Moving to Miami with less than a week turn around to get a mattress delivered to out new place has been a headache because no one has them in stock. I believe that this was the best customer-service experience Ive ever had! I really lucked out walking into this Mattress Firm. Erica was so friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and I could tell she truly cared about finding the perfect mattress to fit my needs both physically and financially. During the checkout process I wanted to sign up for financing but there were a number of hiccups since I have international credit etc. and although I know it made her job much more complicated, she never once made me feel like an inconvenience and instead was truly happy to help.I believe that I spent over 2 hours with Erica trying to find a solution at checkout, it was incredible how she went to great lengths to help my unfamiliar case. Where to begin... I suppose with the fact that purchasing a mattress is a stressful experience, expensive, time consuming, and the worst when you have a sales person breathing down your neck. Thankfully this was NOT my experience at Mattress Firm South Beach. After moving to Miami four days ago and urgently needing to find a mattress, plus have it delivered within a very narrow time window, within two days ERICA went above and beyond to accommodate me and do it quickly and efficiently. She was very conscious of my budget, which made me feel a lot better about the purchasing process, nothing worse than an up-sell when youve already listed your ceiling price. She took the time to test the beds with me, test the pillows, and walk me through all of my misconceptions about why I wanted the type of mattress I wanted.I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, and when I left, I left with something even better, and at an even better price. The store had a wide selection which is nice, but like most things in life, its not where you are, its who youre there with. Ask for Erica.
