Our estimator, Jason, was amazing. Gave us good advice and options when picking windows and finish. Although the wait was long, it was worth it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE DONT. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!About 4 years ago I purchased a sliding door from this company. You see and hear commercials all over the tv and radio all the time so one would think it is safe to assume that this company is always on their game. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! On that sliding door is a screen door which was damaged during some crazy weather a few months ago. I called the company and ordered a new screen door. Keep in mind, the salesperson that sold me the door said that theres a lifetime warranty on the unit if damaged. The call center rep never offered to look up any warranty, she just took my money and laughed to the bank with my $65. After taking my money, she informed me of a 4-6 week wait. I wasnt worried because I know I have to wait for things like this and I am a pretty patient guy. Fast forward to week 5, I called just to check on things to maybe make sure I am home for the screen doors arrival. The rep tells me that weather has held up shipping and she has no clue when it will arrive and even once it does arrive, there is no openings for installation. She says that I could be waiting another 2-4 weeks. I was upset, but realized being upset wouldnt get me a screen door. So I wait. It has now been 9 weeks and I have not heard from them by phone, text, mail, email, raven, smoke signal, NOTHING!!Every call center rep that I spoke with was nice and professional so this is not about them. This is meant to inform hard working people to look elsewhere and to not just fall for the commercials and propaganda showing this company as the best to do it. The prices are decent and a little better than others, but is price worth the headache of being lied to and waiting forever to get your purchase? As frugal as I can be, Id rather pay more. If they were honest, I would probably have waited 20 weeks. Since they dont harbor the honesty trait, I want my money back and I want them to suffer by losing business as I lost time and a screen door.

Very pleased with our new replacement windows. The Salesman/Estimator (Larry) was very precise in his measurements and estimate. Showed the sample windows and made sure we were aware of all the great features of the units. Very easy to deal with. Installation was fast and professional and cleanup was great! 8-12 week estimate has turned into 16-20 weeks. DO NOT USE THEM! The lies never end with this company. This has been a HORRIBLE experience working with window world. To start, Sales rep, Larry, misplaced an important piece of paperwork that delayed the order placement by 2 weeks. I ordered 13 very basic windows. They’ve been terrible communicators and change their estimates sometimes multiple times a day. Cannot be relied upon. So not worth whatever small amount I “saved” by not going to competitors. I have had to spend money on temporary fixes to try secure the house AND I will remain displaced from my home for another month (now 4 and counting) due to their failure to tell the truth and lack of professionalism. Their comment says they would be in touch with me and they never reached.

From Jason coming to give us a estimate to the installers having me sign the completion of the job paperwork. These guys were amazing! They worked fast and efficiently, were very polite and professional. Cleaned up any mess they made and my windows are awesome!! Thank you!!

First, I requested the day off of work as I was under the impression that my windows would be installed during normal business hours. I did receive a call 5 minutes prior to 10:00AM from the supervisor, Jeremy, stating installers would be out soon and if I had any issues to contact him. I had already removed all mini blinds and furniture as this is what I was instructed to do. Hours later I receive a call from the Crew Chief stating the installers will be at my house at 4:30PM. At this point, I have to rehang all mini blinds due to the heat. As 4:30PM approaches, still no installers on site. I called both supervisor and crew chief at this time. Both did not give an answer, nor did I ever receive a follow up call with an estimated arrival time. Now after 4:30PM and still waiting, no follow up call.At approximately 5:45PM installers arrive. No one introduces themselves, nor a walk through. They just began removing existing windows.The living room picture window was measured incorrectly. This window is now not replaced, and never remeasured, nor an ETA on this window.One of the bedroom windows is installed incorrectly, using foam at bottom of window to close in gap. This is unacceptable. Not to mention, the caulk job around my windows is awful!One of the windows on the back of the house was literally beat in to fit, causing exterior wall damage that will now have to be repaired. My soap dish in the shower was broken and was replaced by using caulk to try to hide. I was never told that this was broken. It was noticed when it fell off the wall while my teenage son was showering.My outside air conditioner was moved from a window (its off the ground) and never placed back.While I do love the windows, I am very disappointed in the service I have received from installers and the lack of communication. I called the supervisor during install to explain my issues. No answer and no call back.I have waited TWO WEEKS for the supervisor to come out to review the job and follow up on completion status. I still have not received a call, nor a house inspection.UPDATE: TODAY MAKES OVER A MONTH SINCE WINDOW INSTALLATION. I STILL HAVE NO UPDATE FROM MANAGEMENT, NO OME HAS COME TO INSPECT, MY LAST WINDOW STILL ISNT INSTALLED NOR DO I HAVE AN UPDATE ON ORDER STATUS. NONE OF MY WINDOWS THAT HAVE BEEN REPLACED HAVE BEEN REPAIRED AFTER THE HORRIBLE INSTALL I HAD. MANAGER ONLY SAYS WHAT CUSTOMER WANTS TO HEAR, BUT ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW UP.

Our sales rep Jason Betts was great! He was informative and answered all questions asked. When the installers came they were fast and did a great job, even cleaned up their mess inside and outside my home. Only complaint was that they showed no regard for my flowers in my flowerbeds. I don’t have much because I knew I was getting windows but they trampled over them as if they weren’t there. Other than that I would recommend window world to any one and everyone.

Not often I write online reviews, but Mark & Robin @ Window World warrant doing so…After much research (and a few competitive cost estimates) we made the decision to invest just under $12k in new windows with Window World.—and it must be said, our sales rep Mark Scariano, played a BIG role in our decision. Mark was endearing and professional, and always responded favorably when needed most. …5 Stars to Mark!BUT, as noted in previous reviews about Window World, the installation process was a very different story. …I’ll spear you the disappointing details. …lets just say the first installation crew was noticeably inexperienced & ill prepared and leave it at that.I quickly called Mark (our sales rep) who eventually connected me to Robin, his Field Supervisor. I explained to Robin our deep frustration and disappointment in the first crew, and to his credit, Robin IMMEDIATELY took charge of the situation. Two days later, a new crew was sent out (supervised by Robin) and collectively finished the job in a professional & timely matter.Bottom line: Robin deserve’s MUCH of the credit for turning things around. …“it’s not how you start, but how you finish.” ;-) So again, “Well Done Robin!”Our new windows from Window World are of Good Quality. There is unquestionably a noticeable difference in our homes ability to retain air conditioning. Love the windows, but the installation experience could/should have been better. The quality of the work completed was excellent. However, getting the company to show up was a complete pain. Our appointment was rescheduled twice, on the two separate days they were supposed to show up with no explanation why. The third day they were supposed to come out, the installer said he was coming and never showed or called. The following day my husband called Window World due to the no call/ no show and was told we were on the schedule for that day. Lucky for us, I’m working from home during the pandemic because no one ever reached out to see if we’d even be home for them to install on that day. We also had a very difficult time getting in touch with someone who could explain why we kept getting rescheduled on short notice...we still don’t know what the issue was. Despite the terrible customer service overall, the window installation itself was top notch and high quality. I just wish the customer service were as excellent as the window and installation.

Their customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. I was the last installation of the day and it was dark when they finished. Next morning, I saw issues with the install and called them to come back out. Seven phone calls and two months later, I am still waiting on them to show. Ive been placed on the schedule 6 times. Twice they have cancelled on me. Three times they did not show up. Waiting for the next no-show, as I am back on the schedule again. Consider your options when choosing a window vendor. Good product, but its only good if done properly and they are willing to resolve your issues. Window World is definitely lacking in customer service.

During my initial measurements and quote, I told my sale rep that I had several windows that I would like to keep after they are removed. This glass was recession glass and I intended to resale the glass after it was removed. Sales rep told me that he would note that on my account. Ordered my windows on March 23rd and was called at the end of May and told they were in. Due to my work schedule, I had to schedule my window installation for June 24th. Installers showed up around 8:30 am. Upon their arrival, I told them and showed them the recession glass that I would like to keep after it was removed. The installer said ok. Around 3:30, the installer notified me that they were leaving for the day and would return the next day (June 25th) to finish. This is after I was told it would be a 1 day install by my rep. After the installers left on the 24th of June, I noticed that they took the recession glass that I mentioned numerous times that I wanted to keep. On June 25th, no one showed up. I started calling around 11 am to find out where they were. I was told I would get a call back from someone. Around 1 pm, I received a call from someone who stated that they had ran out of material and would be at my home on Saturday, June 26th to finish. Again, no one showed up. I called the cell phone of Randy Ellis to find out where they were. Left a voicemail. Never got a call back. No call and no show. I spent over $9000 on windows with them and I have been jerked around! I am beyond mad! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Window World was quick to take my money but not quick to do what they were paid for. At this point, I wish I could just get a full refund!!! If you are considering Window World of New Orleans, I urge you to forget they exist and pick someone else!!!

I purchased 10 windows for my house. They installed 9 of them because 1 of them was cracked in beginning of February. They reordered the other window which came in a month later. Took them 2 months to install the 1 window after they ordered it. Horrible customer service that dont care about u once they get your money. They Kept rescheduling and canceling after like 6 times. I wouldnt recommend them.

Three and a half stars. The windows are good quality, and I can definitely tell the difference in heat (or lack thereof) on my enclosed porch with the new windows. However, if you go with Window World, stay on top of their installers. The nail flange stuck out on pretty much all of my windows after installation, making it necessary for me to screw it down prior to applying window tape. See pics below. Also, I was told the installers would install window tape, but they do not. They sent my windows with half screens, and I had ordered full screens. They did remedy that, with full screens coming in a couple weeks later. However, the installer for the screens came and I had to leave before he finished. He used my ladder, which I dont necessarily mind, but he used it backwards (literally set it the wrong way, it could have collapsed on him) and then left it under a rear window. I didnt realize it was outside (through 2 rainstorms) until I had need of it and looked for it. I am an insurance adjuster, climbed over 340 roofs last year alone, and this ladder is my number one tool. Now it is rusted. Additionally, I am still missing a screen, which is on order after I called the company. These additional trips are costing W W money, when they should have gotten it right the first time. Installation June 22nd, now Aug 15 and still not complete, but just 1 more screen at this point. Not a terrible experience, but not as good as it could be. Hopefully your experience will be better.

We had been looking to replace our wood windows which were starting to rot for some time. We had several contractors give us estimates. Typically 3,000.00 in Labor plus window cost. So looking at 8,000.00 total. For 2 huge Custom size Pella windows and 6 smaller ones. Window world cost was 4,000.00 for a total of 8 Windows. We decided to do the 2 big windows first and the other 6 smaller ones later. Total cost for the 2 windows with labor, 1,614.00 for high quality energy star rated windows. Plus 20 month 0% financing. I will never use another company for windows. Window world has my business for life! Oh yeah, comes with lifetime warranty on glass and 7 year service agreement. I would highly recommend them if your thinking about replacing your windows, doors, siding or hardy plank.

We went with the well known national brand and it did not disappoint!! Fairly priced and got 0% interest for the whole home. Also, we were estimated to get the window in 6-8 weeks they were custom built and installed within 2 weeks! Chandler who helped us every step of the way from window sizing to getting our home cleaned up after we had a less than satisfactory demolition clean up. Not everyone can be perfect so despite the mess I’d still give Window World 5 stars

My experience with Window World was amazing. The installer was very polite, and had the best sense of humor. He made me feel comfortable the minute he approached me and introduced himself. He worked by himself, which at first I thought okay well be here all night, but to the contrary he worked constantly and did an amazing job from install to clean up. Window World did not live up to its Lifetime Guarantee. I had a few windows that needed replacement due to the gas escaping from the panes. WW ordered the windows and installed one but the second one was the wrong size. Called the company numerous times and no one will call back. Started this process in March 2021, 4 months later no calls or solutions.

The worker came did what they were supposed to do they were in and out. The workers was very professional they didn’t have my house a mess. I had one little problem my bathroom window screen had a whole in it and they came out and fix it With no problem

My window was broken during installation. I was told there was a crack in one pane and it was sealed and covered. I was also told they would be back thenext week to replace it.I was, in fact, left with no pane in my window during freezing weather. This breached my security and affects my health. it has been 3 weeks now. They are slow to respond. I am still waiting for resolution. I did not find them to be upfront or honest. Super disappointed in windows world.

Thanks to Window World, I’ve got beautiful new windows throughout my whole house and they’re so easy to clean. Window World has great customer service that Is very available to check on an order status or to replace any issues. Their lead times on an order can feel a little long, but it’s worth the wait. And the installers do a quick, clean job.

We had 6 windows replaces! it was all done in one day and the look Great! really refreshed the place and I am noticing that as it is cooling out outside we are still warmer in the house! a big plus and I also like the window folded in so I can wash the outside from the inside that is really cool!

It took me a long time to decide on purchasing new windows... I did not want to upset the design integrity of my 100 year old house.. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS... Window World’s services are suffering!!! Please DO NOT TRUST WINDOW WORLD!!!They are on time to install windows and collect money but will drop you the moment they receive their funds!!!This is my second time contracting with WW. I don’t recall the poor services I’m experiencing now! After experiencing rain after an initial installation, a technician came by to service the window identified as the problem. However, weeks later, additional moisture was noted. I called WW to request another service, and It has been 3days!!! No one has come out (3 times) as scheduled (3 times) to service my windows. I am the one calling WW to notify them that we’re still waiting for the technician to arrive as promised. I’ve taken off 2 consecutive days and still NO TECHNICIAN AND NO CALL from WW. No one at WW has the decency to call to say that they are behind or will not make it. All they say is, “Let me call you back... Can we reschedule for tomorrow... I promise we’ll be there...”. Just far too many excuses to list. BEEARE!!! This is NOT the same WW.

We love the windows! They did a great job! They were very efficient & were done in a few hours. They even clean up very well after. They vacuumed & wipe down all the windows. Will definitely use them again & recommend 2 every one!!

Product is alright but the service is bad. The representative who came out to measure my windows, got the measurements and order wrong three times and then took 3 weeks to put in the order. Then, it took 4 months for my windows to come in and once they did come in, they were still missing one window! It has been about 3 months since I got my new windows installed and I am still waiting on the last one to arrive.On another property, I had to get one window replaced and that took 3 months. I had to go pick up the window myself in Baton Rouge from Kenner because the next technician couldnt come out for another month.

Salesman knew a lot about the windows and was very helpful but promised to put in a rush order but my windows we over a month late. Then I had to wait another month for the last window.The installation team left glass everhwhere and did not remove all glue from nor clean the windows. Maybe thats asking tol much?They also have to cut small plastic inserts that go in the sides of the windows I purchased amwhich prevent the windows from going all the way up when opening for functional purposes, and they are all different lengths on the same window. As much as they cost, a little more time could have been taken to cut these all the same month so its not so noticeable.When I first met with the salesman to get a quote for a French door along with the windows, we decided to get only the windows. Aboit 3 months after getting the windows installed we called to go forward with the door purchase. They stated they would send a salesman out to require as it was typical since it had bee a few months. The same door went up $1200. We were told it was because they changed suppliers and the door would come painted white now instead of just primed white. So the door went from $3300 to $4500. The salesman seemed to be knowledgeable but was too pushy if I had to pick a word to describe him. Def wish I couldve at least had the same salesman as the first apt.Tl;drI would not use Windows World again. I would try my other options as I am when we purchase doors.

Overall adequate experience. Salesman didn’t let the installer know that one of my replacement windows would require special tools to remove the existing window. Installer was not confident he could do the job without risk of leaving it incomplete hence an empty void where the new window would go. He said he didn’t have the right tools for the job. I agreed to delay install but paid full invoice price originally agreed upon. I am concerned that the supervisor never called me to discuss this issue and I have a window in my garage.The installer was knowledgeable and professional. His general laborer assistant was less than good. He consistently slammed entrance doors and eventually broke my front door key assembly to the house.I specifically addressed my concern about white carpets and there use of drop cloths. The only area drop cloths were used were directly under the work area and not the overall traffic pattern the techs used.There was very little effort to clean up - debris on carpets, vendor sticker on new windows, or cleaning windows after install.

This was my second time using the services of Window World. I love this company. They provide excellent service. I needed double pane replacement on one of my windows. The process was simple and easy with no problems and within two weeks they called and said the window was in and they came out to install it. The first time they did a install with no problems. My entire experience with Window World was incredible. The first consultation was thorough and professional. He helped inform me and came back as soon as I was ready to purchase! No pressure of an increased price if I did not buy the first day unlike other companies. The installers were kind and very hard working. They were in and out and cleaned up quick. The installers even took the old windows with them. 10 out of 10 experience!

One of the worse companies to deal with! Phone calls are not returned. I purchased a window and the wrong one was installed on Jun15th. I’m still trying to get correct one installed. No one will return phone calls or give a date for the new window to be installed. I’ve asked for the owner to call me. I’m promised everyone will call me back, but no one will. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

When I called to get a quote they were really friendly and it didn’t take long before someone came to my house to get the measurements of our windows, talk with us about our options and give us a quote, and all for free. He was very friendly, helpful and informative. When we put in the order for our windows they let us know the timeframe of when they would be in and that’s when they came in. The installation went very fast and smooth. The installers were friendly and showed us how the windows worked and answered any questions we had. We love our windows! They made a huge difference to the front of our house and even a difference with not feeling so much heat or cold like we used to with our old windows. We have three more on the back of the house to replace and we will only go with Window World when we are ready for those to be replaced. I highly recommend! And the prices are very affordable!

So started off as a pleasant experience. Chandler my sales rep was prompt to come to our house and measure windows and get me a quote the same day.1st attempt: Windows were ordered and arrived in a timely manner (3-4 weeks). This was April 3. Windows were installed and our bathroom window was misordered. The window was clear when it should have been obscure (privacy) glass. Not a huge deal, mistakes happen and we havent moved into the house yet. Told it would be 3 weeks for new correct window to come in.2nd attempt: Im contacted May 6 that my new window came in damaged so they must re-oder. Frustration building.3rd: Attempt: Beginning of June, window arrives, but is clear.4th: Attempt : July 23 come out to install new window and its CLEAR!5th attempt: Who knows?This would have been a 5 star review had Window World got it right on the 2nd attempt. Mistakes happen and I can live with that. But here I am almost 4 months passing since the initial install still with an incomplete job. Window World make this right.-very unhappy client...Heaven forbid you ask to talk to a supervisor. After over 10 calls over 4 months, supervisor was not available and voicemails were never returned.

The sales rep Chandler is awesome. He is a great guy and really works hard to get you what you want. Very knowledgeable. However, the office staff is horrible. They are all rude and not friendly. They don’t try to help you and scheduling is a nightmare. You have to wait around all day for the workers to come because there is no set time. They could come at 8-9pm at night. The workers are also great but the whole system is just so unorganized. You can’t request morning or even afternoon to get your windows or doors replaced. They will call you 45 min before they arrive but with work, kids, and their extra curricular activities it is very challenging.

Can’t say enough good things about the work done by Window World. From the first sales call through installation, everything was done exactly as it should have been done. Professional, responsive, timely and all at a fair price. I highly recommend Window World!

I originally had an installation appointment set and the installer did not show up or answer my calls. I was very upset because I had taken off of work and I felt my time was not being respected. Supervisor Johnny Mitchell fixed this problem in a very professional and timely manner.I set another installation appointment and the new installer, Sergio, did quality work in a short amount of time. I am very happy with the work done and I will recommend Window world to friends and I will personally use them again because of the customer service and quality work.

Original post November 2020: Pricing was in the middle out of the 4 quotes we received. Windows were originally installed late March/early April. Crew did not speak English, there was some issue communicating. Had the wrong size glass for two transom windows. The financed price included those and new flashing around them. They wanted me to sign that the job was complete and pay in full. The sale rep, who was very nice, was able to give me the adjusted amount and I hand wrote on the agreement the changes that needed to be made with what amount I was authorizing. Initial install crew did a nice job on the installation, however, they did not clean the windows or their mess up after. After cleaning all the windows really well, a defect in 2 very large windows was identified and the company was notified. They said they would order them and come to replace the windows and the glass at the same time. A month or two went by with no contact. After calling them, they said my windows were in and they would schedule all work to be completed. A guy came out with no equipment and wasn’t sure why he was at my house. He remeasured and said that they didn’t have my windows yet. After several miscommunications like that. A guy finally came to replace the two windows but said he wasn’t doing the glass. He did a horrible job on the j-channel and caulk. Another guy came to do the glass but still no flashing. Another guy came to fix the j-channel but used beige caulk on some of my white windows (white on others) and it was not a nice job. Another guy came to fix that and the caulk is now white but not a great job. My flashing is still not fixed. At some point they just charged the rest of the job to my credit line with out notification or approval. Anytime something was done they just left their mess and did not clean up. The beige caulk guy, asked me if the job was bueno and when I said no, he just left. I would not recommend using them. Home Depot was much cheaper on their quote and for all the hassle and follow up I have to do, just not worth it.I don’t know how to upload pictures, otherwise I would.Update 12/9/20: someone from Window World did call me and we played phone tag a few times. There has been 3 service appointments set for me. First one was rescheduled, second was a no call no show, and third a crew came out and I was able to communicate with them easily but they did not have the material needed to complete the job. It’s been almost a week now.

Installation was handled very well. Professional and fast considering the amount of windows. Would definitely recommend.

We are very satisfied with our windows, but the process leading up to our installation was not the best.We had scheduled for a salesman to come on a Tuesday to discuss our options with us. He had called the day of to let us know that someone messed up the schedule and he would not be able to make it to us on our assigned day. He eventually made it to us the following Sunday. A few days later than we wanted, but it was fine. We ordered our windows that day and they took about 7 weeks to come in, which we were made aware of so that wasn’t a problem. Once they did arrive, we scheduled for them to come to our house on a Thursday. We made this appt a week in advance. Thursday morning rolls around and we take all necessary action to prepare our house. Take down all curtains and blinds, remove every piece of furniture away from the windows. Our house is a disaster zone but we have everything situated the way it needs to be. We get a call around 9:00 that morning from a supervisor saying they will not be able to make it to our house bc they did not finish a job the day before. There was no way they would be able to come the day we scheduled well in advance bc they didn’t want to do a half job.Myself and my husband had taken off of work to accommodate Window World. I eventually got us scheduled first thing in the morning the following day. When my husband called Window World to confirm they had us down on the schedule for the FOLLOWING Friday which was a week away. So there was some confusion on the scheduling side. The next morning rolls around and someone calls me and says they’ll be at our house between 9:30-10:00 am. Perfect. At 9:30 a truck pulls up and one person gets out. I greet him and ask if anyone else will be joining him and he says no just him. One person was sent to install our 7 windows. I know of people who have used Window World before and they have had entire teams of people replacing their windows. I was hesitant about safety with just one installer. He did a great job, but it did take him until 4:30pm to completely finish the job.

I cant see how 6 windows was going to cost 14,000 dollars and I got the same windows from another reputable company for 3000. Not even in the same ballpark.

LOVE my windows!!! Wish we would have done this sooner. Every step of the process was so easy. Mr Billy and Steven were both supper nice and friendly. Steven came out for the initial visit with Mr Billy doing the follow up and taking the measurements. Took about a month for the windows to come in and they promptly called and emailed to set up installation. When the guys showed up they told me it would take about 2 hours, I had 10 windows 6 of which were big twins as they called them. They had my old windows out in a matter of minutes. It took just a little over the 2 hrs to finish the job. Ivan and his helper were very nice and respectful. They did an excellent job!!! Everything was cleaned up and taken away. All I had to do was admire my new beautiful windows! I would highly recommend Window World to anyone!!! Just as my DIL recommended them to me.

I received EXCELLENT service from Window World!!! The salesman was very knowledgeable and provided a pleasurable experience. The installers were also prompt and very efficient. They took the time to demonstrate how to work each window in my home and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the product. I called for a free quote and Mark Scariano was the estimator that was sent out. Mark was very knowledgeable and made picking windows very easy. I received a phone call when my windows were ready and installation was set up for the following day. The contractors that were sent were amazing!! It took less than 3 hours for them to remove, install, and clean up all 10 windows in my house. During the installation process, a window world representative called to make sure everything was going well. Great customer service and great products!!

He also, kept me up to date on when the install date would be. They were an amazing upgrade to the property and my home is much cooler because of the type of windows I went with. Window World was great. Quality windows for a great price. For being such a huge company, everything from start to finish was everything i could of wanted. All of my expectations were met. They did a total facelift to my house in only a couple of hours! Not to mention my salesperson Ryan was extremely kind and educated about the product!

Ordered 5 windows. 2 were installed, they are nice, but they did not clean them or their work area after they left. Had to spend an hour scrapping caulk residue off glass. They brought the wrong screens and said they would bring them later that day. Has been two weeks and their excuse was they haven’t ordered them. Will look for another company when ordering the other 9 windows.Update:Never received a call or resolution. Did get a nasty email threatening to take me to collections if I didn’t pay the other half of payment, before I even got home to check their work. Unprofessional and greedy.
