Im here and ordered Cookie dough ice cream! Ok asked to make sure cookie dough was through out my ice cream! I was told it was. No it wasnt. On top when you walk up . I wanted cookie dough ice cream! I was told they cant mic it up or they would get in to trouble! Im tired of deception! I want everyone to know stop letting these places deceive us and taking our hard earned money ! Im upset and not happy about the out come of this .

The service was fantastic! I always make a stop for an affogatto here. Pictured is the medium affogatto with amaretto chocolate chip gelato and whipped cream.

Bad customer service honestly always being rude, that would answer why their tip jar are only 3 dollars on weekends.

One of the workers was very disrespectful to my friends and I we ask her if she could fix another one.and we’ll pay for both she said no that’s her fault. Be professional not the way you talk to consumers

I recently bought a gift card to buy ice cream at Paciugo store and it does not work in any store...I am so disappointed about this...They dont respect consumers 😢😢😢
