and support. After paying my boost bill today, I still didnt get service. I spent hours on the phone with tech support. No joke, the last call I made was 1 hour 18 minute they put back on hold and then it disconnected. I went to the store, after more than an hour there, they said they were updating there system and I should be able to use my phone by tomorrow. I asked them to refund my payment, so I could go to another carrier, they said they couldnt because they already processed it. They did say they would credit $3 a day until my service is restored. Gee thanks. So Im out $50 and cant make or receive calls. As soon as my next payment come do, Im switching back to cricket.

I read the reviews before I went there, agree 100% Numa helped me set up 4 lines for personal and business explained everything crystal clear for me and helped transfer my data over( Im not personally very tech savvy). It really was an enjoyable experience and cant say enough about her customer service! Take my advice if you need any help with setting up an account or purchasing a new phone this particular boost location is the store to go! Thanks numa love the new phone!

If you want to be scammed, this is the perfect placeI was in another company for a year or more but it was a bit difficult for me to pay and the coverage was not the best. Well here in this store they tell me that that would not happen and it was the opposite. It is the worst internet service of messages and calls ever before I saw the same thingI went many times to ask for a solution but nothing. When I asked for my money because I presented the proofs of not having Internet or coverage, they denied it. I personally filmed the whole disaster with another phone and to find the manager it was only on Sundays and I spent 30 min waiting and never arrived. They are the worst never go there.
