I’m glad Miami Beach has a Target. I frequent this location for basic things like hygiene items and clothes. It’s a lot smaller than the typical Target, so you may be limited on selections. It does have a good amount of items per section. If you’re coming to do groceries, I recommend going to the Publix across the street as it has better prices and more options. For electronics, just go to the Best Buy across as well.It does have a Starbucks inside for all your caffeinated needs, so that’s nice!
The employees are very friendly especially the ladies who work in the pharmacy and personal care departments. I just wish it had more home good products, and not just the basics.
Julio is the best employee i have encountered. Very professional and super courteous. He really impressed me when he found a product product that was hidden behind much more expensive items. It was exactly what I needed and was just 20 bucks. He deserves a raise just by seeing his demeanor.
Smaller that others Target but well defined carrying most essential things. It has a CVS and Starbucks store in it. Great staff with good customer service attitude. Ill go back!
I have been to Target on 5th ave twice in the past few weeks. The first time I went I couldn’t find the pharmacy. I asked a sales person who said it was on the 2nd floor. That seemed odd to me, but I went up and sure enough, there it was. Clearly the second floor of this Target is not like most Targets. It is smaller and has a food section and pharmacy, which is convenient if you want to pick up dinner on your way home from work. The 2nd floor parking is actually on the 3rd floor since the bays are smaller than normal. I thought that was a nice touch since it allowed more space for people to walk around without bumping into each other
A mini Target, but a Target none the less. Cute store design, CVS Pharmacy inside, Starbucks with nice views. The market inside has all the essentials for locals, tourists will be happy with the spread across the store as it seems to be geared towards them with the prevalence of beach gear & beach wear. Happy to finally have Spot on the beach !!
This should be called Target Mini. A Small Target with limited variety of items and some of the items are cheaper at other locations. The Security Guard is very rude and she talks bad about customers with other employees. Some of the sale prices are not reflected at the register so you have to double check that prices are correct. I will never return to this location!
Can you stop harassing people about their phone numbers every time they try to check out? If its not an employing pouncing on a shopper as soon as they hit the self-check out to tell them to do it, the employee will physically intervene with the screen to go to the phone menu. Now youve got people who work there pre-emptively loading the phone number screen before someone even gets to the register which kills the Green light availability showing which registers are available. Its annoying. Just stop.
Please do yourself a favor and close! Because the people work in this store All of them are super nasty to All customers please dont shop at this store I went a year ago and returned to the same mistreatment as of the last year ago. I will never returned again!
So went back to this store after a year to see if they improved. They haven’t. Their sale prices RARELY are reflected at the register. They will change it for you when you call them on it, but if you don’t notice you’ll end up paying FULL price! Why even have the sale then?
I want to give 5 Stars to the cashier Jorge. He really was very pleasant, in dealing with me. I had so many request and he fulfilled them all. Keep up the good work, and continue to give good customer service. It was very important to me . I am a visitor from Atlanta, so you made an impression. The Target is very modern, with a Starbucks overlooking the city, with a Ross, Best Buy, Publix, and Many other stores, across the street. You can take a bus from South Beach, # 120, also the S bus goes there, and an L bus. The Trolley is right outside, with a Burger King on 5th St. Enjoy the area. You can also take those Buses to Downtown Also. Enjoy the Lovely City of Miami.Cheers
Very clean and beautiful store however it is small in comparison to every other target I have been in. Limited variety but still decent.
Decent storeIts not a big one, but it had what most of people needIts located upstairs
Having visited here yet but the location is nice 👌
I absolutely hate everything about the south beach target store! All there employees are extremely rude or either ... bad shopping experience!! But overall i had help from a wonderful young lady who works in the clothing department i hate that i forgot her name quite a long name she helped me send a item to my house for free shipping . I still hate it there
I would like to share and complement your amazing employee, HADID, for going above and beyond to help me with a pick-up from your store.I am traveling here, from out of town, and needed some assistance. She is extremely professional and courteous while following the rules and guidelines of your store. She was able to assess my needs and help me with my purchase. It’s both refreshing and comforting to come across such a professional, smart, courteous salesperson, especially when not in my home state. Target is lucky to employ HADID❤️
Super organized and clean it is perfect
Horrible service, no humans interaction and pleasant shopping at all . I went to the register to pay and I was sent to self checkout with I think should be an option but not all they do, well I ask the rep for my employee discount and she say to me you dont work for target so you dont get employee discount them I told her well if I have to do self checkout that means that iam working at target with out getting pay ....... again shoud be a choice not your ONLY choice .
Today I drove all around South Miami to look for an item that was in “limited stock” at 3 different Targets. I live in Miramar so it’s a decent haul. I called all three stores before hand and they told me they were “to busy to check”. So I show up to all three store and of course they don’t have the item anywhere even though their inventory showed them on hand. I was about to give up but decided to call the Target on South Beach expecting to get the same “too busy” excuse. To my surprise, Pablo stepped up and saved the day. He took the time to look up the item, and run over to put hands on it. He then brought them to the front and held them for me as I drove the 40 minuets to pick them up. I was in and out in 2 min. This is absolutely great customer service. Thank you Pablo.
Wastes half the store’s space on groceries and sacrifices a lot of the departments that make Target what it is. I view Target as a place to get stylish home stuff at decent prices, yet the home section here barely has anything in it. My advice: get rid of the groceries and focus on your core competencies. There is a Publix across the street - no one is coming here to do their grocery shopping.
I was using the restroom like 5 mins before they was going to close and they kicked me out when I just in the middle of using the bathroom and I was already in the bathroom could not let me finish and not to mention not tissue paper worsted service I expected that from a Walmart but not a target and I was not even going to take that long.
Love this Target. It has all the essentials. Super friendly employees. The clothes are very stylish. They have a huge selection of swimsuits. This Target is really convenient, right before work, if you need to pick up a fresh salad for lunch. Also, you can’t beat the huge Starbucks coffee shop that never has a line. If you’re looking for the Target experience with the South Beach vibe, this is the place.
Seemed really understaffed for a store in such a densely populated area.
One of the Managers Carlos, went above and beyond to help me find an item. He was very helpful and diligent. He deserves a reward!
So happy to have something this close to home. We dont have to leave the island anymore. Its a super target on a mini scale. Super impressed that all departments are there! People have to keep in mind its the beach and not all full selections will be available. Super happy they have a market with THE LOWEST GROCERY PRICES ON THE BEACH!!!!
Brand new and super clean, with a lot of products stocked (even more than a regular Target store) and top notch location on south beach,so happy I can shop there without nedding to go downtown .Found some great dr.bronner lipstick in hard to find flavour.really satisfied .
Worst Target I’ve ever been to. I understand that it’s not supposed to be a full size store, but the inventory is just too small to justify coming here. I’d drive the extra 10 minutes to Target Midtown just for the better selection. It feels like this Target was built for tourists and not the people who actually live in Sobe. Also, having to pay $3/hr for parking is ridiculous, giving a courtesy 30 minutes to your shoppers wouldn’t kill you. Definitely will not be coming back here.
Rude employees, in such a small target, smallest I ever seen....you will have difficulties to get help from them, plus parking...Its TOO expensive and they hide the fact that is per pay until you drive up the ramp. Very unloyal with customers.
Amazing customer service!
The store is really nice. Does not feel cramped at all. It is surprinsingly well stocked, with a little bit of everything. The market area is very well supplied with groceries and produce. There are plenty of self check out stations, as well as cashiers. Wonderful to have Target in South Beach! Go,check it out!!!
They made me pay 20$ for a lost ticket they didnt gave me on the garage. Excellent target.
This target is completely outstanding! I was so thrilled to see that target come to South Beach and what they lack in inventory they make up for in customer service it is a wonderful place to be and definitely my go to shopping for all my home needs! What a wonderful staff they have that goes the extra mile and is friendly, gracious, and outstanding. Target on fifth is suberb!
I love this Target store is well organized and the guys who works there are very kind .
Finally a Target in South Beach. No longer have to drive into Miami to get essentials. Smaller store than most but has everything we needed. Very clean and well laid out store and even has Starbucks inside. Has a grocery section with a good selection of organic foods, limited produce and fruits as well as meets but good selection of frozen options and non perishables. Nice selection, of clothing, housewares, some electronics. This is not a big store compared to others in Miami but thankful to have this option here in SoBe. Lots of free parking and elevator access since it’s located on the 2nd floor.
Good luck getting ANYBODY from any department to answer the phone a whole 2 hours before their closing time
Beautiful building and perfect location. The parking was super convenient and easy to access! They have a CVS and Starbucks inside the store - amazing!
Decent selection considering the size of the store. The lack of scooter and motorcycle parking was my main complaint. Not a great decision in South Beach.
In all honesty its not the best Target. They call it a Target Neighborhood and I guess that is thier excuse for not having anything.. cause they really dont have anything. They have a small selection of clothes and groceries and they have a good selection of stuff in thier pharmacy. The rest is all hit or miss, they might have shelves, but they probably dont. So if you are looking for that hard to find item and you think to yourself. I know target would have it. Youre right Target probably does have, just not this one. There is parking and its fre . So thats a plus.
Employees super rude I dont know how much theyr getting paid but its way too much, they deserve nothing
This is the worst Target in America. They have limited merchandise, unprofessional employees, and a lack of great customer service.I do not recommend traveling to this Target to residents of Miami Beach, and tourists.
Didnt really buy anything
Small but has all what you need
Really disappointed in this new store. Prices are not great, service non-existent. And a seemingly full reliance on self-checkouts, while listless employees, hang around grudgingly giving assistance when asked repeatedly. Unless your time is worth nothing, and you are oblivious to prices, You are much, much better off going to Publix, or TJ Maxx next door. Too bad, as I have always like Target. What a disappointment, what bad store and company management. Time to short their stock.
I was so excited for the target pretzels and you dont have them.
Terrible Target! Prices 25% and up that another Targets!!! Shelves are empty, no choice. Any yep, you also should pay extra Miami Beach Taxes. Disaster. Only self check out. Worst experience ever.
I parked for 15 minutes, had to pay $3. No signs anywhere saying you have to pay for the parking. First and last time. 😡
A great mini target store, obviously they dont have the stock compared to a largeer stores but its clean and they have a large clothes selection!
CUSTOMER SERVICE APPALLING:Employees would rather talk to each other or look at their phones and ignore the customer, I asked for help and I was given an evil look because I interrupted two employees discussing their social lives, I walked out in the end and went to Publix. The Target store Manager obviously doesnt care, if he did standards would be higher.3.6 is poor for a new store, all the other stores locally score in the mid 4s
Way too small... It’s literally a oversized CVS store that happens to have a bodega sized grocery section and a Starbucks. I was so excited about this store but what a let down!
Great store! New and not so big as usually Target is but has everything you need!
Not very big, overpriced, bad service, not great.
Very Disappointed! This Target store is small and some items are overpriced! Raising prices just because its near the beach seems unfair. The inventory is limited and the staff didnt even know where certain items were located. This store did not meet my expectations and I will not return.
Disappointed, its just like a CVS, overpriced and not like a regular Target. Will not be back.
Good place amazing finally opened near me
New store .. great location..! Amazing
Mini Target for Petit Miami Beach! Very convenient and in a great location!
This Target Store is for millionaire people. It is very sad to see how Miami Beach shops are intended for millionaires and tourists. They dont think that many elderly people with low income live here. I bought a printer HP 3830 online at $49 but at this Store the price is $99.99. This is ridiculous!
I don’t understand why they would not let you park motorcycles and scooters in the garage?!?It’s South Beach where a lot of people ride scooters!! No sense
No big carts.... Worst store
This is not a full service Target. Its like a Target Express. Very small. It should be categorized as Express.
Whats the Parking situation, free for the first hour? anyone, anyone, Bueller?
The worse Target I ever been inSmallNarrow corridorsNot variety of stuffProbably will never come back
Went shopping to this new target today and had to pay $3 for 35minutes parking! This is ridiculous and a complete ripoff. Will not be back.
You have to pay for parking? Well that was not worth the wait. Huge let down and now its just and eyesore
CVS copy. No motorcycle parking !?
All stuff what you want you can find here
This is a great Target!
The new Target on South Beach is finally open!!
Friendly
Now Open!!!!!
Not the largest Target, but at the moment it’s completely new, it was recently opened, there is an advertisement about it in the city. All equipment and carts are new and clean. There are not so many products, but all the main departments are childrens, CVS pharmacy, clothes, products, toys. Prices are nicer than competitors, which is good news.
Similar prices to wal mart, with clothes a CVS :-) very nice - no vegetable / fruit department
Wonderful
Excellent customer service
