Located on the Lincoln road, on the main Street. The place is easily noticable in the moving traffic, easy to get in and get out.Its a beautiful store and friendly guys. Like any typical Ben&Jerrys lots of great collection of flavorful icecream, sorbet to choose from.Parking could be a challenge during busy hours - either on street or paid public parking space could be hard to find.Close to the walking place with lot of beautiful sculpture, artwork and great restaurants.

Very disappointed in our experience. We have food allergies and have had wonderful service at other locations. However, this location owner was disgruntled about providing the most basic of accommodations to make our family comfortable. We will not be back.

Absolutely had to visit this place once we stumbled across it on google maps. All the best flavors in one location. My girlfriend and I came back for a second visit on our vacation.

The fact that its a Ben Jerrys and it barely has any ice cream selection is bad enough but the service was even worse $18 for a cone of ice cream

Just stopped in on May 6 at 8:30pm and the guy working was extremely rude so we left and went to Haagen dazs down the road where we had much better service

I did an order for delivery from here because my girlfriend like it, but they cancel my order without any advice. In my opinion they flavors are basically chocolate and strawberry base, nothing like italian gelato. Very disappointed.

The device is as not very good because whoever was serving us seemed a little irritated even though we had done nothing wrong. But the ice cream overall was very delicious but pretty pricey for the portions.

Love some Ben & Jerrys ice cream. They had 2 vegan options when we were there. I had the Chocolate chip Cookie dough vegan ice cream. It was delicious on a hot summer day in Florida. Definitely worth stopping in and grabbing some ice cream!

Beautiful new location that is spacious and inviting. The staff was nice and attentive and allowed sampling of any of their many flavors. Theres also other products that you can grab, pay, and go with in their fridge. This location also had the mini cone, a good sampling sized cone, which I havent seen at others so far. Will definitely be coming back now that it is on Lincoln.

Tasty, tasty, tasty. Ben&Jerry is simply delicious! Unfortunately the service was not so good and the prices are quite expensive if you compare to other places. Still worth the stop!

I wish I could give this place a 0 for the poor service they had. The guy serving was more worried about his head band and his looks than caring about the customers. I was about to sit down and look through my wallet to get ice cream and the man said customers only with a very mean attitude. No one wonder the place was empty. I kept looking at the place and people were leaving with very sad and disgusted faces which is depressing because everyone should be leaving an ice cream place happy.

My friend and I went to this place today, here on Miami Beach. There was a bug on one of the ice cream flavors, and I politely told the sales woman: “There’s an animal on the ice cream.” She acted like she didn’t understand what I said. So, I used other words like: insect, bug, and at least 3 more times I said animal again. Every time she kept evading to answer me with answers like: “yes, this is made out of milk,” “yes, we have different flavors,” yes, we have blah blah blah.” At first I thought she wasn’t hearing me, so it wasn’t until I told my friend: “you know what, let’s get out of here, she’s just pretending that she doesn’t understand what I’m saying.” And right after she said “oh you’re right, there’s an animal on the ice cream.” So rude attitude. I would never get back to this place

Ben and Jerrys ice cream is better quality and more creative. This ice cream shop is regular sized, with some seating, and a little off of Miracle Mile. There is a lot of parking options nearby, multistorey and street.

Super tasty, big portions, and add ons were reasonable!! I loved the honey!

Went there yesterday, the attendant was much more worried about his headphone and very obnoxious...we decided to leave without ice cream.It was a good way to show our 4yo daughter that we should be nice to people.

This location is hella expensive. Ive been a fan of ben and jerrys my whole life and was excited to have one open up next door. I get its miami and lincoln but it doesnt need to be like this. Why would a premade (not made to order) pint be 3/4 dollars more at ben and jerrys than at publix or 7/11? Why are no childs sizes allowed? Guess its for the best, i wont be going in all the time. Lol

Perfect choice, highly recommend! Salty caramel and strawberry cheesecake were my favorites. When you arrive at the counter, the attendant will offer you a tasting, I recommend to accept before daring in other flavors.Prices are not cheap, but the quality is exceptional.I do not recommend it for the bapka standard, which they will find expensive and badly evaluated due to their bad taste.

Nice to be there.The only thing with pigeons would be to solve the problem, who feel at home there))) but we do not blame them, they also go where it is better)
