Did a beautiful job,and of course it was yummy!

What a joke!! I ordered a cake over the phone a few weeks ago and the lady on the phone NEVER told us they were not going to be open because of remodeling. She took the order and then it was also confirmed by her as well. We go to get it today to find this location isnt even open. We called the same number and a lady that was at the North Park Mall location said she doesnt even see our order and if we want it wed have to go to that location to get it. 😡

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday.. it was supposed to be stripped and have happy birthday my daughters name ! Got there to pick it up.. and had 1 stripe on it and my daughters name.. trying to find mangers name or phone number to no avail. I paid alot for the cake and didnt get my monkeys worth

They took longer than they said..way longer. they werent prepared at all...nor did they spell anniversary right. really dissapointing.

We went to this location yesterday and asked for fresh cookies and was told by Manny that they dont make them fresh until they sell out, he said they are sold as is and when we told him we bought some that were stale and hard and wanted fresh ones he said he couldnt do that and when we asked why they are selling old cookies he told us that the staff that work there are lazy and dont care. We were shocked at his answer and walked away and went to Nestle cookie store and were served fresh cookies. Very poor business and staff dont care. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE!

I asked for my cookies to be warmed up ..she put them back in the oven butttttt they came out still cold...go figure!

Frosted cookies are the best here
