I would not recommend this marina. The staff there is terrible. Most of the employees are high out of their minds. It just a matter time before another accident happens there. Multiple times we called ahead to get the boat down and the staff forgot. We then had to wait another 45 minutes for them to bring the boat down. There worse part was I was tipping the dock hands to clean the boat and flush the engines which was a waste. Seldom was the work actually done. I complained to management and they told me it’s not their issue. If one of the dock workers was ripped me off it not their problem. I got tired of being lied to, ignored and funds being stolen so we switched storage location.

However if you have a trailer or you uber you will which makes no sense they should do something about it but its not the marina fault. 5 Stars for their service

We had such a fantastic time. The booking was done very easily over the phone. Our Captain, Andrew, showed up exactly on time and was a absolute joy to be with for the day. He showed us around, let us stop for bathroom breaks and gave us a tour of the area. We even called back and booked him for the next day! I highly recommend using Haulover for a great day on the water!

Excellent facility Im in the yacht management business and i have to say i was highly impressed how clean this marina was out of every marina/boat yard i have been in i must say this is highly the cleanest Ive been to...they even had a guy on a machine that cleans the floors which i have never personally seen. Wonderful snacking area to purchase snacks and other miscellaneous items. Friendly staff and they pull our customers boats down in extremly good timing. I wish all of our boats could be placed at the marina

Complete idiots at the boat ramp, most need to take a course on proper boat etiquette & boat launch, retrevial & preparation before hand. Most there should not be allowed to own or operate a private vessel.

Helpful. Has best bikes. Flexible with payment if needed. Backs his bikes. Knows bikes.... Many dealers DONT. Love my bike so much stay out all day.

Called to simply ask what time they closed today, whoever answered the phone seemed pretty upset to have been asked, no hello, no good bye, hung up as if i was a telemarketer. Hope this lady gets a different job, dealing with the public is obviously not what she wants to be doing. Hope the owners address as there are several other marinas 1 mile away who would love the business im sure

This place gets packed on weekends especially Sundays. Parking is $17 on weekends $13 on weekdays (excluding Friday) for 24 hours which really isn’t too bad and there’s usually enough parking even when it’s full (there’s both asphalt and dirt areas to park boats and trailers as well as a separate civilian lot for regular cars with no trailers). There’s plenty of ramps (I believe 6ish) including a smaller one designated for PWCs and small water-crafts. One thing is to make sure you take any personal belongings out of your car or leave them out of plain sight because vandalism is common and theft isn’t too far behind. There’s a restaurant which I’ve never tried on site as well as bathrooms. Overall decent launching area for your water-crafts, close to the sandbar and just small ride to nearby beaches and islands.

This place is absolutely beautiful and clean and so much marine life its alive I wish they had a 24 hour Web Cam here out here by the ocean shore...it would be amazing to watch from home

Funny place !!!!!I got there first thing in the morning,I went in the office (front desk) to request a boat down, I was standing there for like five minutes, right in front of one of the ladies at the front desk and she didn’t even acknowledge my presence, the attitude there is unbelievable, the make you feel like they’re doing you a favor.It’s not what you say, is the way you say it.Customer service sucks.They should have someone there with a smile on her face greeting customer the right way at all times

The team at Haulover handled the influx of FPC poker runners this weekend flawlessly.

Stay away from this Marina, the ladies at the front desk are a nightmare. They hate their job and make sure everyone knows it. We call ahead at least 45min to 1 hour to get the boat launched, however we wait at least another 30-45 min once we arrive. This doesn’t just happen once in a while but all the times. We do not boat on the weekends because the wait is even longer which is understandable but on Mondays?They also dropped our friends boat!!! So please do yourself a favor if you don’t want to get upset right before you enjoy a day on the water, please go somewhere else. Otherwise, if you can ignore those ladies at the front and don’t mind to wait forever, it is a very beautiful facility.

Excellent marina, provides dry docks inside a building rated to withstand cat 5 hurricanes, I got a fat discount from Progressive just by telling them my boat will be stored at Haulover Marina

We were only passing through however it look like theyve made some recent renovations to the parking lot and it was pretty clean the pavement wasnt so very smooth but hey I guess they cant make changes at any time

The marina itself is nice, there are many nicer but the proximity to the ocean gives it extra credit. At all cost stay away from the service shop if its still run by the arrogant scam artist Elio, Hi ELIO its ME! he and his crew of bums will fail on any rigging installation at least twice in the event of service which is their forte they will only use the cheapest parts, and that new forged crankshaft that he sold you when he rebuilt your big block its just your old crank shaft machined if your are lucky, he is a scam artist at its best I share my story with everyone I run into and most people have a friend or someone with a similar story.Enjoy the water and stray away from that disgrace to this amazing industry

Absolutely piss pour parking rules, only allowed a daily fee to be paid no 2,3,4 or more day excursions out of there w/o getting ticketed. No reason for that !!!!

This marina is huge. 5 stories on inside storage. Couldnt believe what I was seeing.

Horrible experience, Waste of my only day off because their machine is broken and they cant lower my jetski. I bought a jetski and it was stored at this Haulover Marina, so I left it there, paying $175 monthly. Two months go by and my wife and I plan a date. Drive 45 minutes to get there and find out their equipment is not working and they cant put my jetski in the water for us to use. We go take a look at the jetski and the cover is also missing. Try to talk to a manager and no one is there to talk to. Call the regional manager, and he is rude and doesnt care, just says that its old equipment and it breaks. So I wasted my day and they ruined our date. Worst thing is that they dont care, and are rude. My suggestion, stay away!

The reason why Miami has a reputation as a place with the worst customer service in the country. Basic training and manners. That is all. Never coming here again.
