Stopped by to get some help replacing the lens on a pair of sunglasses. They were more than happy to help out and even went one step further by adjusting and fixing the entire frame! They were very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Dr. Jennifer Boggie made my exam quick & painless, and my updated prescription has really improved my vision!Mackenzie helped repair my old eyeglasses, and picked out some very trendy new frames for me. She was great!

Walked in today very nervous it was going to be a whole thing to have my glasses fixed. The woman fixed them right then and there. Took MAYBE 5 minutes and she didnt even charge me! I was so happy with how great she was!!!

My daughter ordered her glasses through this location. We were told it would take 10-14 business days. We waited to hear back but never did. I called after we had waited about 16 days I called, and was told that they were there and had been there for about 10 days!!! I am furious! My daughter could have been wearing them.

With getting denied an appointment at Tallman Eye in Andover MA. I booked an online appointment at PV in Methuen at the Loop. They took me in, with no questions asked.. super friendly staff and Dr Boggie was amazing an just as sweet.. Thank you so much with all you do!!! You all definitely earned my business and then some :-)

****EDIT*****After reaching out to the manager Amanda we gave this location another shot. We have NEVER had a issue with the Dr. They have always been so nice and gone above and beyond. I must say we were nervous going in today but we need our glasses. The young lady that greeted us todaywas so sweet. She went through the questions and temp for COVID-19 and asked to sanitize our hands. While filling out our paperwork the young lady from Saturday actually came up to us and apologize for her actions. We were blown away by that. Honestly that simple action made the whole situation so much better. So thank you. As always the exams were great and finishing up with the orders wicked easy. So thank you Amanda for getting us in and handling the issues. Thank you to the young worker for stepping up and apologizing. We hope that the customer service continues to be worked on so that everyone gets the great experience that we did tonight.Worst customer service around!!!!3 years my husband and I have been going to this location and after this weekend we will never go back. As soon as we walked into the store the young lady the greeted us was unwelcoming. We than were told my husbands insurance was not excepted. When trying to explain to the work that yes his insurance was indeed accepted and the appointment was made straight from the insurances website the worker proceeded to raise her voice and cause a seen. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she would not help me either that i just dont understand. I repeated asked the worker to not be sassy and not raise her voice and was laughed at. We decided to cancel our 2 appointments and as we were walking out the door the worker continues to be verbally abusive. I immediately called the insurance company and was reassured that location did accept the insurance that they would personally call to find out what was going on. The insurance agent also received verbal abuse while on the phone and ended up recommending us to just take our business else were for the treatment.

Very happy with my experience at this location, i went in to get my glasses fixed and inquire about possibly buying some new ones. the girls in the front were all great and fixed my glasses and answered all my questions. i will definitely be back to purchase

In regards to my last review, I will say they completely made up for the situation with the employee. Hopefully they re-evaluated there staff but as I have been a forever customer here I intend to still be one as they were sharp to fix and reconcile, I am super happy with my glasses and the care I received after :) if any issues at all I recommend speaking to the manager, she is awesome and super cool ! So from there my review goes back up drastically ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very friendly and helpful especially Cassandra at the front desk as well as safe and sanitary abiding by all the Covid 19 safety precautions. I was in and out with no problems and received my glasses very quickly.

Wonderful experience all around ! The girls upfront were very attentive and helpful, may I mention, while I was waiting for my contacts to come in, I had lost the left eye of my trial pair & they gave me a new pair no questions asked and fixed my broken glasses free of charge as well !, service with a smile ! Amazing service. Could not have asked for a better team. My son has always hated doctors and gets a lot of anxiety... Cassandra who works at the front desk, dedicated her time to make sure my son was as comfortable as he could be. He let her play at her desk until it was time to go in. Such an amazing team. I’m a commercial fisherman/sailer and I’m always up against the harshest the elements.Other eye doctors never seemed to get it right, but Pearle Vision in Methuen finely nailed it with the correct contacts. Thanks to Dr. Liu for taking the time to work with me and figure out the best fit.

This place made me feel comfortable. Specially Cassandra at the front desk. Iv been to other places and they have made me feel like a number .. not here! Cassandra made me feel like family, she was so patient with me. She helped me try on like 50 pairs befor we found the right pair that fit my face.I have told a lot of people how friendly and caring the staff is.For me, best place iv been to. 😁

Have been a long time customer but can’t see myself returning anymore. Last 3 times I’ve visited, I got the rudest employee who is always in a constant rush and yells at you instead of talking. Easy to tell she is just waiting for a reason to degrade you. My family and I are very patient and respectful of others and all rules so the fact that my mom felt the need to step out because of the level of uncomfort and mistreatment speaks volumes to me!

I have been a customer for roughly 5+ yrs there and have also had my family get services and made a couple of prescription glasses purchases for them as well. The doctor has always been very good and professional about our eye care. (5 Star easily had I had the option for individual doctor review).The low rating is purposely set to make it aware that some of the staff there (thats new) is something that can potentially hurt customer loyalty. I will not go into details of the recent experiences we encountered, but some of the customer satisfaction of shopping/purchasing isnt there anymore. Hopefully there is a change in the future, again, the doctor is great, but the staff needs some re-coaching on customer service and communication.

I am not sure why anyone would have a complaint about a staff that is beyond helpful. I have been coming for a few years and have NEVER had an issue at all. I have personally run out of contacts and they have been so helpful in allowing me another pair at no cost to me. I cant say one bad thing about these ladies!

Do not ever go to this store. Had a horrible experience with it. I went there to get my annual exam and prescription for contacts. While waiting, I had my glasses adjusted. After that, my right lens got very blurry in the center, and I cant use it any more. She tried clean it and did not come off. The person said that she will talk to the manager and see if they can get me a new lens. It looked like something happened to the coating. I did not want to make a big deal of it since the girl was very nice to me. I felt they should be able to fix it. I was wrong, totally wrong. After reading all the reviews, it all makes sense now. The owner and the doctor said they did not do anything wrong, and should not be responsible for the damage. I felt like a fool. Did I just come to this store to get humiliated or pissed off. It is like they are saying that I brought in a bad pair of glasses to make money on them. Really disappointed. I ended up paying to get my lens replaced. Funny huh. How can store like this has any customers? If you are not mad like me, you wont waste time to write this long. Trust me, stay away from this store.

If I could give this place a 0 star i would. They take forever to give you your glasses. It’s been a month and when I finally received them they got it wrong. Unbelievable. My kids have school they need their glasses.

Went here recently for an eye exam. The Doctor and front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I was told my glasses and contacts would take about a week and a half to come in. Not even a full week later, I got the call that both had arrived! Very happy with the service here, would highly recommend! Great glasses selection as well!!! :)

Customer service absolutely rude!They have no manners. I am not coming back! I was going to buy versace sun glasses, they were sooooo rude and lazy. I refused to buy sun glasses there! Aweful! Expensive! Rude! Dirty! No service to clients at all!!!!

I had a certain pair of frames I wanted from a different store, sure enough pearl vision had them and cheaper then the other store! Not only did I get the frames Ive been wanting but the girls in the office were so nice and punctual. I went to order new glasses, the staff were knowledgeable.I went back to pickup my glasses and one of the young girls was very rude. Not professional at all. Nice selection of glasses, but staff needs customer service training.

Had an Excellent experience at this location. Doctor Lui was Very thorough with eye exam, and explained in Detail all that was happening. She was Very Caring and Cordial to me. The Front Office Assistants were All Very Helpful and Friendly People. I Would Absolutely, Recommend these Eye Vision Professionals, to Anyone needing this Service!

Had my eyes checked here today its been a while, first time here everyone was real nice. doctor was good, felt like she was very through and didnt rush me out the door. Beware on making your appointments through their website. Theyve confirmed my appointments, then called me to cancel due to Dr. wont be on at that time on 4 different occasions. I rescheduled a 5th time and then received a message saying sorry, we cant schedule an appointment with you, we will only see you as a walk in due to the fact youve scheduled an cancelled too many times Is this a joke???? Their the ones that kept cancelling my appointments! So unprofessional

I have been going here for years and never had a problem. The girls are very nice, not salespeople like other places. The doctor is very thorough and straight to the point. My glasses have been made in an hour promised and I have even ordered contacts right over the phone with them. GREAT PLACE!

Very poor customer service. I am not sure the ladys name I dealt with but she was very rude. I seen the numbers she was writing on the paper about prices and I asked if that is what I would have to pay, probably in a more frantic way then usual because it was expensive. She told me to calm down and not jump to conclusions pretty much and she did not put my insurance information in yet. After this, she went on with dirty looks and eye rolls that I caught out of the corner of my eye. She then told me the price I said I did not have it all on me and asked if I had to pay in full today. She said yes, which is ok I understand there are rules and such running a business, but then she acted as if i was an inconvenience to her. She started again with her attitude and closed the folder telling me it will be here for two weeks. Her whole demeanor was terrible. I do not know how she works in Customer Service and can not service a customer with respect. Not to mention she never measured me for my glasses or took my phone number to even call me when my glasses would be ready. I went back there about 3 different times.One to pay for them which was my fault, another to have my glasses measured and then again because they charged me twice. This was my first time here, I was trying to stay closer to work to save the hastle as I have been experiencing really bad headaches and need new glasses but I will NEVER go back there.

Dr. Liu is by far a five star eye doctor! I had to look the office up on google maps and happen to see the rating. I was so shocked that I needed to write my own review and set the record straight. Allow me to explain from whom this review is coming. I drive over an hour to have our Porsche serviced even though we have a Porsche dealership in our town because of the service we receive. Great service when it comes to vehicle safety for the automobile that your children travel in is priceless. The eye doctor that you choose for your children should be even more important. I drive two hours so that Dr. Liu can examine both of my childrens eyes. I have dealt with many good eye doctors in my time, however Dr. Liu is by far the best. The exam is always thorough and she takes the time to get to know the patient and their needs. This office may seem like a big box store but it is not, the service is that of an old fashion eye doctor that you would find in a house on main street USA. If you are looking for the best eye doctor for your children or even yourself this is the place.

I had a good experience at pearle vision got my exam and glasses their with out any issue. The girls were nice and the doctor was very professional. I even went back to bring my little sister.

So I wen in 3 weeks ago for an eye exam and to be prescribed glasses. When I was done with my exam and picked out my eye glasses, I was told my glasses would be ready to be picked up in 2 or 3 weeks. Well I called right now since its been 3 weeks, and now Im being told it take a month to be picked up. You know I really need my glasses so I can see when Im driving! I would have been better off getting my glasses from wal mart! I think after my 1 year prescription is up, Ill be finding a new place to get my eyes checked and glasses.Dont lie to your customers. Be honest please.

I love this place! Everyone is very friendly and attentive. I came in with completely broken glasses, which left me not able to see at all. I explained my problem to one of the front desk employees, who was able to get my prescription faxed over to them almost immediately. Being in such a stressful situation, the employee helped me with picking out the right frame for me and even gave me the good news that my glasses would be done that exact day, and in only one hour! They really helped me out during a very stressful and frustrating situation. Will be coming back!

I visited the Store in Methuen, Massachusetts located at the Loop In Methuen. I visited with my Special Need Daughter and the lady who attended Us WAS really RUDE towards our Daughter who’s Special Need. This’s the last time we will be giving this place business. They need learn how to treat Customer.

This was my first visit to a pearl vision entity. I was greated as I entered the establishment, the young lady swiftly took my in. The appointment wasn’t more than a half hour. Very quick and efficient. Dr. Liu answered all my questions. After my appointment, I had some unanswered questions and wasn’t completely sold on what I chosen. They allowed me to come back and switch out my pair for a new pair that suited me better. Very happy and will be coming back.

I definitely wish there was a negative star. This place was awful. Rude Rude Rude.

DO NOT GO HERE! My daughter needed a higher rx, she is 3 and has two astigmatisms and the Dr stated it was getting worse and she needed to wear 100% of the time. I went straight to Pearl Vision to fill as this is where I went previuosly. This was in July. Speed up two months later, I called and asked for a 2nd pair(that is what my ins covers, 2 a yr). I was told that her last order IN JULY, was never filled. They stated my ins only covered the previuos rx so that is what they gave me in July and that is what she has been wearing since. NO ONE TOLD ME! If I did not randomly call today, she may have gone the entire YEAR wearing her old lenses that were NOT helping her. My DR at Tallman told me NOT to go here, I should have listened and hopfully whoever is reading this will learn from my mistake.

I thought the exam was ok, but the Dr. there only writes prescriptions for 1 year instead of 2, which I didnt realize until later. Obviously shes trying to make you come in more often. My insurance only lets me have an exam every 2 years, so now Im stuck waiting a year so I dont have to pay out of pocket. Ill never go back there again. Go to someplace better.

So apparently no one works here. Ive called 9 times in the past 20 minutes to have it ring each time for 2 minutes and just keep ringing, no answer. Its 1:30 pm on a Tuesday, must be rush hour.The only reason Im even calling is because I had my lenses replaced by them and ever since then my glasses have given me terrible migraines. I think either the prescription is wrong (even though I gave them the correct one and they took over a week to order it) or its the coating I paid extra for and its just awful. I want them returned and/or fixed, sadly that cant happen if NO ONE EVEN WORKS THERE. Bad business.

My prescription ended up being entirely wrong and they refuse to refund the cost of the exam or the lenses. I paid almost $400 between the exam and the glasses, and had to pay another $300 to have the exam and lenses redone elsewhere. If incompetence wasnt bad enough, the staff here is terribly rude, constantly on their phones, chewing gum, and making fun of customers, and theres magically never a manager around.

Vey bad customer service, my mom had a bad experience since day one. We brought the prescription and picked the frames she had to go back five times to have them fixed because they were the wrong prescription and there was something else wrong every time we picked them up. They refused to fixed them on the fifth time, because the owner said that the grace period for an exchange was expired and that she needed to pay out of pocket. I don’t think that an elderly person should be force to use glasses that aren’t the correct prescription. They should have professional trained staff to take the correct measurements to avoid all this conflicts and errors. I will take my moms glasses elsewhere to have them fix so that she’ ll be able to use them without a problem. I DON’T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER 😡

Im giving 1 star due to the lack of knowing how to adjust glasses. Ive been going there for 2 yrs. The only person that adjusted my glasses perfectly that worked there was a young woman named Lois. All the others that work there make my glasses worse each time I go in. Today same thing. Everyone shud be fired or retrained to know how to adjust glasses! I will not be goinh going back to pearl!

Dr. There are nice and friendly.my problem is i ordered 3 glasses about 2 months ago. One for me 2 for my son. The first 2 were through masshealth and the other i paid with my own money since masshealth does not cover transition glasses. I called yesterday for an update with only we havent seen your order. When i ordered the glasses i was told it would be done within a by the end of next week because it didnt have to go through masshealth.

I was quoted a price that was half of the actual do to poor management and mistrained employees. I spent an hour there to find out later when i went to pay that the girl was new and they dont stand up for what their representative stated while selling me glasses.. They wasted an hour of my time which i can not get back. She could have been watched or checked, but didnt. She snswered my simple questions w yes and no. Having no idea the answer. I will not be returning.

They do not honor the on line schedules even after an email confirmation that the appointment is all set. So an additional vacation day must be taken to make the appointment I had confirmed. Not very nice and no effort to make additional concessions to make up for the fact.
