I love Five Below in general. But this specific one has exceptional customer service! I bought a huge outdoor chess set for my kids. But when we opened it at home one pawn was missing. Few days later I stopped by the store and explain the problem. It was a super nice lady helped me out, she opened another set and gave me my pawn. Wonderful customer service! I highly recommend this Five Below!!!

Always enjoy shopping at Five Below, you can purchase high quality useful everyday products at an affordable price like phone chargers, toys, car accessories, etc. The stores are generally always clean and organized. Most staff members are friendly and eager to assist customers. What I especially like is the self check kiosk. While you have to wait in a long line to check out in most discount stores, Five Below has several self checkout kiosks. So cool. Its definitely one of my favorite places to shop.

I think this place is pretty cool for being a discount store. Wide section of stuff and the store is clean. We were asked if we needed help multiple times.

I am a regular customer at this location and I usually have nothing but excellent things to say about this store: from the customer service all the way to product selection.On the date of Sunday August 8th at 4pm I visited the store and noticed many children (aged from as young as 4 to approx. teenagers) unmasked and touching all over various items of the store. This made me uncomfortable as the state did mandate the use of masks in all public places, and though the adults in the store were masked the children were not.Children are at a high risk of contracting COVID-19 and I found it to be discerning that the mask mandate is being avidly pushed for adults in this business but not children. This puts children and adults at a higher risk and should be addressed by management.

This location rocks. Staff are very friendly when calling the store especially Mr.Malcolm that helped me find what I need. Mr.Malcolmgreeted me and also others that walked inside this fine establishment.Huge selection to choose from nothing out of stock like other location that are both on the westbank, which neither two location on manhattan and in algiers were open and to be honest need to stay close! These two location on the westbank is allways out of stock which is a hassle to try to shop near were you live. I didnt mind driving to metarie location because of the friendly staff and this location is never out of stock! The gentleman that helped me was Mr.Malcolm and also Ms.Summer that greeted me on the sales floor.Ms.Mechelle greeted me the next day as I was bringing an item back and she was very helpful.I would like to say also that another person that helped me and made me laugh was Ms.Jessica which I found out while conversating with her, that she was the Mastermindbehind why the staff is so friendly and helpful...they lead by example...which it shows! Ms.Jessica, Mr.Malcolm,Ms.Summer & Ms.Michelle are valuable assets to your company!I highly recommend all my family and friends to patronize this location.

Looks like a great place if your 21 or younger. I havent needed Most of the stuff in this store since High School/College.They have a huge selection of 5 dollar graphic t shirts which is pretty cool

Great service from the employees, helpful and with a good attitude. I like the variety of things, the only thing is that some times things are over priced even if its supposed to be 5 below, there are items worth paying over $5 but there are items that are completely not worth $10 when it clearly looks like something you can get at Dollar tree for $1Other than its a good store to try and search for something worth the price, some what of a scavenger but some times worth it.
