The process of finding what I wanted went smoothly with good customer service.
Steve is the best employee of any Office Depot Ive ever been to and I use OD a lot wherever I am. Hes so helpful when he helps me ship my small business items. He takes special care to make sure that he doesnt cover my stickers that I have on the front of each of my packages and he never gets annoyed with my many items to scan in. Everyone in this store is really friendly and helpful but Steve has helped me a few times now.I love the new store as well. Very open and clean

I hate this place. Their employees could be polite but not very willing to help and they are so slow! I normally only go here for printing. I have waited 30-45 minutes to get something picked up from an online order. I did that self online order option and my one paper was not there so I had to wait for someone to help me. It seems as if they try to avoid helping you.I wonder what happened to the staff that was at the old location on emporium they were so so helpful I wish they were at this new location.
I went to Office Depot to order some business cards and I loved the price and specially the quality...The place looks very clean and organized, not to mention that all staff members are so polite and professional...I will definitely go back to Office Depot to order some more business cards or to get something else...
Hubby bought me a new computer desk chair for Christmas. They had a great variety of colors and styles. I picked out a so very comfy chair. Almost a month later, still happy I picked this one.
Dont come here for free COVID 19 vaccine card lamination. In line for over an hour. Staff is passive-agressively slow. No organization. Not worth the cost(free). A good idea from upper management without thinking about the logistics.

Went in to ship something and waited at the desk with no line for 40 minutes and not one person came over to help. Many of the employees saw me but none would stop to help. Very upsetting and unprofessional.
Poor customer service. I called corporate to file a complaint. Still have not heard from anyone.
Worst service I never recieved.I went to buy a portable scanner. A sales guy ask if I needed help as i was looking for them. He brought me over to them and answered all my questions. I chose one and he has to page the manager to get it out of lock up. He tells me I can wait by the registers. The manager is staring at a computer screen and completely ignores me standing 15 feet away. After 5 minutes i ask the sales guy if someone is getting the scanner for me. He says yes and it will be a few more minutes. After 15 minutes of being ignored by the manager I find the sales guy again and ask what is up. He tells me the guy staring at the computer screen near where Ive been standing is the guy thats going get the scanner for me. I go back over there and continue to get ignored. After 30 minutes I left. Im on my way to Bestbuy now.

This is the second time I have been in this place when there has only been one person behind the counter in the copy center. Both times I have visited The line was lengthy and when asking about having something printed I was informed once an hour and a half wait the second time a 2-hour wait.The person behind the counter seemed like his job was nothing but to annoy me and make me feel unwanted

Social distancing is tough especially when people don’t follow rules and you’re limited on staff because of guidelines.I visited this store tonight and employee, Crystal, not only handled the high volume of customers in the store she did it with awesome customer service. She had to enforce social distance store rules, do her work, process orders ect and yet her tone never changed.She is a STELLAR example of a top notch employee who is providing essential services!Thank you Crystal!

I am sure that there are customers that go to the store on a daily basis. However, I am not one of those customers. Today was the first time going to the store and I was not impressed by the customer service.I needed some blueprints so I came to the store because it was convenient on my way home. As I was looking through my emails on my phone. I had someone ask, what do you need?I didnt know who is asking because they were very close to the computer monitor. I looked around the computer monitor and they was a redhead female that seemed to have an attitude because she felt she was so busy.I ignored the attitude she had in which she asked me the question. So I replied that I needed some blueprints. She then asked me a second question. Have you checked in?I didnt know what she meant by checking in. All she did was point at a sign and said, its on the front of that board.What customers were coming...You know what Im not even going to go on with the story. All Im going to say is that the employees are lazy and cant even explain to anybody what we need to do to get a simple print of whatever it is we need. Instead of just explaining it to us they put us in line to read some instructions. As if they are not getting paid already as it is.Next time I come in when I transfer my files for print out I am going to add instructions to it on what I need instead of explaining. Giving them the same courtesy they gave me. Not just me but other customers

I have been printing with Office Max for quite awhile, but recently, things have been going downhill. Today is where I drew the line.We have an event coming up and the company posted items that need to be printed. It even shows print instructions ON THE DOCUMENT. However, Office Max printed my order and it was available for pick-up, then called me and told me that they cannot give them to me. They claim that the material is copywritten (even though the company told us to print them). The managers refused to even look at the public website where we were given permission to print the items.Im done.
POS employees are all untrained and will lead you to waste money on products that will collect dust in your house. I understand new policy changes, especially when COVID-19 has altered everyones way of life. But when I SPECIFICALLY asked about your stores return policy and you LIE to me to get me to make a purchase.. first and last time I visit a Office Max. More like Office Laughs. Thank you for wasting my money & time, greatly appreciated.
They are going out of business at the 21 Sheridan location so EVERYTHING IS GOING,Get there soon though.
Went to the print department yesterday for a small print job. I don’t know the lady’s name but she was awesome and the only one there. She was multi tasking with a few customers plus answering the phone. She had knowledge of all the equipment and got everyone’s print job done that was there in line. Was very friendly and customer service and didn’t express any stress as you usually see in situations like that. She is definitely an asset to Office Max.

So I get here And wait around for 10 minutes 15 minutes when someone finally walked up to me and said “oh hey you need to check in”So rather than check in after the last nine people got there before me so I wouldn’t have to wait for 45 minutes I just decided to go home and order everything I need it online....and it won’t be from Office Depot eitherI’ll find somebody else even if I have to pay morethere’s nothing worse than a business the wastes your time and treat you like a freaking homeless person

You can see the review I left below. This is an update. Traci the manager took ownership of my issue and helped me. The follow up and service greatly improved. They solved my problem. I am upgrading my previous review from 2 to 4 stars...............Seriously no leadership in the Print and Copy area. Poor service, slow, no follow-up. 3 people in the shop 1 person helping customers. Manager needs a kick in the rear! I run sales and customer service for a company and if I found this in my store I would go crazy.
Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor training and poor customer service. This store needs to be restructured starting with the management right down to the meager hourly employees. Every visit expect to see someone new or someone who was there is no longer there. There comes a time to stop and figure out WHY. Why does this store have a revolving door. I figure there are several reasons, however Training and Retention being the two main factors and this has to be corrected through management. Either retrain your managers or hire more competent ones. I would have given this store a negative rating if it were possible.
Print shop very slow process most of the time only one cashier/ attendant and about 9 people in line. The lady there was very helpful. Prefer to go somewhere else.
Went to find expandable alphabet sorters and ended up getting a 20% discount just forgiven the phone number.
Looking for hp cartridges for my printer...they did not have any so I bought their brand for 66 dollars thinking they were brand new...get them home and all cartridges were open and the paper on the cartridges had been removed with the sticky glue exposed which was dirty...I just paid 66 dollars for stuff thats been used so I called the store and the rep at the store had an attitude ...lesson learned always before you drive off open the boxes before leaving...they tried to pull a fast one on me...I took them back and got my money and ordered them online from Amazon

Don’t know what they are doing in there printing department they tell you that you can buy from Etsy logos and they can print them out for you and when you waste money on Etsy and place the Order with them so they can print them out they call you to let you know that they can’t print them because of copy rights. If they would have told me they couldnt do it in the first place I wouldn’t have wasted my time on Etsy but since one of the ladies in the printing department told me that it could be done she gave me the idea. I am very upset at there customer service.
Impress Customer service is good whenever they get to you. Often, slow service and only 2 or 1 on staff. Line is long . 45 minutes in line to print out one paper .
Do not send your print work here if you actually need it in a timely manner! I was giving them a second chance after my last experience with it being late. This time it was supposed to be done by 7:00 the same business day. I went in at 3:30 the next day (after I confirmed that it would be done by then) and when I showed up they had not even started!! So frustrating when you need something. No apologies, no nothing. The employee said she would send it to another store, but when I got there she had not done that either. I will no longer take my print work there which is shame because it was a good location for me. Same day service is a joke!
Ordered online said one hour pick up and when I arrived they just said sorry we done have that. Seriously?! Why did it let me buy it online? What a joke.
Online checkin is ridiculous. I just waited 20 min with the online check in and once I got skipped over like 3 times I checked and they said my phone got me in line at a store 2 lights away...even though I was in the store when I checked in... go back to a regular line please...

The guy who helped me fix my laptop was awesome but the manager is a whole different story. I felt like he was rushing us. My husband over heard him telling another worker that the guy helping me fix my laptop was taking too long with me and that I was asking for too much. Which I was not, the guy was trying to help me fix my laptop. I will never go there again. The manager was rude and those things he said were uncalled for.

Ordered paper shredder. Store personnel said I would get a 20% discount, then said discount didnt apply, said I would receive it 11/20 or 11/21, said it would arrive at my door via Office Depot delivery truck. Now I find out it will not be delivered until 11/23 as it is coming UPS. THREE LIES.I called main office to complain and operator kept calling me by my first name though I repeatedly said Im Mrs. Ray. She never took the hint until I finally said Im old enough to be her Grandmother but regardless as the customer I should be respectfully addressed.
The wait for service at the copy center is excessively long. So long in fact that when I called earlier today I was told they were to busy to speak to me. Last week I called to see if I could print a view images for my kids but was concerned about the copywrite rules since I wanted to print Shopkins, Transformers, Pokemon, etc... I was assured that it was allowed and proceeded to spend a few hours on finding the right images and sizing them appropriately. Then I sent the order in through their website and paid for it. The confirmation told me the order would be ready by 7pm. I called at 6pm and was told due to copywrite laws they couldnt print them.Wasnt it nice for them to call and tell me not to waste my time driving up to the store sometime within the FIVE hours Id sent the order in? Oh wait. They didnt contact me and tell me despite having both my email and phone number! Maybe its because they are severely understaffed. Now I dont have a problem with the copywrite law and they should be expected to follow it. I do have a problem with the fact that I checked prior to even attempting to find the images. I specifically asked if I could print Transformers, Shopkins, Pokemon, and a bunch of others and I was assured I could without any problem.So now I have to go cancel my order online. They cant do it in the store so I guess Ill give myself my own refund too. Train your people better. Hire more staff or hire a manager who trains their people better and knows how to schedule efficiently.

Went to get a poster printed. Spent over an hour here and were finally told the machine is not working and there is nothing that can be done. So i went to but a magnetic white board. Signs clearly marked the oricw as on salwe, yellow tag, i confirmed that the yellow tag was the right size and dimensions. Upon checking out the price of the sign rang up $35 over the normal price, not even the sale price. Then i was told this way probably my fault as it was in the wrong place. Horrible service, horrible experience. Please do not go here.

First let me say It is not the store clerks fault......My complaint is the check-in method....I dislike that I have to check-in online or by text message. This is an inconvenience. There are times when a person doesnt have a cell phone available, or their cell phone battery could be dead. If they want to force people to check-in then they should provide customers with a kiosk that they can sign into.
