We worked with Bob Plunkett several years ago in conjucntion with a new home build. His company did a phenomenal job of delivering exactly what we needed and I recommend working with he and his company if you need assistance with flooring.

My builder Diamond Edge Builders of Nashua NH hired Bob to install carpeting, flooring tile and a back splash in our kitchen in early 2010s. Bob was VERY pleasant to work with in the very beginning. I would admonish anyone looking at doing with Bob and his deceptive business practices. We paid to upgrade our pad, carpets to stain resistant and high traffic. We were provided low quality carpets and had to fiight to get back our upgrade $. We had to call Bob to come out about 3-4 times to further stretch our carpets. Every time it felt like we were costing him an arm and a leg to do warranty work. I would admonish anyone wanting to do business with Bob, specifically with carpeting to check and 2x check his carpet work and ask about warranty. Tile work was FANTASTIC!!! Our installation tech Angel was absolutely fantastic and he have had no issues and would work with this gentleman again.
