I dont know what it is about this place. I dont go here often but when I do its just so relaxing shopping here. Everything is clean everything is organized not crowded. It smells clean it looks clean. The customer service is great! Checking out is a breeze, super sweet customer service, very concerned of how your shopping was if you found everything just makes you feel at ease here. Thank you!

This is such a nice place to go shopping and pick up some much needed items. I went today 3-9-2020 to get some toothpaste and mouthwash because I had a cash back deal from my bank. To say that the employees were nice and helpful is not even giving it justice. They were so kind and helpful that I was blown away. When I was at the register I noticed the nicest gazebo and I asked the cashier about it and she told me about it. I was in somewhat of a hurry so I didnt go over and look closer but it is definitely worth looking at if you need something in your backyard. They also sell furniture and it all looked very nice to me and very well priced. Overall I would highly RECOMMEND this place to anyone and I will definitely be back to shop here. Thank you again to every employee that offered me help and just said hi and if you need anything please let us know. ( They even have a rewards program so that could be very beneficial)

Not bad. Prices are great. They have everything u didnt think they had. Got a pool there. Not bad. We like it. So easy to set up.

I love Big Lots, and I visit at least 1 or more every week. Well I visited this one to bring back some swiffer pads that rung up incorrectly. Well the first guy (Osato) was nice and said that another lady just had the same problem. So he calls for the mgr to come and do an override. An older white man comes up, and from jump was just negative and condescending. Not just to me, but the worker as well. I have no interest to visit this location again! I think its deplorable for a mgr to be nasty to a worker in front of customers!!! I can address the disrespect and move on, but that person has to worry about losing their job!!!

Prices are all over the place. Quality of product is so so. Toys are dollar store knockoffs and furniture is bottom tier. Fun to walk through.

Team members were very helpful when making our purchase. Didnt have enough team members for the rush of customers that came in all at once.

Big Lots has changed a lot from the old days but I still find some decent bargains on sometimes name brands. Theyve opened up the floor plan and the store is usually in good order and clean even though it is ancient.

Almost all of the customers wore masks, they have partitions for protection, very good prices and a great assortment of merchandise.

I loved it! Everyone there was extremely thoughtful and helpful. That place had great customer service especially the girl behind the counter at the register. Everything was so much cheaper than I thought it was going to be. I definitely got my retail fix today! lol

Love coming here for household items, they’re so cheap and good quality!

Everything was great, my check-out lady was very sweet.

I have bought some of the furniture in tha past, but I came looking for a spring box full size and couldnt get help nowhere, workers were busy sitting on the couch,,pulling up there cellphones, finally red bearded guy havno choice to help me when I asked for the spring box mattress, he said let me check in the back,,then 20 minutes went by I got tired waiting so I sat down, he probably thought I was going and came back NOT LOOKING FOR ME ready to do hes job (NOTHING) so I got up and asked him Do you find out anything about my springs box? He replied theres no spring box available at the moment I hope this review brings up attention to the GM if there is one DISAPPOINTED experience

Beautifully remodel . Nice place . But they done have most of the stuff they use carry. They more focus on furniture

There was too many people working at this location not to be able to get the help I needed because the people I asked for him from on certain items said that they didnt carry what I was needing in that store. I went ahead and looked and found everything that they told me that they didnt carry. Of course I called out for a associate with Big Lots and showed them that they did carry what I was looking for. I will not be shopping at Big Lots ANYMORE! There were other issues regarding my Big Lots card but I am not going into that. Numbs down big-time!!

I came already 2 times and have got no service there’s about 4 workers 2 of the in the register and the other 2 just walking around I told them I want to buy a sofa I was ready just said it will take a couple of minutes..... I believe they need more help ......

Been going to this establishment since 1996. Things have changed. Its getting better. You still cant beat the chicken! I dont know how they do it, but me (and folks at my job) love this place! If you are new to Dallas, give them a visit.

I was given a gift for my birthday from my grandson but i couldnt use it so I returned it but because I didnt have the receipt they kept a percentage of the return. I spent the entire amount in the store so I feel like I was robbed by them. Im very unhappy with them. I wont be shopping there anymore. Im an elderly crippled lady it seems they discriminated against me.

Bought above ground 18 ft pool family and friends are having a ball

This Store is the one on Forest Lane. Very Nice Store. Great cashiers. very nice inventory and great prices. I will Definitely Shop here again.

Theyve remodeled since my last visit and I really liked the more spacious layout. The checkout lane was crowded (too narrow) with everyone trying to stay with their baskets. That and NO cart wipes are my only complaints.

Only issue is they did not have what I wanted and had to go to another store.

The staff was friendly but the item I needed was broken and the system said there was 9 in stocks but not on the floor. Disappointed 😫😫

I went in there looking for furniture. And the so call “manager” that’s doesn’t act like a manager was “helping” me. And I asked about a couple couches and she said we don’t have any of them all rude and left. I had more questions about other furniture so my mom went to the front to get help. Then “the manager” yelled at us because she said she couldn’t help us anymore because she was called to the front. I wish I would of got her name so I could of reported her but she was really rude and should not be working in retail if she doesnt know how to talk to people. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and I am never going to the store again and I will be telling everyone I know to not go as well.

Regular Big Lots, cashier was nice and helped us out with purchases since Im on crutches and Moms 79.

Its not the Big Lots I remember and the prices are a lot higher. It seems more high class, Ill give it that. However, I loved the food section the old way. Not sure Ill shop there as much anymore

All Im going to say is that the store is arranged neatly and they are still ordering the True North Chocolate Crunch that I love, and that makes me happy!

Everything was good, store was very clean. The only issue is they usually only have 1 cashier working on the weekend so you have to wait in the long lines for 30 to 45 mins. But everything else great

This store is aways out of product, shelves empty, No floor help.

Big Lots has to much to see in side the Store. I Love the new look and set up. And you do have employees on the floor to help customers out a lot of other places I shop do not have that.

I buy there all the time but dont expect any store help if you need one. Been going for years find goodies all the time. Store never gets old for me.

Like this big lots, service is always so nice. We bought a bedroom set here and pick up was really easy. We loved it.

Had what I wanted in some extra things

We always find good deals, but they never have enough cashiers at the registers, and they are VERY strict with their closing time. Clean and reasonably organized, but the aisles have become a little smaller to walk through.

Great selection of pretty much everything. I came in search of Christmas Cards. HUGE MUST for my Christmas. The staff were very accommodating. I was really impressed by that. People were just cool. Great prices...even greater at the register. I was thinking that I needed to come here (my 1st trip to this location) because the BIG W_____T had some SAD LOOKING as well as EXPENSIVE & the SMALLEST, TRASHIEST Christmas Card selection EVER. Thank God I swung by. Im a low budget chic with an eye for No freaking way style that I can usually get .....but this year whoa! Thanks Big Lots....Im happy.

Always low prices and good sales and discounts... didnt have the 2 items I specifically went for but I still managed to spend $200... go figure... lol anyway, store is clean, employees are helpful and polite... I really like it...

Its much nicer since they remodeled. I was not able to find but I went for and sadly while I was shopping I picked up a bottle of nail polish and someone had loosen the lid and the Polish spilled all over me. I went and told one of the associates and all they said was Im sorry and went on their way to clean it up off the floor.

This Super Shopping Center it very amazing atmosphere to shop at., the products that you need are always there customer service is number one. You have sence of freedom to shop in a save zone.

Aisles are wide and neat. I was just looking today for nothing in particular. I spent about an hour looking around and ended up buying a pillow, house shoes and a few other items. Of course all Christmas decorations, paper and ribbon is 50% off!
